The purpose of this study was to determine the Financial Performance of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency (Bolsel) through an analysis of the effectiveness of PAD. The object of the research is the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data used is secondary data from the 2017-2020 budget realization report. The data analysis technique is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results showed that the analysis of the effectiveness of PAD at the BPKPD of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency in 2017 and 2018 was quite effective, then increased to very effective in 2019 and 2020. For Trend analysis in the next 5 years, the results tend to increase, this is a very good implementation of performance. South Bolaang Mongondow Regency.

Local taxes are taxes whose management and collection are carried out by local governments and for the benefit of the region itself as well as a source of regional income that contributes to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB). Gross regional domestic product (GRDP) is one of the macroeconomic indicators designed to present economic events in the exploitation of these resources and further understand the relationship between the transactions that occur in between. In Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency, the increase in Regional Original Income (PAD) is dominated by the contribution of tax revenues and levies. Local taxes and levies are the largest revenues that can contribute to the South Bolaang Mongondow Regional Original Revenue. Local taxes are able to become a mainstay in contributing to GRDP, because it is in line with the rapid development and economy in Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of local taxes to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) of Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data (time series) in the 2010-2020 observation period. PDRB data collection is obtained from BPS South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, while regional tax and PAD data are obtained from South Bolaang Mongondow BPKPD. The results obtained are approximately 62.3% of local taxes have a significant effect on contributing to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP).

This study aims to determine and test the Effect of Customer Service Services in Overcoming Customer Complaints of Customer Satisfaction in P. Sulutgo Bank Limboto Branch. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the customer at P. Sulutgo Bank Limboto Branch. The sample used in this study was 100 customers. The data used are primary data obtained through a questionnaire that is processed using the IBM SPSS 25 application. Data analysis method used is a simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of Customer Service on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Sulutgo Limboto Branch with a significance value of 0.040. the value of t count is greater than t table for customer service variables of 2,077> 1,660 and a significance value of 0.040. This significance value is still smaller than the alpha value (0.05) so that H_0 is rejected.

This study aims to determine the Marketing Strategy at Najwa Store in creating customer satisfaction. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, the total sample of 15 customers with a sampling technique that census. The data collection method is direct observation, interviews and by using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that in creating customer satisfaction at Najwa Store it is important to know the importance of the marketing mix that is the set of variables used by Najwa Stores to increase consumer satisfaction (buyers), wherein the variables of the marketing mix consists of seven variables: price, product completeness, promotion of goods, location, service quality, product quality, and facilities.

The role of the zakat agency is very important to restore the trust of the natural community to carry out their obligations as a Muslim. The application of strategies in collecting zakat, infaq, and alms funds is very much needed, one of which is by cooperating with public figures to become marketing media for zakat amil. Public figures are required to provide good education for the community, especially public figures in the field of religion, because many of their activities are public spectacle. Therefore, public figures are expected to be examples for the community because they can influence public decisions in general. This research is descriptive research. Descriptive research is research that seeks to provide a systematic and careful description of the actual facts and characteristics of a particular population. The role of public figures can boost the collection of zakat, infaq and alms funds. Many muzakki claim to know public figures, rather than know their institutions. In fact, some of the muzakki trust public figures more than the amil zakat institutions. Some of these muzakki prefer to pay zakat, infaq, and alms funds through these public figures rather than paying them to zakat, infaq and alms amil funds.
