The article discusses some issues concerning teacher and lesson efficiency of being paramount in amending programs on pedagogy and teaching methodologies. Lately, Classroom Action Research (CAR) has become an object of novel studies in the scope of improving class quality and efficiency. Actually, this approach is a professional development outlook in which teachers critically study their action data and seek to find improvement trends. The approach is spread early all over the world, however, for Armenian research context it is a comparatively new sphere. As a matter of fact, the article represents the effectiveness of the method and its applicability for the professional development of teachers. Accordingly, the need of implementing the discussing method has been highlighted on the sample of SOIE – School of International English.

The concept of “gender” is one of the most discussed, criticized and speculated concepts in recent years, which is of interest from different perspectives - cultural, sociological, political, linguistic, psychological, etc. Gender obtains a unique manifestation in the political discourse. The analysis of speech of female and male politicians enables to identify the peculiarities of gender approaches in the political communication. There are obvious differences in the speech of men and women. They are conditioned by social and biological roles as well as stereotypes. In our work, we have analyzed the debates and speech of some key figures in American, French, and Armenian politics based on gender features. The contextual analysis used throughout the studies determines whether the speech has gender-specific peculiarities and what linguistic devices in the speech make it possible to speak, for example, whether the speech is mild or coarse, tolerant or intolerant.

Based on the theories of A.Sen and J.Rolls, in this article, the implementation of the principle of social justice was viewed from two perspectives: “equal distribution of primary goods” and “equal opportunity in developing capabilities”. According to the very methodological approach the relevance of social justice and law-making was assessed in which social justice was prioritised as one of the fundamental goals of the law-making process. The research has given much prominence to contemporary legal technologies as well. Based on the analysis of Tax Code recent changes, the existing imperfections were pointed out and the ways of overcoming them were highlighted.

In this day and age, English is a dominant international language and correspondingly is the indispensable inkling to the ever-changing world of science. Yet from this perspective, it becomes paramount to promote speaking skill for better employability. Speaking English is extremely important to all, especially for EFL learners since they must make sure first that the hearer understands what is being said or delivered before speaking. During speaking activities, students confront some difficulties and to solve these problems the researchers of this article have determined to explore the efficient mechanisms to improve the pupils’ speaking proficiency and identify the favorable atmosphere in the process of implementing games and activities in the scope of the teaching and learning process, particularly in high schools of the Republic of Armenia. In order to minimize the learners’ problem, the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) method has been applied to improve EFL pupils’ speaking skills undertaken during classes.

The article outlines the theoretical and practical framework of literary translation as one of the complicated procedure of all times. The work focuses on the principles of translation equivalence, as well as it carries out a comparative research of Edgar Poe’s poetry “Annabel Lee” and its Armenian translation. The interpretation of meta-language in poetry entails consequences for its full evaluation and equivalent aesthetic translation.

Considering the nationalist tendencies in the EU, the transformation of European nation-states, the increasing influx of immigrants, the socio-economic issues, it is necessary to identify the impact of the EU's multicultural policies on groups with different cultural norms and customs. The multilayered nature of the topic will provide a more comprehensive view of the issues of overcoming separatist crises. The article identifies the link between separatist demands of subdivisions with different cultural norms, and multicultural policies pursued by the state as a strategic tool for responding adequately to separatist challenges, restoring civic solidarity, and preventing the growth of social conflicts.

Long-term and sustainable ensuring of grain production is of high importance especially in the context of the coronavirus epidemic, as well as in emergency situations. The main objective of the article is to reveal the problems of the chain of the production to its final consumption and to propose problem solutions. Using the methods of economic research, meeting-discussion-inquiries, an analysis of relationships during the whole cycle of grain production to sale, as well as SWOT analysis of wheat value-chain has been implemented. As a result, comprehensive measures have been proposed to regulate grain production and sale problem in the country.

In recent years, tourism has grown rapidly around the world. However, in 2020 the growth of the tourism sector was disrupted by the coronavirus epidemic. Many countries, such as Armenia, tried to revive domestic tourism. Due to pandemic restrictions in 2020 the number of domestic tourists in Armenia has decreased by about 33% compared to the previous year, composing 1045756 people. The article forecasts the number of domestic tourists for the next three years using the ARIMA method. According to forecasts, in 2021 the number of domestic tourists in Armenia will be 1287492 people, in 2022 - 1350129 people, in 2023 - 1412764 people. In addition, the current state of domestic tourism, its development issues were analyzed, some suggestions were made for the development of domestic tourism, related to the improvement of marketing activities, the development of new routes, and so on.

The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the issue of corruption, as well as outlining possible ways of preventing it. This analysis is based on the approaches of well-known researchers based on international experience, particularly in Singapore. The article analyzes the issue of corruption in a broad and narrow sense. In the broadest sense, corruption is one of the most undesirable phenomena, which is also related to the possibilities of human behavior and relations, regulation, and social control. In the narrow sense of the word corruption is a phenomenon, as a result of which the leader either abuses his / her official position or goes against the performance of his / her duties in order to obtain additional funds and it seems that the state is privatized by individuals. The article singles out the ways that show how to reduce, prevent or eliminate corruption due to the existence of developed legislation, moral education of the public, accountable civil servants.
