Leaders are people who are tasked to guide and direct the people they lead, a leader has a very heavy duty in directing the community he leads. A good leader is a leader who is capable of carrying out all duties and obligations as a leader and is able to direct the community he leads. In Hinduism itself there are goals of Hindu leadership which aim to form a good, strong, clean, and authoritative state leadership and Hindu leadership functions which consist of functions as motivational factors, as creative factors, as integrative factors, as sublimative or transformative factors, and as an inspiring factor. Penelitian ini mengkaji isu komodfikasi tri Mandala desa wisata Ubud. Isu ini menarik, karena menghadapkan masyarakat desa wisata pada dua pilihan ekstrim, materialisme atau religious? Penelitian komodifikasi bapang barong, dan komodifikasi pelinggih sanggah, belum menghadapkan masyarakat pada dua pilihan ekstrim. Pertanyaan adalah: 1) Apakah komodifikasi tri mandala; 2) Bagaimana komodifikasi tri mandala terjadi?; 3) Apa makna komodifikasi bagi masyarakat? Penelitian ini bertujuan, mengetahui dinamika religious, degradasi moral masyarakat desa wisata. Ini penting, guna mendeskripsikan paradigma spiritual berbanding terbalik, dengan paradigma material. Penelusuran data dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dibantu teori Analisis Wacana Kritis, dan Teori Dekonstruksi, menemukan: tri mandala desa wisata Ubud telah dikomodifikasi, dengan menambah fungsi, mengubah bentuk dan fungsi, untuk tujuan komoditas. Komodifikasi Utama Mandala mengaburkan batas-batas sakral dan profane; komodifikasi madya mandala mengaburkan fungsi ruang privat dan ruang publik, sebagai wahana transformasi nilai-nilai ke-Hindu-an bagi generasi. Komodifikasi Nista Mandala menimbulkan alih fungsi lahan, dan memaksa masyarakat hidup tergantung kunjungan wisatawan. Jadi kesimpulannya Komodifikasi tri mandala telah mengubah cara pandang, dan karakteristik religious masyarakat desa wisata, serta membuat hidup masyarakat tergantung kunjungan wisatawan. Agar tidak terjadi ketergantugan hidup pada wisatawan, disarankan kepada pemerintah, agar mengeluarkan regulasi, kebijakan penataan komodifikasi, menegaskan, mana yang boleh, dan mana tidak boleh dikomodifikasi. Tokoh agama dan tokoh masyarakat mesti bekerja sama dengan kaum akademisi, guna memikirkan, membangun strategi menjaga religiusitas umat, dari ketercerabutan akar budaya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap etika lingkungan dalam teks gaguritan kabresihan karya I Gusti Made Sutjaja berjudul Satua Bali (Tales From Bali). Sebagai karya sastra, gaguritan kabresihan memiliki struktur. Struktur yang salah satunya adalah padalingsa bertujuan untuk menyajikan ide agar lebih indah, mudah dipahami dan tepat peruntukannya sehingga tujuan yang diinginkan dapat tercapai. Selain struktur, gaguritan kabresihan memuat tema etika lingkungan yang mengedepankan pola hubungan harmonis manusia dan lingkungannya atau dalam terminologi Hindu di terjemahkan dengan istilah palemahan. Gaguritan kabresihan mengamanatkan wilayah palemahan terutama unsur tanah harus di jaga kebersihan sekaligus kesuciannya, sebab dari tanahlah manusia menggantungkan masa depannya. Artinya tanah harus dipelihara dan dimanfaatkan berdasarkan norma-norma yang berlaku, setidaknya dengan tidak mencemarinya dengan sampah-sampah anorganik. Kegunaan kajian ini adalah untuk melakukan penyebaran informasi tentang pentingnya etika lingkungan dan penanaman konsep-konsep ramah lingkunagn kepada anak-anak sejak dini. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah analisis pustaka dengan pendekatan hermeunitika. Sedangkan simpulan yang diperoleh dari analisis tersebut sebagai manusia patut memandang semua makhluk hidup dialam semesta sebagi ciptaan Tuhan. Konsekuensinya kemudian manusia patut menjaga keberlangsungan ciptaan Tuhan, dengan melaksanakan pemanfaatan tumbuh-tumbuhan secara bijaksana. Tuturan ini secara langsung mengedepankan prinsip-prinsip etika yang harus dijalankan dalam memelihara hubungan itu. Pola etika ini secara realitas bersumber dari moralitas Hindu sebagai agama yang dekat dan ramah dengan lingkungan alam.

