<p><em>Constant system of monitoring of students` professionals merits is an effective instrument of quality evaluation in higher education. Different approaches to understanding of professional merits are considered in the article. The main professional merits are defined for professionals in the field of international relations. Results of monitoring of students` professional merits are described from first to fifth courses of international relations department. The second research is aimed to the professional merits of future teachers-students. The research demonstrates that the educational environment of university and especially designed and approved program of development of professional merits are important for formation of students` professional competence.</em></p>

The results of higher education are determined by normative documents and are based on the theory of competence approach. They refl ect the readiness of the future teacher to professional activities in the terms of inclusive education. Analytical verifi cation of various scientifi c sources makes it possible to assert that the essence of the various components of the methodological support of the learning process is the subject of scientifi c disputes. But it is worth noting that currently the researchers have not brought a single interpretation of such a concept as “methodological support”, which forces for their own understanding of this designation to refer to it. Methodological support is mainly singled out not just as a pedagogical component, but also as an integral part of the whole educational process. It is characterized by the volume and content of the working programs of disciplines, provides organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary for the formation of the educational environment of the University readiness of future teachers for inclusion. Properly selected and implemented in full methodological support of any process makes it guaranteed to be effective.

Education like others spheres of life of modern society is in the state of dynamic changes. New formats of universities as well as their missions and roles in the social and economic development are actively discussed by professional environment. A number of external and internal factors that determine the depth and scale of transformation have effects on the development of the system of higher education. The system of higher education is under the influence of the system and institutional dynamics, which dictate the need for changes. The activity of universities as centers of education, science and culture is one of the most important bases of social progress. This role becomes especially important in XXI century, which is based on new knowledge and principles of technological development. First of all a university takes new features in the current conditions of globalization. The fundamental task that needs to be solved in order to achieve the goals of a modern University is the change of meanings, goals and content of education by active participation in the internationalization processes of the system of higher education and by introducing reforms in educational process. Of course new economic conditions (global market and information technologies) require modifications. It was stated that the commercialization of University innovations in Azerbaijan is a relatively new direction, since the country is just adopts the path of an innovative economy. In this regard the transformation of a scientific idea to a product or a service faces a number of difficulties. It was investigated the problem of commercialization of the results of scientific activities of higher educational institutions in Azerbaijan. For the first time Azerbaijan State University of Economics has implemented its rebranding in the educational system of the country in order to strengthen the market position of the educational institution and realization of innovative marketing strategies. The University’s strategic goals were defined under the UNEC brand, and the brand development was successfully continued with the support of the scientific and expert community. An integrative educational environment is created in Azerbaijan State University of Economics and such environment ensures the unity of the “education – science – innovation – commercialization – production system”. It is important to note that UNEC strategy also provides for clustering of economical education and so that it provides for increasing the integration pace of the University into the world scientific and educational space. The article presents the innovative infrastructure of Azerbaijan State University of Economics connected with its integration into the global scientific and educational environment. The paper studies the matters of the international cooperation issues of the University with universities of such countries as USA, EU, Russia, Turkey, which expands the academic potential of the University and increases its competitiveness. The article substantiates the conclusion that the globalization of higher education increases the importance of commercialization of higher education institutions in the field of education and science. The article reveals the successful experience of UNEC University in the creation and implementation of joint educational programs, expanding academic mobility, attracting foreign applicants, conducting joint researches and international scientific events in partnership with universities in the EU, Russia and Turkey.

On the basis of the environmental approach, important factors of violation of psycho-emotional safety of ZSSO teacher at his workplace are revealed, the reasons for its destruction in the educational environment are considered and ways to adjust these conditions are outlined to protect educators from professional destruction of psycho-emotional sphere. The authors believe that one of the factors of psycho-emotional deformations of the teacher, his early burnout is incorrectly chosen or interpreted professional role, which becomes an unbearable burden for him. Therefore, in institutions of higher pedagogical education it is necessary to pay attention to this problem in advance, forming a set of ideas about the content and typical manifestations of a professional role, its compliance with individual biopsychological type of teacher and outlining ways of constructive adaptation of future teachers his source of psychological violence. It is envisaged that further consideration of the problem should be related to the study of opportunities to prevent professional psycho-emotional destruction of future teachers through innovative forms of higher education, which have become widespread in the pandemic.

