The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of convenience, trust and price on comfort of islamic economics and business faculty students online shopping with as-salam contract.This type of research is kuantitatif recearch. The samples in this study were 85 respondens from students have been shopping online with as-salam contract The sampling tecnique using simple random sampling . methods of data collection by questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that in the F test of regression conducted found that all variables that include convenience,trust and price simultaneously positive and significant effect  the comfort online shopping with as-salam contract. While the results of t tests conducted that partially influential variables are the convenience and price positive and significant effect agains comfort online shopping with as-salam contract, while the partial trust variables have positive effect so not significant on comfort online shopping with as-salam contract.

Penelitian ini dilakukan menganalisis kajian tentang manajemen proses bisnis pelaksanaan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) pada sebuah organisasi perguruan tinggi swasta studi eksisting di STMIK Jabar, dimana proses bisnis pelaksanaan penelitian dan PKM ini masih ada proses secara eksisting yang dipandang perlu untuk perbaikan agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja pelaksanaan penelitian dan PKM. Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi secara menyeluruh tentang siklus hidup proses bisnis pelaksanaan penelitian dan PKM. Pelaksanaan penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dimana penelitian ini berusaha mendeskripsikan kejadian, pristiwa, dan gejala yang terjadi pada saat sekarang (Sulistyo, 2017:15). Hasil penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi proses bisnis pelaksanaan penelitian dan PKM dengan model BPMN dan Value Chain. Dampak yang diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan penelitian dan PKM bagi Perguruan Tinggi Swasta khususnya

AbstractThe chemical manufacturing sector is one of the supporters of the domestic economy which contributes to the value of domestic exports of 6.41% of total exports. However, in the last 3 years there was a significant decrease in production volume which caused the growth of the chemical industry sector to only reach 3.48%, this value is still below the national economic growth. This shows the importance of competitive advantage in facing global competition. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the indicators that influence competitive advantage viewed from the perspective of human resources by using managerial functions on sustainable organizational performance by using environmental, social and economic dimensions. The study was conducted in the chemical manufacturing industry sector in Banten Province of 110 respondents with criteria as managerial level or decision making with a minimum working period of 2 years and using a purposive sampling method. The analytical method uses Smart PLS 3 against 4 indicators of competitive advantage and 28 indicators of organizational performance that is sustainable. The results of the outer model show that all indicators of competitive advantage can build latent variables, while of 28 indicators of sustainable organizational performance there are 3 indicators that have loading factors below 0.70, so that only 25 indicators are able to build latent variables. The inner model results show that the model built has good goodness of fit, while the results of the hypothesis test show a significant influence between the variables of competitive advantage on sustainable organizational performance with a magnitude of influence of 50.3%.Keywords: Managerial function, Competitive Advantage, Sustainable Organizational                        Performance.

Technological progress in the 4.0 era was followed by an increase in the Indonesian economy in the field of entrepreneurship. This makes a lot of new business opportunities that are dominated by women. Moreover, there are suggestions from scholars that Muslim women must be able to meet their own needs so that they are not regarded as weak creatures that depend on men. Based on that, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-concept and the environment on their interests and influence on millennial Muslim women's entrepreneurial decisions. This research uses a quantitative method with a post positivism approach. This research analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model with WarpPLS 6.0 application. The concept of self and environment as exogenous variables, entrepreneurial interests and decisions as endogenous variables. Data were taken using a purposive random sample technique of 210 people. The data population is millennial Muslim women in the Pati Residency area. The results obtained that the variable self-concept has an influence on interest and entrepreneurial decisions of 0.211 with a probability 0.001 and a standard error of 0.047. Environmental variables affect the interest and entrepreneurial decisions of 0.131 with a probability of 0.003 and a standard error of 0.048. This means that the self-concept variable has a greater influence than the millennial Muslim women's environment.