Non-verbal communication is a process of communication where the message is conveyed not by using words. For example, only by using gestures, body language, facial expressions and eye contact, the use of objects such as clothing, haircuts and so on, symbols and ways of speaking such as intonation, emphasis, sound quality, emotional style and speaking style. Even so, experts in the field of non-verbal communication usually use the definition of "not using words" with katat, and do not equate non-verbal communication with non-verbal communication. For example sign and written languages ​​are not considered non-verbal communication because they use words, while intonation and speaking style are classified as non-verbal communication. Non-verbal communication is also different from talking classified as non-verbal communication. Non-verbal communication is also different from subconscious communication, which can be verbal or non verbal communication. In this case the most common is the use of clothing, where people are often judged by the type of clothing they use, although this is considered wrong for stereotypes. For example, people often prefer other people who have interesting ways of dressing. Also in job interviews someone who is dressed attractively is more likely to get a job than those who are not.

Abstrak The research aims to explain the tasks and functions of the in-depth informative extension that provides the construction of Hindu people in South Sumatra, knowing how to provide information on the Infomative counseling program in solving problems that often And the success of the informative counseling program in South Sumatra. This type of research uses a descriptive method of qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques are conducted by interview, observation, and collection of skunder data, while the technical data analysis is done by reducing the data display (data presentation), verfication and withdrawal of conclusions. In this study, the authors interviewed 10 informant, 6 non-civil servants, and 4 Hindus in South Sumatra. The results showed that from the informative counselling program, the spiritual Guidance program, the economic program of the general, the National educational Mental program can ward off negative issues that often occur in South Sumatra. There are factors Supporting the implementation of informative outreach program is the support of non-civil servants as well as all the concentrations of Hindus in South Sumatra so that the success of informative extension program runs optimally and is quite good. According to Campbell, that human life is the eternal desire of unremitting struggle for power for the sake of power and only stopped when death arrives. Hobbes assumes that the power that is the embryo of conflict. Really, history records that the human journey always coincided with the dispute, up to now, even showing increasing escalation. The middle of this dispute, Mahatma Gandhi was present as a difference that the dispute actually is not inevitable at all. Without pretending that what is delivered Gandhi is the perfect remedy to overcome war, but interestingly Gandhi gives an idea capable of dealing with so many injuries. This article explains about the profile, struggle and teachings of Gandhi.

Catur Marga are the four ways or manners of the members of a religious community of Hindu for honor and go in the direction of way the God or Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa. The source of teaching Catur Marga are teach in purified literature Bhagawadgita, the main of Trayodhyaya about Karma Marga Yoga, that is one system which content the teaching that the different of teach Subha Karma (good action) with the teach of Asubha Karma (not good action). Karma has two kinds of meaning, that are related to ritual or yajna and karma in meaning action. The second about Bhakti Yoga Marga that is to respectful greeting of God in bring into reality of abstract and resfectful greeting of God in contrete. For example we use nyasa or pratima have the shape statue or mantra. The third about Jnana Marga Yoga that is the way of purified knowledge to go in direction of God. There are two kinds of knowledge. They are jnana (knowledge) and wijnana (everything is know in the knowledge). And the fourth, Raja Marga Yoga that is teach about manner or way of Yoga or medition (th mind concentration) to go in the direction of the God or Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa.

Ritual is a very important thing for Dayak people. If done sincerely, rituals can increase motivation and life balance. Of the many rituals, Dayak people have a ritual called Pantan. Tetek Pantan is a welcome ritual to the honor guest. Pantan can be interpreted as a barrier tree. In the implementation of the ritual, the Pantan is cut as a sign of the guest has been well received. Potong Pantan or Tetek Pantan ritual is cutting, dispelling nightmares, distractions and obstacles. Thus, guests will be protected from God, Health, Longevity, and success

Social change is bound to happen and this continues as long as there is life on this earth. Increasing the individual's social status in society occurs in accordance with the profession occupied, change and increase one's position is absolutely there. How is the social status of an individual seen from the teachings of boarding chess. The problematic of life is quite diverse and complex, requiring individuals to live governed by the rules, norms and rules that exist in that society and none of them may deny it. Caste is the profession of a person in society who forms themselves in groups, natural arrangements. Color / caste depicts the characteristic spirit which is synthesis in Hindu mind with belief towards collaboration from race and cooperation from culture, caste system is the result of tolerance and belief. On the other hand racial color / caste is the emphasis of definite differences in human groups that cannot possibly be erased or destroyed by social change. This teaching determines whether an individual is respectable or not in his position in a homogeneous and multicultural society based on values ​​and norms as a rule of life. Transition of individual social status is adjusted to the profession occupied in society, both based on knowledge, appreciation in the form of honor and power. Changes in the profession can occur because of science, maturation of a household, self-introspection and leaving all positions in this world to more complex stages.