The main way to implement this principle of equality in the education of persons with disabilities and persons with disabilities (HIA) is now inclusive education at all levels of education throughout life. The basic concepts related to disability, integration of persons with disabilities into society, educational environment have been highlighted in the article, the differences in the understanding and interpretation of these concepts have been shown. The factors of adaptation of students with invalidity and disabilities have been disclosed. The formation of an inclusive educational environment in the University is impossible without improving the management of inclusive education in higher education system.

O presente ensaio apresenta reflexões acerca da pesquisa sobre a cibercultura e as tecnologias no âmbito acadêmico. Como objetivo, busca refletir sobre o processo de ensino-aprendizagem através de recursos tecnológicos nos cursos de licenciatura e como os discentes desse curso percebem sua preparação para a futura docência com o uso dos artefatos digitais. A metodologia utilizada foi a qualitativa, com revisão bibliográfica e análise de dados a partir do questionário aplicado com os discentes dos cinco cursos investigados. Tendo como principais teóricos os autores Cerutti e Giraffa (2015), Kesnki (2003), Pretto e Pinto (2006) e Prensky (2016), que elucidam sobre a utilização das tecnologias no ambiente educacional, o texto apresenta o referencial teórico e a análise de dados. Como conclusão, percebemos que a aprendizagem sobre as tecnologias precisam ser suas vivências na própria Universidade, uma vez que mesmo nativos digitais, os acadêmicos não se percebem fazendo uso das mesmas em seus futuros espaços de docência. Palavras-chave: Cibercultura. The objective is to reflect on the teaching-learning process through technological resources in undergraduate courses and how the students of this course perceive their preparation for future teaching with the use of digital artifacts. The methodology used was qualitative with bibliographic review and data analysis from the questionnaire applied with the students of the five courses investigated. The main authors are Cerutti and Giraffa (2015), Kesnki (2003), Pretto and Pinto (2006) and Prensky (2001), who elucidate the use of technologies in the educational environment, the text presents the theoretical reference and analysis of data. The article is based on a review of scientific and methodological literature, it analyzes the existing models of future teachers’ professional training for tutoring. The aim of the article is to design a model of future teachers’ professional training for tutoring in the information and educational environment of the institution of higher education. As a result of scientific analysis, carried out on the basis of a systematic approach, theory and practice of tutoring, training for tutoring in Ukraine and abroad, the components of training for tutoring have been identified (target, philosophical, theoretical-methodological, informative-processual, criteria-evaluative, resultative). Each component of the designed model has its implementation in the information and educational environment. This model is a set of information and communication technologies (distance learning technologies, general purpose ICT and ICT for tutoring support), which are integrated into the educational process.

The article deals with the creation of unified information-educational environment of an educational institution, requirements to it, the organization of the educational process based on it, as well as all its constituent parts presented in an educational institution. A promising field of research of the problem of information technologies usage in students' learning activities can become the experimental study of the beliefs of students, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions on e-learning tools and their application in the educational environment. Moreover, it is worthwhile to mention that the problem of effective use of modern ICT disciplines is studied by many professors of higher educational institutions. However, its incorrect usage leads to the substitution of the learning objectives. Nowadays it is possible to reduce the educational process in universities not only by knowledge mastering, but also teaching students to learn and apply their new knowledge and information as effective, as it is possible. Numerous theoretical and practical research characteristics of the information technology in the students’ educational process claim that this approach is a response to students’ social demands and needs, since it contributes to the formation of professional competence of future professionals. One of the most important factors that significantly effects the quality of education is the usage of modern information technologies. Modern graduate students should have special professional tools and solve working problems, using information systems. Thus, the introduction of innovative information technologies in higher educational institutions enables future professionals to expand their potential abilities and encourages active learning.

The article looks at the problem of the development of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University and the Europeanization of its education policy. The ways to improve the efficiency of research, through participation in international grant projects in particular, are in the focus of this paper.  The fact that the papers by the University’s scientists are published in various SCOPUS indexed journals is evidence of the high quality and impact of their research outputs. It is an important factor in improving the University’s academic performance; it has allowed Precarpathian National University to rise to the level of the leading higher education institutions of Ukraine. The University has significantly increased its participation in various joint Ukrainian–European research projects; distinguished European scientists are invited to make presentations at the international conferences and symposiums held by the University. An ambitious project of reconstructing the astronomy observatory on Pip Ivan, a peak in the Carpathians, is being carried out in cooperation with the University of Warsaw. The Precarpathian National University has successfully implemented the double degree programme; now its students can receive the degree from Precarpathian National University and a European university. There has been developed a comprehensive programme of further Europeanization of the University’s policies
