FACTORS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE SUCCESS OF THE BRAND IN THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET

The internationalization process is defined as a gradual and constant system of involvement in the company’s negotiations with countries outside its origin borders. Therefore, it is a constant process that takes place in several stages and that can considerably increase the gains obtained from the company’s operations regardless of its size. In this article, the objective was to analyze the factors that contribute to the establishment of national brands in the international market. For this purpose, the methodology adopted was a literary research involving a bibliographical survey. It was concluded that for the brand’s internationalization process to be successful, the company must adopt a correct international market entry strategy, because this is considered an important step that can leverage the company in the future. It was observed that the internationalization is seen as a form of continuous learning in face of the competitions that exist in the international arena, something that involves time and risk.

AXIOPSYCHOLOGICAL BASES OF MEANING-LIFE ORIENTATIONS

Метою статті єздійснення рефлексивного аналізу онтофеноменальної сутності особистості, зважа-ючи на її аксіопсихологічні і смисложиттєві пріоритети. Основні завдання пошукування центруються довкола аналітичного окреслення аксіопсихологічних складових частин особистості, дослідження системи сенсів і смислів людини в контексті її життєвих домагань, віднаходження онтофеноменальних формовиявів екзистенційних запитів людського буття. Методи дослідження: аналізу і систематизації наукової літератури, порівняння та узагальнення, науково-психологічного методологування і соціогуманітарного теоретизування. Результати. Ставлення людини до дійсності та соціального довкілля опосередковується внутрішньо прийнятими цінностями, які становлять екзистенційне осереддя її буття. Формування, розвиток і реалізація моральних, інтелектуальних та естетичних запитів й інтересів особистості у процесі її життєдіяльності опосередковуються системою аксіопсихологічних імперативів, вищим ступенем організації яких є система сенсів і смислів людини. Сутнісне розмежування смислу і сенсу полягає в тому, що перше утримує стратегічні шляхи існування людини у її духовному самоплеканні, а друге опосе-редковується чуттєвим, досвідним сприйняттям особою дійсності, що є основою визначення тактичних пріоритетів її життєактивності. Сенси і смисли людини формуються під впливом її вартісної складової і виявляються у вчинку як сутнісному осередді людського існування. У повноцінному вираженні вчинок завжди є формовиявом духовного розвитку суб’єкта зі сталою системою моральних ідеалів, суспільних домагань, персоніфікованих цінностей і вособистіснених смислів. Висновки. Pезультатом взаємодії людини і світу є віднаходження особистістю певних розумових узагальнень і синтезований вияв її життєвих пріоритетів на шляху до чуттєво збагаченої екзистенції, таланту сприймати та повномірно переживати дійсність, надихати сенсом кожний момент, значуще сприймати фрагмент чи цілісну подію свого буття, насичувати його індивідуально неповторним змістом – творити своє Я у відповідності з персоніфікованими смисложиттєвими орієнтирами. The purpose of the article is to carry out a reflexive analysis of the ontophenomenal essence of the individual, taking into account his axiopsychological and meaning-life priorities. The main tasks of search are centered around the analytical delineation of the axiopsychological constituents of the individual, the study of the system of senses and meanings of the person in the context of his life aspirations, finding ontophenomenal forms of existential inquiries of human being.Research methods: analysis and systematization of scientific literature, comparisons and generalizations, scientific-psychological methodologization and socio-humanitarian theorizing.Results. The relation of human to reality and the social environment is mediated by internally accepted values, which constitute the existential focus of his being. Formation, development and realization of moral, intellectual and esthetic demands and interests of the individual in the process of her life activity are mediated by a system of axiopsychological imperatives, the highest degree of organization of which is the system of human senses and meaning. The essential distinction between meaning and sense is that the first contains strategic ways of human existence in its spiritual self-expression, and the latter is mediated by a sensual, experienced perception of the individual of reality, which is the basis for determining the tactical priorities of his life-activity. The senses and meanings of a person are formed under the influence of his values component and are manifested in an act as an essential focus of human existence. In full expression, an act is always a form of the spiritual development of a subject with a constant system of moral ideals, social aspirations, personified values and personal meanings. Conclusions. The result of the interaction of human and the world is the finding of certain mental generalizations by the personality and the synthesized revealing of her life priorities on the way to the sensually enriched existence, the talent to perceive and fully experience the reality, to inspire the meaning with every moment, to perceive the fragment or whole event of one's being, to sate it with an individually unique content – to create yourself in accordance with personalized meaning-life orientive.Key words: axiopsihology, being, values, senses, meanings, meaning-life orientations, value-semantic sphere.

