Purpose. To investigate the formation of cereal properties of spelt wheat grain depending on variety and line. Methods. Laboratory, mathematical and statistical, physicochemical. Results. As a result of studies it is found that technological properties of grain significantly vary depending on spelt variety and weather conditions. The protein content in spelt grain ranges from 11.0 to 21.3 % depending on the variety. A very high protein content in spelt grain (over 18.0 %) is in variety Zoria of Ukraine; rather high protein content (16.0–17.9 %) is in varieties Schwabenkorn (17.6 %), NSS 6/01 (17.3 %), Avstraliiska 1 (16.7 %) and LPP 3218 (16.7 %); low protein content (12.0–13.9 %) is in varieties LPP 3435 (13.1 %)and LPP 1224 (13.0 %); very low protein content is in varieties Shvedska 1 (11.0 %) and LPP 3117 (11.5 %); the rest of varieties has this indicator at the level of average – 14.0–15.9 %. Vitreous consistency of the endosperm has corn of varieties Zoria of Ukraine and Avstraliiska 1, semi vitreous consistency has grain of varieties NSS 6/01, Schwabenkorn, Frankenkorn and lines LPP 3218, LPP 3132, LPP 1305, LPP 1197, LPP 3124, LPP 3435, semi floury consistency has Shvedska 1 and LPP 3117. Culinary assessment of rolled spelt grains varies significantly depending on the variety. Total culinary assessment of rolled grain porridge of the spelt ranges from 6,8 to 9,0 points. Origin of spelt variety does not affect this indicator. The highest culinary assessment (8.9–9.0 points) has porridge obtained from grain of the variety Zoria of Ukraine and LPP 3132 line which makes it possible to use its grain to obtain cereal products. The lowest assessment of the porridge has variety Shvedska 1 and lines LPP 1224, LPP 3117 – 6.8–7.7 points. The other varieties have a culinary assessment of the porridge at a level of 8.1–8.8 points. For spelt grain indicator of protein content and grain vitreuesness can be used to evaluate the culinary properties of cereals. Conclusions. As a result of the conducted researches, it is established that Zoria Ukrainy, Schwabenkorn, NSS 6/01, Australian 1 varieties and LPP 3218 line are characterized by high protein content. Hard consistency of endosperm has the grain of Australian 1 and Zoria Ukrainy varieties in which the grain hardness is 73 and 84%, respectively. The origin of spelt wheat variety does not affect the color of cooked porridge. The general culinary evaluation of rolled spelt wheat porridge ranges from 6.8 to 9.0 points. Zoria Ukrainy spelt grain has the highest culinary evaluation which makes it possible to use it to produce cereals. To evaluate the culinary properties of spelt cereals, grain protein content and its hardness can be used.

The aim of this case series is to introduce the One-Time Cortical Lamina Technique, a simplification of the F.I.R.S.T. (Fibrinogen-Induced Regeneration Sealing Technique) in cases where only horizontal augmentation is needed. The indications for this technique are ASA2 and ASA1 anxious patients. Pre-requisites for this surgical technique are: a good amount of keratinized tissue, sufficient alveolar ridge width for placement of implants, thickness of vestibular bone at CBCT planning less than 1 mm with risk of threads exposure. Five patients with horizontal deficiencies were selected to test the efficacy of this approach. The defects were augmented using a porcine cortical bone lamina in combination with collagenated porcine bone mixed with fibrin sealant. The cortical lamina was placed only buccal to the implants and stabilized with fibrin sealant, without pins or screws. Upon completion of the implant surgery, healing abutments were connected to the implants and the soft tissue sutured around them. The healing was uneventful in all cases. Six months after surgery impressions for final restorations were taken and screwed crowns delivered. The new volume had hard consistency and the follow-up CBCT measured an average of 4.17 mm of horizontal bone augmentation. One to three years of follow up demonstrated the maintenance of vestibular volume, hard consistency and clinical stability. Intraoral X-rays showed no marginal bone loss. An advantage of this technique could be the one stage surgery that creates a stable environment for regeneration from day one.

