Abstract: This article discusses education, where education is so important in our lives that it becomes a way of self-development. It's just that some people think that it is a waste of time and leads to unemployment. For this reason, in this paper, I will use a qualitative method with a literature approach in placing the results of previous findings into various findings that have just been discovered. Then the explanation of the benefits of education is very important, to provide good education to those who are shallow in understanding the importance of education for people's lives and specifically personally so that they can know more about education. So this aims that education is not a futile thing but we need to strive for, so that education can help us in the process of self-development. Therefore, we can find out more about the benefits of education in knowing the Christian faith, as well as broader insights.

Children who are a mandate for their parents and teachers, they must consider a good education for them from an early age. Rasulullah has implemented several rules how should teach children. This research is a qualitative research with literature study and hermeneutic approach to the hadiths related to early childhood education. It was found that early childhood education in the perspective of the prophet's hadith should focus on the formation of noble character and worship to to Allah. Early childhood education must contain a curriculum that objects to the child's soul and body, including faith education, amaliyah, morality and skills education. The source of funds for the Bandung City MTs Baabussalaam only relies on the government through the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds, the disbursement of BOS funds is often late from the stipulated time. The purpose of this study was to find out the financing of madrasa organization at MTs Baabussalaaam, Bandung City. This study uses a case study method. Data collection is done by interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study showed that the implementation of educational funding at MTs Baabussalaam, Bandung City, namely; BOS funds received from the central government and regional governments are given gradually four times a year, currently twice a year according to the applicable regulations. New funds received in 2017 amounting to 206,802,500 rupiahs. Allocation of the education budget is only sufficient for monthly teacher honorarium payments. Madrasah students are only charged extracurricular activities, but not all make payments (198 students X Rp. 20,000 = Rp. 3,980,000). The conclusions of this study that the highest need for education funding at MTs Baabussalaam in Bandung City is the payment of honorarium for Non-Civil Servant Teachers, there needs to be an effort to increase the government's commitment to financing education so that it supports all components of madrasa activities, and reaches national standards. When disbursement of education costs needs to be timely in accordance with the calendar of investigation. In order for parents to participate in financing good education, it must be balanced by providing quality assurance to education consumers.

The world is simultaneously facing many crises that humanity is failing to solve. Background: Smoking has become a habit of Indonesian society. This behavior is not only found in adults but also in adolescents over 15 years. Indonesia ranks third out of the ten largest smoking countries in the world. There are 33.37% of the population of the Aru Islands aged over 15 years who have a smoking habit. This behaviour in adolescents occurs due to invitations from peers, being ridiculed by friends if they do not smoke, desire to try new things, fad, addicted, imitating parents and the influence of the mass media.Purpose: This study aimed to determine the factors of smoking behaviour in adolescents in Aru Islands, Maluku.Methods: This study used a cross sectional approach with a total sample of 72 respondents using purposive sampling technic. This research used questionnaire as instrument, whereas the data were analysed using the chi-square test to relate the analysed data to the chi-square of age, education, knowledge, and stress levels.Results: The results shows that there are relationships between age (p. value 0.015), education (p. value 0.005), knowledge (p. value 0.038) and stress levels (p. value 0.035) on smoking behaviour in the Aru Islands region, Maluku.Conclusion: The hope is that with good education and knowledge, teenagers in these areas will be more easily exposed to information about the dangers and impacts of smoking at a young age and not use cigarettes as an escape to deal with stress

AbstractMigrating is defined as a person's journey to another area to achieve the desired goal and stay, In the realm of education, many youths decide to go to other areas to get a good education and under expectations for the next life. The sophistication of today's technology makes migrating not a complicated thing to be doing in the community, especially the youth in taking education in place of choice. Based on the phenomena that occur to the lives of teenagers to study, the formulation of the research problem is planned, how students are social relations with the people of Jogja while in overseas land within the scope of the organization, this aims to find the strategy of student organizations of social life in Jogja. The research method is qualitative with a descriptive approach, data sources are Gayo students who are active in ethnic-based student organization activities in Jogja, data collection techniques are interview, observation, and documentation methods. The research results show that ethnic-based student organizations, IMAGAYO and IPEMAHLUTYO, carry out various activities such as the Saman and Guel dance as a form of interaction with the people of Jogja and adapt themselves by following the habits, behaviour patterns and Javanese culture as the majority culture in Jogja.-------AbstrakMerantau diartikan sebagai perjalanan seseorang ke daerah lain guna mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan dan menetap sementara, dalam ranah pendidikan banyak pemuda yang memutuskan untuk pergi ke daerah lain guna mendapatkan pendidikan yang baik dan sesuai dengan harapan untuk kehidupan selanjutnya. Kecanggihan teknologi saat ini menjadikan merantau bukan hal yang rumit untuk dilakukan oleh masyarakat khususnya kaum pemuda dalam menempuh pendidikan di tempat-tempat pilihan. Berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi dalam kehidupan para remaja untuk menempuh studi, maka disusun rumusan masalah penelitian yaitu bagaimana hubungan sosial mahasiswa dengan masyarakat Jogja selama berada di tanah rantau dalam lingkup organisasi, hal ini bertujuan untuk menemukan strategi organisasi mahasiswa dalam kehidupan sosial di Jogja. Metode penelitian yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, sumber data adalah para mahasiswa Gayo yang aktif dalam kegiatan organisasi kemahasiswaan berbasis etnik di Jogja,  teknik pengumpulan data yaitu metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organisasi mahasiswa berbasis etnik yaitu IMAGAYO dan IPEMAHLUTYO melakukan berbagai kegiatan seperti tari Saman dan Guel sebagai salah satu bentuk interaksi terhadap masyarakat Jogja dan menyesuaikan diri dengan cara mengikuti kebiasaan, pola tingkah laku dan  budaya Jawa sebagai budaya mayoritas di Jogja.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Emotional Spiritual Achievement (ESA) Program in shaping students' mindsets towards Islamic Religious Education. The results of this study are expected to provide solutions for schools, in realizing a good education with good morals and good character. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The data that has been collected is analyzed through data reduction, data display, data validity and conclusions. This study shows that: 1) The Emotional Spiritual Achievement (ESA) program is very important to be followed and implemented by schools. 2) The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers is very important for the development of emotional and spiritual intelligence of students in schools. 3) The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in developing the Emotional Spiritual Achievement (ESA) Program has been very good so that it can produce good output and character.
