Abstract With the development of the era of big data and the continuous updating of computer technology, the traditional teaching is not satisfied with the current diversified educational development concept, especially for the computer operation class, computer operation has become the mainstream of the current computer experiment class. With the increasing number of computer experiments and the extensive use of computers in open laboratories, how to manage computer experiments reasonably has become an urgent problem. The function of the computer is powerful, and students have different habits of using the computer, and the entertainment function of the computer is also loved by many students. Therefore, in the process of experiment, students often play games and watch movies, which is not easy to manage. In order to solve these problems, this paper studies the computer experiment management system under the virtual environment to help teachers manage the experiment process. This paper studies the function modules of the computer experiment management system, explains the key elements of the analysis of the implementation of the experiment management system, and explains the construction scheme of the virtual experiment teaching environment, and expounds the ant colony algorithm used in the design and management of the course scheduling system. This paper also analyzes the operation and load of computer experiment management through simulation experiment research, and tests and analyzes to prove the rationality of the management system. The experimental research shows that in the daily computer experiment management system, the most commonly used is the experimental teaching, and the conventional office, accounting for 27.35 and 26.33 respectively. The highest utilization rate of the computer experiment system is the daily teaching, accounting for 53.6%.

In a few years, so many Korean universities are entering Uzbekistan. Having experienced three of them, I would like to ask two questions today and talk about it. First, “What is the competitiveness of Korean universities and how is that competitiveness realized in Uzbekistan? ” Second, “How far does Uzbek try to accommodate Korean universities? (Computer operation system? University culture? Curriculum?)

This study aimed at examining the varieties and manipulative skills in computer operations of fourth year high school students of the University of Eastern Philippines System. A self-structured closed questionnaire with 5-point Likert scale was designed for data collection from a sample of 80 high school students and 6 teachers. This study employed the descriptive –correlational survey type of research design, Statistical tools such as frequency counts, percentages, mean, ranking and multiple regression were used to interpret and analyze the data.  Findings revealed that the students were more skilled in terms with their manipulative skills in computer operations, more favorable attitudes while working in computer operation, and a very good academic performance showed in English, Mathematics, and Computer subjects.

The article deals with the experimental-phonetic analyses of the discourse intonation in the English and Azerbaijan languages. Having researched the article, it becomes clear that discourse intonation (DI) is an approach to the teaching and analysis of everyday speech. The characteristics of intonation components in the formation of discourse have been touched upon in the article. The intonation is mentioned to be one of the main means in the formation of the discourse. It is a known fact that speech styles can be characterized by their lexical, syntactic and phonetic features. The attention is drawn to the distinguishing points of the speech of the people having various professions such as the speech styles of a teacher and a driver should be different not only from the lexical point of view but also from the phonetic point of view. During the conversation, one can come across some nuances of the speaker’s intellectual level, life experience and social status. It is also important to remember that the subject of the conversation is meant to be an important factor too. The object of the conversation ensures the stylistic formation of the idea. The importance of the experiment has been taken into a special consideration in the article as well. The opinion of academician L. V. Sherba that stresses the importance of the experiment has been analyzed by the author. The factors that are needed to be followed by while carrying out the language facts have been fulfilled in the article. The author tries to prove that DI is concerned with the speakers’ moment-by-moment context-referenced choices. It recognizes four systems of speaker’s choice: prominence, tone, melodicy, and termination. The discourse samples having been chosen for the experiment are fulfilled by using various sentence types. Besides, the inside structure of the sentences and their lexical contents are also taken into account in the article. Some discourse samples have been chosen in the comparable languages to be experimented in order to distinguish the intonation nature of the discourse. The experiment has been carried out by using the program “Praat”. It is noteworthy to mention that the program “Praat” is known to be a computer operation used to analyze speech sounds.

In Sweden, large areas of willow plantations designated for energy purposes have been established. Pilot tests, using various waste products from society for fertilisation and/or irrigating purposes, have been carried out at Kagerods wastewater plant since 1992. These tests have clearly shown that recycling of municipal wastewater in Salix plantations, can replace a large part of the conventional wastewater treatment, due to natural purification processes in the soil/plant system. During the last few years, several full-scale treatment plants based on the soil/plant system have been set up. Rosenqvist Mek.Verkstad has developed the irrigation system "RWIS" for distribution of wastewater into the plantation. The system uses a controlled flooding technique, combined with computer operation controlled electric valves placed in the fields. By measuring the flow and having knowledge about the contents of the wastewater, it is possible to have total control over the wastewater that is distributed in a specific area. The irrigation system has to be able to withstand trying conditions, without major maintenance in between harvests.