 This study aimed to examine the influence of leadership style and organizational culiture on the performance of employess of PT. BPR Syariah Adeco in Langsa. The population used is all employees of PT.BPR Syariah Adeco Langsa, amouting to 30 people, with the census method. Data Analysis in this study used validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing with IBM SPSS program analysis tools. The results of research and discussion explain that there is a sugnificant influence between leadership style on employee performance. Organizational culture variables significantly influence employee performance. The significant influence between leadership style variables and organizational cultulre together/simultaneously on employee performance, which is indicated by the coefficient of determination with a result of 61.0%. while the rest of the 3.9% employee performance variables can be explained from other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Leadership style, organizational culture and employee performance

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on employee performance within the State Islamic Institute of Palangka Raya. Performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of a program of activities or policies in realizing the goals, objectives, vision, and mission of the organization as outlined through an organization's strategic planning. This research was conducted on 92 employees who work in IAIN Palangka Raya.The research findings indicate that the workload variable has a positive effect on employee performance in the State Islamic Institute of Palangka Raya. This is evidenced by the results of the regression test statistics obtained a value of (β) 0.778 (p 0.05; p = 0.000). With an R square adjust the value of 34%. then this study successfully demonstrated that workload has a positive and significant influence on performance. Hypothesis testing uses the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences program.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan transaksi rahn tanah pertanian dengan adanya persyaratan pengelolaan yang disyaratkan oleh murtahin serta dampak pelaksanaan persyaratan tersebut kepada para petani. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transaksi rahn tanah pertanian dilakukan dalam dua bentuk yaitu tertulis dan tidak tertulis dengan kebanyakan hak pengelolaan akan dilakukan oleh murtahin dan hasil panen yang akan diambil seluruhnya atau dibagi antara rahin dan murtahin

This study aims to determine whether there is a difference between the performance of BNI Syariah Bank and BRI Syariah with the Islamicity Performance Index approach method is one alternative to measure the performance of Islamic banking in terms of IslamicThis method uses quantitative and comparative, as well as data obtained sourced from BNI Syariah and BRI Syariah financial reports in 2014-2018 through the website www.ojk.go.id .The variables used in this study are the ratio of PSR, ZPR, EDR qardh and donations, IIR and IsIR The results of the research test showed that there were significant differences in the PSR ratio while for the ZPR, EDR qardh and donation ratios, IIR and IsIRThere were no significant differences. Overall BNI Syariah's performance is better when compared to BRI Syariah.Based on these results it is expected that Bank Syariah Syariah will further improve financial performance based on Islamic Sharia through strengthening capital, and encourage the development of social funds, namely zakat, infaq, alms and endowments.

Hadir tempat belanja baru ditambah dengan perbedaan generasi menjadi hal pentingnya untuk diketahui factor yang menjadi penentu konsumen dalam memutuskan tempat belanja dilihat dari factor demograsi konsumen.Populasi konsumen produk fashion retail offline dan online dengan jumlah tidak diketahui pasti maka sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  non probability sebanyak 195 responden di DKI. Dengan alat analisis diskiriman yang digunakan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa factor pendidikan dan pendapatan yang menjadi penentu konsumen dalam memutuskan tempat belanja di retail offline ,online atau keduanya. Hal ini dikaitkan dengan perbedaan generasi konsumen yang ada saat ini dari segi pendidikan dan pendapatan konsumen. Kunci pemasar yang berhasil harus memutukan focus menjual di satu tempat belanja  yang sesuai kelompok konsumen mereka sasar.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui manajemen pemberdayaan mustahik melalui sentra pembibitan kambing unggul boerka di nagari Andaleh Kecamatan Batipuh Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen pada program pemberdayaan mustahik melalui sentra pembibitan kambing unggul Boerka di Nagari Andaleh Kecamatan Batipuh Kabupaten Tanah Datar sudah berjalan dengan baik. Pada aspek perencanaan terlihat sangat sederhana, namun pada tahap pelaksanaan cukup banyak. Dari segi organisasi cukup sederhana melibatkan BAZNAS RI dan BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Dari segi pelaksanaan Pada aspek pelaksanaan sangat komplit terbukti dengan banyaknya inovasi kegiatan yang terkadang belum direncanakan. Sedangkan pada aspek pengawasan dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanah Datar, BAZNAS RI, dan masyarakat. BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanah Datar melakukan pengawasan teknis di lapangan. Sedangkan BAZNAS RI melakukan pengawasan program dan pengawasan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh auditor BAZNAS Pusat. Bentuk pengawasan lainnya adalah dari masyarakat.
