To make students independent, fostering togetherness and awareness of worship Full Day School students is one program that can be an alternative to improve it. Full Day School is one of the excellent programs initiated by several schools in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to study the input and output of a full-day school Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Babul Hikmah. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. With data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, documentation and data triangulation. The results of this study indicate the full system of schools in the Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Babul Hikmah running effectively, successfully visible from the input and output in the school.

To develop the potential of students must be supported by quality education. Total Quality Management becomes a management approach centered on quality for long-term success through customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to find out how customer satisfaction is assessed from aspects of tangibles (direct evidence), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This research uses mixed methods with the Embedded Concurrent model (unbalanced mixture), applied to students with a sample of 90 students as respondents chosen randomly with 25 items of questions, observations, interviews, documentation. The findings of these study address customers getting satisfaction with the services provided by schools. With responsiveness aspects that are more prominent than other elements.

Pedagogic competence is a fundamental competency in the framework of children's educational practices. Pedagogic competence is required as a system of knowledge about children's education that will become the basis or basis in children's educational practices and become the standard of success of children's educational practices. This research was conducted to analyze how pedagogic competence in improving the performance of PAUD teachers in the Gadingrejo Sub-district. The method used in this study is the qualitative research method by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The source of information is obtained through interviews with the head of the foundation, educators, and students. The results of research on pedagogic abilities of PAUD teachers in Qurotta Ayun and PAUD SPS Latifah Learning Group in organizing various aspects of child development according to age, designing child development activities according to age-based on curriculum, organizing educational development activities in children according to age, organizing and making assessment reports, evaluation of processes and evaluation of learning outcomes in children according to age, analyzing the theory of play according to aspects and stages of development, needs, potential talents and interests of children according to age, in general, is good enough. However, there needs to be an improvement in pedagogic management through the improvement of educational qualifications and competencies of educators through training activities, technical guidance, and workshops.

Spiritual extracurricular activities have an important role in exploring potential interests, talents, and can encourage the increase in the values of the religious character of students and their practice of Islamic teachings which have declined in recent times. The purpose of this study was to determine how to evaluate the context, input, process, and product of the Spirituality extracurricular program at Madrasa Tsanawiyah Darul Huda Bandar Lampung. This study used an evaluative design with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the head of the madrasa, coaches, and spiritual extracurricular participants. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s theory, namely reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions / verifying. The results showed: (1) Evaluation of the context related to program management structure, program objectives, types of activities, work programs, and needs was quite good, (2) Evaluation of inputs related to supervisors and participants who took part in spiritual extracurricular activities, as well as feasibility/completeness. from the facilities and infrastructure to support program activities is quite good. However, it needs to be improved in the provision of teacher trainers, and the details of program implementation funding, (3) Evaluation of the process is good. The implementation is by the program guidelines of The Ministry of Education and. Culture Number 62 of 2014, (4) Good product evaluation, containing student learning outcomes as values, achievements, and the character of students from religious character, honesty, discipline, responsibility, tolerance, cooperation, polite/polite, and self-confidence. The implication of this research shows that the spiritual extracurricular program at Madrasa Tsanawiyah Darul Huda Bandar Lampung plays a very important role in shaping the religious character of students.
