Abstract This study compares behavioral health and most-interested topics among older adults in three aging-in-community (AIC) programs: a university-based lifelong learning program (LLP; 38%), a county neighborhood lunch program (NLP; 29%), and a village program sample (33%) (total n=289). Mean age was 72.4 (SD=8.68) years. Although perceived health was similar (mean=3.76), LLP and village members reported higher quality of life than NLP participants (p=.004). Two-thirds of the participants indicated at least half of their daily plates filled with fruits and vegetables, and at least 10 min. walking in 4.5 days during a typical week. The duration of each walking was lower among NLP members (23 min.), compared with village (31 min.) or LLP members (35 min.) (p=.002). The top three most interested topics were brain health, giving back, and keep community healthy. Older adults in AIC programs were overall healthy and active. Results have implication on tailored program development.

Recent GWAS of alcohol-related traits have uncovered key differences in the underlying genetic architectures of alcohol consumption and alcohol use disorder (AUD), with the two traits having opposite genetic correlations with psychiatric disorders. Understanding the genetic factors that underlie the transition from heavy drinking to AUD has important theoretical and clinical implications. We utilized longitudinal data from the cross-ancestry Million Veteran Program sample to identify 1) novel loci associated with AUD and alcohol consumption [measured by the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test-Consumption (AUDIT-C)] and 2) genetic variants with direct effects on AUD not mediated through alcohol consumption. We identified 26 loci associated with AUD, including 5 ancestry-specific and 6 novel loci and 22 loci associated with AUDIT-C, including 3 ancestry-specific and 8 novel loci. In secondary GWAS that excluded individuals who report abstinence, we identify 7 additional loci for AUD and 8 additional loci for AUDIT-C. We demonstrate that, although the heterogeneity of the abstinent group biases the GWAS findings, unique variance between alcohol consumption and disorder remains after the group is excluded. Finally, using mediation analysis, we identified a set of variants with effects on AUD that are not mediated through alcohol consumption. The distinct genetic architectures of alcohol consumption and AUD suggest different biological contributions to the traits. Genetic variants with direct effects on AUD are potentially relevant to understanding the transition from heavy alcohol consumption to AUD and targets for translational prevention and treatment efforts.

The purpose of this research is to get empirical evidence about the influences of perceived price, promotion, and service quality on purchase decision. The method used was multiple regression method with SPSS version 22 program. Sample size was 200 people at the one of Hypermarket as respondents. Data was collected by using non probability sampling method. The instrument used in the form of a structured questionnaire of 35 questions arranged based on indicator and dimensions derived from each variable. The result showed that perceived price, promotion, and service quality had positive and significant influence to purchase decision.

Purpose: Testing the effect of financial performance consisting of CR, DER, ROA, TATO on stock prices with Financial Distress as the mediating variable. Research methodology: The data are secondary data in the form of financial reports. This research method uses Path Analysis, and to analyze the data using the SPSS version 25 program. Sample of 16 companies listed on the BEI in 2014-2018. Results: CR, ROA affect FD while DER, TATO do not affect FD. Only TATO has a direct effect on stock prices. FD with the Altman Z score method only indicates the DER. Limitations: The historical data used is limited, 5-year time series and the variables: six variables and Altman Z Score method. Contribution: Non-bank SOEs pay attention to CR, DER and ROA that have not influenced share prices and maintain the performance of TATO. SOE must conduct FD analysis, which is an early warning system, solutions can be found immediately if predicted will experience financial difficulties in the future. Keywords: Financial performance, Financial distress, Stock price

It is stated that peri-implanter diseases have destructive effects similar to periodontal diseases. This study aims to compare IL-1β and TNF-α levels in healthy and diseased areas. Forty non-smokers systemically health individuals (40 implants/40 teeth) (age:38-67) were included in the study. In clinical and radiographic examinations; plaque index (PIn), gingival index (GI), periodontal pocket depth (PPD), clinical attachment level (CAL) and marginal bone loss (MBL) values were recorded. The gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) and peri-implanter sulcus fluids (PISF) of the patients were collected, and IL-1β and TNF-α levels were measured by ELISA in the samples. The collected data were analyzed with the help of SPSS v.22 package program. Sample PPD score showed a statistically significant difference between the diseased and healthy groups and also sample CAL showed statistically significant higher in Periodontitis(P) compared to periodontally heathy(H) and Gingivitis(G) (p>0.05). IL-1beta and TNF-α levels in GCF/PISF; In the P and Peri-implantitis (PI) group, it was found statistically significantly higher than the H, Healthy-Implant (HI), besides P showed higher levels compared to G (p<0.05). Within the limitations of our study, it can be said that IL-1β and TNF-α among inflammatory cytokines in GCF/PISF will increase in periodontal and peri-implanter diseases, it can also be said that this increase in cytokines may indicate that periodontal and peri-implanter diseases have similar immunological structure. Peri-implant mucositis without periodontitis history has similarity to peri-implantitis and periodontitis in terms of IL-1β and TNF-α levels in GCF/PISF.

The role of service quality in shaping customer satisfaction and loyalty is a research model built to determine the contribution of each factor in explaining other factors. To get a good research model using SEM-Covariance data analysis with the Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) program. Sample data collection using purposive techniques and quota sampling conducted at Pengandaran, Karakatau, Dieng and Pahawang tourist destinations with 162 tourists. The findings of the research model that were built, that to realize sustainability and maintain the existence of travel agents in the future is to carry out aspects of service quality with excellence. Because it is known that service quality is an important factor for travel agents in shaping positive attitudes and behaviors of consumers that match expectations of being committed and being the first choice.