Ten representative pedons from the Bulia micro watershed of Gorontalo Province, Indonesia, were characterized and classified to determine its land quality (LQ) class. Angular blocky, sticky, plastic consistencies and a hard consistency prevailed in the soil structure. In the alluvial plains the soil texture is dominated by the clay fraction, while in the hills and volcanic mountains the sand fraction is dominated. The soils in the Bulia micro watershed also have acid to neutral reaction, with the range of very low to high OC (organic carbon) levels, the reserve of exchangeable bases was dominated by Ca2+ in two series patterns, namely: Ca2+ > Mg+ > Na+ > K+ and Ca2+ > Na+ > Mg+ > K+, cation exchange capacity (CEC) ranged from low to very high, and the base saturation varied from moderate to very high. The alluvial plain is represented by Inceptisol in P1 and Typic Humustepts (P7), also by Oxic Humustepts (P3), then Mollisol on P4 (Typic Argiudolls) and Typic Haplustolls (P6), Alfisol on P5 (Typic Paleustalfs). Entisol on P2 (Typic Ustipsamments) was found in volcanic mountains and P9 (Typic Paleustolls) P8 (Ultic Paleustalfs), P10 (Inceptic Haplustalfs) are typical of volcanic hills. On the alluvial plains the land was categorized as the LQ class II, III and IV, the volcanic mountains were the LQ class IV, while the land on the volcanic hills was categorized as the LQ class VI. River bank erosion on the land river terraces can be held by the manufacture of gabions, talud, cliff reinforcement plants and terraces. The soil temperatures and high clay content can be regulated by mulching and organic materials.

Mesenteric teratoma is a rare extragonadal teratoma. Gliomatosis peritonei (GP) is mature glial tissue implanted into the peritoneum's surface and is mainly accompanied by ovarian teratoma. Only a few cases of gliomatosis have occurred in the extraperitoneum. We present a rare case of a 3-year-old boy who presented with extratesticular GP after excision of an immature mesenteric teratoma at 2 months old. After the extratesticular mass was excised, we found ductile tissue on the surface of the terminal spermatic cord and epididymis. Some ductile tissue of the epididymis was removed and sent to a laboratory for a pathological examination. The mass and the ductile tissue of the epididymis had a hard consistency. The pathological diagnosis was extratesticular gliomatosis. Complete surgical resection of the teratoma and GP is helpful for identifying the presence of malignant lesions and for preventing malignant transformation. However, characteristics of GP lesions are extensive and they are difficult to completely remove. Moreover, GP is usually benign. Therefore, the residual GP tissue was not completely removed in our case. The child is still in good health, but requires lifelong follow-up. In conclusion, we report our experience of a rare case of extraperitoneal GP from an extragonadal teratoma.

Testicular tumour is the most malignant cancer in young males 15 to 34 years of age. Its accounts for 1% of all male cancer and 5% of urological malignancy [1]. The management of this type of cancer is radical inguinal orchiectomy which is the gold standard for the diagnosis and initial management of a suspected testicular cancer. Trans -scrotal orchiectomy is discouraged because scrotal violation is associated with higher rates of local recurrence and altered pathways of metastatic dissemination [2]. We report a young patient 23 years old. History: Chronic smoking, cannabis. Admitted for large bursa evolving for 14 months. The history of the disease dates back to 14 months by the gradual increase in the volume of the bursa with an alteration of the general status with a weight loss estimated at 10kgs. Clinical examination showed: right hemi-scrotum increased in volume with a hard consistency with a left testicle repressed in extreme lateral and some inflammatory lesions. Right testis was not palpable with a cord repulsed and glued to the inguinal orifice. The ultrasound of the scrotal content showed: large right testis hypervascularized with moderate anterior cloisonnae hydrocele, bilateral testicular microlithiasis. Tumor markers: Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) 229IU, beta-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (beta-hCG) 29.73mUI/ ml, Alpha-Foetoprotein (AFP) 400IU/ml. Patient benefited from a complete pre-operative assessment that did not object to any abnormality. Programmed for a right inguinal orchiectomy and reduction scrotoplasty (Figure 1).

Introduction: Preoperative evaluation of meningioma consistency is important because it will affect surgical procedures, surgical optimization, risk assessment, and patient management. The consistency of meningioma can be predicted by Apparent Diffusion Coefficient (ADC) value on MRI. ADC values are useful in quantitative tumor assessment based on diffusivity in the tumor. The objective of the study is to find out the correlation between ADC value and the pathology consistency of meningioma. Methods: A retrospective study was carried out using medical records at Dr. Soetomo General Hospital, Surabaya by January 2017 - December 2018. The ADC value was obtained by placing three ROI in the tumor and the consistency was obtained from the results of the pathology examination, followed by the Spearman correlation test. Results: There The tumor range value of ADC was 0.58 x 10-3mm2 s to 1.63 x 10-3mm2/s. The mean ADC value in soft, intermediate, and hard consistency was 1.247+ 0.200 x 10-3mm2/s, 0.950 + 0.453 x 10-3mm2/s, and 0.793 + 0.161 x 10-3mm2/s, the cut-off value of ADC was + 0.822 x 10-3mm2/s with specificity 68% and sensitivity 85%, the AUC is 0.740 with a significance value of 0.0043 (p<α, α = 0.05). It was obtained an ADC correlation with the consistency of meningioma, the significance value is p=0.000 (p<α, α = 0.05).Conclusion: There is a correlation between the ADC value and the consistency of meningioma. The ADC value can be considered for an optimal preoperative evaluation in assessing the consistency of meningioma.