Modern principles of management of patient safety (systematic review)

The article analyzes the research works devoted to the study of principles of management of patient safety. Used medical databases MEDLINE, Cochrane Collaboration, EMBASE, SCOPE, ISI Web of Science for the period 1991-2017. In most studies a strict sequence of origin of the harm associated with healthcare management (adverse event or unintended injury), which is based on constant system of causes - latent threats, is shown. The development of an adverse event begins with the activation of the latent threat and turning it into an active threat of group 1 (dangerous situation), which is the cause of the active threats of group 2 (errors and failures). Active threats of group 2 lead to dangerous events (incidents), which are a potential or real cause of unintended injury. Latent and active threats exist on three levels - personnel, environment and patient. Management of latent threats at all levels is at the heart of patient safety, reducing the frequency and severity of unintended injury.

Chance Favors Those in Motion

I recently found a slip of paper I saved from a fortune cookie in my travel case with my passport that read, “Chance favors those in motion.” I wondered how many trips I had carried this silent wish around for as a reminder of personal agency. Items surface and reoccur in my work to be activated, reinvented, and coded. New memories are formed, interpreted in conversation with all my relations, the more-than-human, others, myself, and various locations. I believe in change and that the borders and boundaries that try to neatly contain and explain everything are not fixed but rather fluid in a constant system of interconnectedness. Like Brooklyn, the city where I now live, I too am comprised of a multiplicity of truths. If I keep moving, thinking, dreaming, and creating, to have mobility to not be stuck, I can imagine a future on my terms. The objects I create are a work of self-definition, and they carry hope into my life that crosses the social limits of gender, race, and class.

Output Feedback Stabilization of the Linearized Bilayer Saint-Venant Model

We consider the problem of output feedback exponentially stabilizing the 1-D bilayer Saint-Venant model, which is a coupled system of two rightward and two leftward convecting transport partial differential equations (PDEs). The PDE backstepping control method is employed. Our designed output feedback controller is based on the observer built in this paper and the state feedback controller designed in [1], where the backstepping control design idea can also be referred to [2] and can be treated as a generalization of the result for the system with constant system coefficients [2] to the one with spatially-varying coefficients. Numerical simulations of the bilayer Saint-Venant problem are also provided to verify the result.

Monitoring of Students` Professional Merits at the University

<p><em>Constant system of monitoring of students` professionals merits is an effective instrument of quality evaluation in higher education. Different approaches to understanding of professional merits are considered in the article. The main professional merits are defined for professionals in the field of international relations. Results of monitoring of students` professional merits are described from first to fifth courses of international relations department. The second research is aimed to the professional merits of future teachers-students. The research demonstrates that the educational environment of university and especially designed and approved program of development of professional merits are important for formation of students` professional competence.</em></p>

ANALYTIC REDUCIBILITY OF RESONANT COCYCLES TO A NORMAL FORM

We consider systems of quasi-periodic linear differential equations associated to a ‘resonant’ frequency vector ${\it\omega}$, namely, a vector whose coordinates are not linearly independent over $\mathbb{Z}$. We give sufficient conditions that ensure that a small analytic perturbation of a constant system is analytically conjugate to a ‘resonant cocycle’. We also apply our results to the non-resonant case: we obtain sufficient conditions for reducibility.
