The purpose of this research is to apply nonparametric path analysis on consumer satisfaction and consumer engagement of PT Pertamina. The results of the analysis are expected to be able to provide an estimate of the function in determining consumer satisfaction and consumer engagement of PT Pertamina. This study uses primary data involving five variables, namely Digitalization (X1), Consumer Needs (X2), Consumer Service (X3), Consumer Satisfaction (Y1), Consumer Engagement (Y3). Variable measurement technique is done by calculating the average score on the items. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with the respondent's criteria being company leaders. The result of this research is the estimation of nonparametric Path function using MARS approach on various interactions. The best estimate of the function of obedient behavior in paying credit is when it involves 3 variables, namely the digitization variable (X1), Consumer Needs (X2), Consumer Service (X3) with a value ofgeneralized cross-validation The smallest (GCV) obtained is 0.2833. The originality of this research is that the variables used are the results of DNA analysis (Discourse Network Analysis), where the analysis extracts information from cyberspace which is then formed as the main issue and becomes a variable. In the continuous variable measurement-device-independent quantum key distribution (CV-MDI-QKD) protocol, both Alice and Bob send quantum states to an untrusted third party, Charlie, for detection through the quantum channel. In this paper, we mainly study the performance of the CV-MDI-QKD system using the noiseless linear amplifier (NLA). The NLA is added to the output of the detector at Charlie’s side. The research results show that NLA can increase the communication distance and secret key rate of the CV-MDI-QKD protocol. Moreover, we find that the more powerful the improvement of the performance with the longer gain of NLA and the optimum gain is given under different conditions.

ABSTRAK Statistika memiliki peranan yang sangat penting pada sebuah penelitian. Dengan meningkatkan kompetensi di bidang Statistika, para peneliti akan mampu meminimumkan kesalahan yang dapat terjadi dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas output penelitian. Berdasarkan observasi, masih banyak dosen atau peneliti yang terpaku pada metode analisis tertentu dalam mengolah dan menguji hipotesis penelitian dari data yang dikumpulkan melalui sebuah kuesioner. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam menerapkan dan mengolah data menggunakan metode yang sesuai dengan karakteristik data yang dimiliki baik secara teori maupun secara praktik menggunakan software. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan mengenai metode PLS-SEM menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 dalam mengolah data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner pada Dosen mata kuliah Statistika di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Dalam pelatihan ini, peserta dibekali dengan pemaparan teori PLS-SEM meliputi tentang pemaparan atau review mapping metode analisis data, skala pengukuran variabel, teori dasar dari PLS-SEM serta praktikum menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Kegiatan ini mampu mengenalkan dan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kemampuan Dosen mata kuliah Statistika di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung dalam menerapkan metode PLS-SEM menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini juga mampu mendorong motivasi dosen dalam melaksanakan penelitian dan pengembangan transfer ilmu kepada mahasiswa. ABSTRACTStatistics has a very important role in a study. By increasing Statistics competence, researchers will be able to minimize errors and can improve the quality of research output. Based on observations, there are lecturers or researchers who tend to use certain methods on research hypotheses assessment on data which collected through questionaires. Caused by the lack of understanding and ability to choose a suitably method with the characteristics of the data both in theory and in practice using software. The aim of this activity is to provide training on the PLS-SEM method using SmartPLS 3.0 on data obtained from questionnaires for Lecturers of Statistics courses at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. In this training, participants are provided with an explanation of PLS-SEM theory including review of mapping data analysis methods, variable measurement scales, basic theory of PLS-SEM with practical analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. Not only able to introduce and improve the understanding of Lecturers of Statistics courses at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung on the application of the PLS-SEM method using SmartPLS 3.0, this activity also encourage lecturers' motivation in carrying out research and developing knowledge transfer to students.

Abstract Bank Indonesia's Monetary and Fiscal Statistics data shows that financing provided by all types of banks in Indonesia increased by Rp. 504.494 billion in 2019 to Rp 513.528 billion in October 2020. Banking in Indonesia that has a focus in the Home Ownership Credit sector is Bank Syariah Indonesia with both Conventional and Sharia system. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach due to the aspect of objective variable measurement with numbers in analyzing data using statistical procedures. The nature of this study is a correlation meaning that this study will look for the influence of promotion and also margin on sharia home ownership credit (HOM) decision making. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that:(1) There is a significant influence between the promotion of sharia home ownership loan (HOM) decision at Bank Syariah Indonesia Soekarno-Hatta Malang Branch. This is evidenced by the existence of customers who take a mortgage after learning of the promotion from the bank. (2) Variable x2 margin has no effect on sharia mortgage decision making due to what happens in the field of respondents choosing to take HOM due to subsidies from the government. (3) There is a significant influence between promotion and margin on sharia home ownership credit decision making at Bank Syariah Indonesia Soekarno Hatta Branch. Abstrak Data Statistik Moneter dan Fiskal Bank Indonesia menunjukan pembiayaan yang diberikan oleh seluruh jenis Bank yang ada di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yaitu sebesar Rp. 504,494 Miliar di Tahun 2019 meningkat menjadi Rp 513,528 Miliar pada Oktober Tahun 2020. Perbankan di Indonesia yang memiliki fokus di sektor Kredit Pemilikan Rumah adalah Bank Syariah Indonesia baik dengan sistem Konvensional maupun Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dikarenakan aspek pengukuran variabel secara objektif dengan angka dalam menganalisis data menggunakan prosedur statistika. Sifat penelitian ini adalah korelasi artinya penelitian ini akan mencari ada tidaknya pengaruh antara promosi dan juga margin terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit kepemilikan rumah (KPR) Syariah. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara promosi terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit kepemilikan rumah (KPR) syariah di Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Soekarno–Hatta Malang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya nasabah yang mengambil KPR setelah mengetahui promosi dari bank tesebut. (2) Variabel x2 margin tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan KPR Syariah disebabkan hal yang terjadi di lapangan responden memilih mengambil KPR dikarenakan subsidi dari pemerintah. (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara promosi dan margin terhadap pengambilan keputusan kredit kepemilikan rumah syariah di Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Soekarno Hatta.
