Pengaruh Kenyamanan, Kepercayaan, dan Harga Terhadap Minat Mahasisiwi FEBI IAIN Langsa Berbelanja Online Menggunakan Akad Salam

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of convenience, trust and price on comfort of islamic economics and business faculty students online shopping with as-salam contract.This type of research is kuantitatif recearch. The samples in this study were 85 respondens from students have been shopping online with as-salam contract The sampling tecnique using simple random sampling . methods of data collection by questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that in the F test of regression conducted found that all variables that include convenience,trust and price simultaneously positive and significant effect the comfort online shopping with as-salam contract. While the results of t tests conducted that partially influential variables are the convenience and price positive and significant effect agains comfort online shopping with as-salam contract, while the partial trust variables have positive effect so not significant on comfort online shopping with as-salam contract.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.

This study analyzes the influence of organizational commitment and compensation simultaneously on the performance of personnel BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the influence of organizational commitment and partial compensation to personnel performance BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin, analyzing the dominant variable of organizational commitment and compensation affecting BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin performance.The research method used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population of this research was 52 people with purposive sampling sampling technique with 52 samples. data collection was done by using questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple regression with F test and t test.The Influence of Organizational Commitments (X1) affects the performance of personnel (Y). The proof of the statement can not be based on the value of t greater than the value of t table (4.824> 2.007) and lower value significantly than error rate (0,000 <0,05). The effect of Work Compensation (X2) influenced the performance of personnel (Y) of t table (3.931> 2.007) and significantly lower value than error rate (0,000 <0,05). This result shows that partial compensation work variable has an effect on personnel performance. The table above shows that 0.942 = 94.2% means there are still other variables that affect the personnel performance besides the organizational commitment variable and the simultaneous commitment to the personnel performance of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Polresta Banjarmasin.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much the potential and effectiveness of restaurant tax collection in the District of South Kuta. This research has been conducted in various restaurants located in South Kuta. The number of samples is 94 restaurants, 14 restaurants, and 4 bars, with probability sampling methods, especially Simple Random Sampling. Data collection is done through surveys, non-participant observation, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. The analysis shows that the restaurant tax potential in South Kuta District in 2019 is quite large when compared to the realization and target of restaurant tax. The effectiveness of restaurant tax collection in South Kuta District in 2018 which resulted in 108 percent with very effective criteria. Keywords: Potency; Effectiveness; Realization of Revenue.

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This study aims to determine the differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comic media. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study is all students of class VII MTs. The State of Selong Model and the sampling was determined by using cluster random sampling technique to select the class and simple random sampling to select the students in that class. The second sampling technique is random sampling by drawing lots, cluster random sampling, namely the class is divided into experimental class I, namely the class that is taught using interactive multimedia drills model (class VII-E) and the experimental class II, namely the class that is taught using comic media. science (class VII-F), each of which consists of 36 students. And simple random sampling, where students are drawn after data collection to reduce the sample to 30 students to facilitate hypothesis testing. The data collection technique used post-test while the data analysis technique to test the hypothesis was the t-test. The results of data analysis using t-test showed that there were differences in student achievement who were taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who were taught using science comic media. This can be seen in the post-test results where t-count > t-table is 2.206 > 2.002. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there are differences in student achievement who are taught using interactive multimedia drills model with students who are taught using science comics

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge and understanding of taxation regulations, tax avoidance and taxation sanctions simultaneously and partially on taxpayer compliance. To find out the difference in knowledge and understanding of taxation regulations, tax avoidance, taxation and compliance sanctions on private taxpayers of private employees with ASN's personal taxpayers. In this study using the population of all individual taxpayers registered in the Tegal City KPP with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires. The data is processed using SPSS program version 23. The results of this study conclude that the first hypothesis is that there is the influence of knowledge and understanding of tax regulations, tax avoidance and taxation sanctions simultaneously on taxpayer compliance with a significant value of 0,000. The second hypothesis is that there is an influence of knowledge and understanding of taxation regulation partially to taxpayer compliance with the significant value equal to 0,011. The third hypothesis is that there is no partial tax avoidance effect on taxpayer compliance with a significant value of 0.069. The fourth hypothesis is that there is a partial effect of taxation sanctions on taxpayer compliance with a significant value of 0.030. The fifth hypothesis is that there are differences in knowledge and understanding of taxation regulations, tax evasion, tax sanctions and compliance with private taxpayers private employees with taxpayers personal ASN. While for both groups of taxpayers both private and ASN employees do not differ or there is no difference in preferences on tax sanctions.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi, penghargaan dan kepercayaan terhadap motivasi berprestasi pegawai dinas pendidikan pemuda dan olahraga Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Survei dilakukan terhadap 75 orang pegawai yang dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (2) penghargaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (3) kepercayaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (4) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepercayaan, (5) penghargaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepercayaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi pegawai dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan budaya organisasi, penghargaan dan kepercayaan. Sementara untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan pegawai dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan budaya organisasi dan penghargaan.Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi, penghargaan, kepercayaan, motivasi berprestasi THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATION CULTURE, REWARD, AND TRUST ON ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION OF YOUTH AND SPORTS EDUCATION DEPARTMENT OF ROKAN HULU DISTRICTAbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the effect of organizational culture, appreciation and trust toward the employees’ achievement motivation of Education, Youth and Sports education Ministery of Rokan Hulu Regency. The survey was conducted on 75 employees. Sample was taken by simple Random Sampling Technique. Data analysis was done by path analysis. The results showed that: 1) Organizational culture has a direct positive effect toward achievement motivation, (2) The reward has a direct positive effect toward achievement motivation, (3) Trust has a direct positive effect toward achievement motivation, (4) Organizational culture has a direct positive effect toward the trust, (5) Reward has a positive direct effect toward the trust. Based on the research results could be concluded that to improve employees’ achievement motivation could be done by improving organizational culture, appreciation, and trust. Meanwhile, to increase the confidence of employees could be done by improving the organizational culture and appreciation.Keywords: organizational culture, reward, trust, achievement motivation

This study aims to analyze the income of potato farming in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Sampling in this study was carried out by simple random sampling, as many as 30 farmers who worked on potatoes. This research uses primary and secondary data. Primary data collection was carried out by direct interview with potato farmers in Sinsingon Village. Secondary data were collected from the Sinsingon Village Office and Passi Timur Sub-district Agriculutural Extension Office. Data analysis uses the formula for income and R / C ratio. The results showed that the average potato farm receipts per farmer was Rp. 18,746,000 and the total average cost per farmer is Rp. 10,891,458.33 and produce an average income per farmer of Rp. 7,854,541.67 so as to obtain an R / C ratio of> 1 which is 1.72, it means that the potato farming in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District is experiencing profit so that this business is worth the effort.*eprm*

The purpose of this study is determining the online mathematics learning implementation using Google classroom media for XII grades at SMK Tunas Harapan Pati, obstacles for using google classroom and amenity for using google classroom . This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive design.The subject in this research is 5 students grade XII who are chosen with simple random sampling methods. The techniques used in collecting data are deep interview, and direct observation at the same time. Data analysis techniques use interactive data analys model. The conclusion of this research is the students can’t be optimally adapted in using google classroom for media of learning mathematics such as unstabile signal and there is electricity blackout too often .
