In this study, the concept of neutrosophic soft bitopological space is defined and it is one of the few studies that have dealt with this concept. In addition, pairwise neutrosophic soft open (closed) set on neutrosophic soft bitopological spaces are studied. Supra neutrosophic soft topology is defined by pairwise neutrosophic soft open sets. Important theorems related to the subject supported with many examples for a better understanding of the subject are given.

This paper is dedicated to reviewing some of the basic concepts in neutrosophic linear algebra and its generalizations, especially neutrosophic vector spaces, refined neutrosophic, and n-refined neutrosophic vector spaces. Also, this work gives the interested reader a strong background in the study of neutrosophic matrix theory and n-refined neutrosophic matrix theory. We study elementary properties of these concepts such as Kernel, AH-Quotient, and dimension.

We argue that there are essentially two chief leadership models: the hard-style and soft-style leadership. From Neutrosophic point of view, there can be a third way, between hard-style leadership and soft-style leadership model, which may be more relevant to many of people in developing countries as well as in developed countries, who feel “powerless” and “hopeless” especially in this pandemic situation. We prefer to call this new approach: leading from powerlessness. The third-way Neutrosophic leadership model may also mean partially hard-style and partially soft-style leadership.

Routers steer and bid network data, through packets that hold a variety of categories of data such as records, messages, and effortless broadcasts like web interfaces. The procedure of choosing a passageway for traffic in a network or between several networks is called routing. Starting from telephone networks to public transportation the principles of routing are applied. Routing is the higher-level decision-making that directs network packets from their source en route for their destination through intermediate network nodes by specific packet forwarding mechanisms. The main function of the router is to set up optimized paths among the different nodes in the network. An efficient novel routing algorithm is proposed with the utilization of neutrosophic fuzzy logic in this work addition to many routing algorithms for finding the optimal path in the literature. In this approach, each router makes its own routing decision in the halting time. Various concepts like routing procedures, most expected vector, most expected object, and list of estimated delays are explained.

Neutrosophic Genetics is the study of genetics using neutrosophic logic, set, probability, statistics, measurement, and other neutrosophic tools and procedures. In this paper, based on the Neutrosophic Theory of Evolution (that includes degrees of Evolution, Neutrality (or Indeterminacy), and Involution) – as an extension of Darwin’s Theory of Evolution, we show the applicability of neutrosophy in genetics, and we present within the frame of neutrosophic genetics the following concepts: neutrosophic mutation, neutrosophic speciation, and neutrosophic coevolution

In this paper, we present a Maple package called Neutrosophic, which allows users to do operations on trapezoidal and triangular neutrosophic numbers including summation, subtraction, division, and multiplication based on -cuts and plots the results, also the package allows users to rank numbers depending on ambiguity index and value index. This package is very useful in neutrosophic decision-making problems, neutrosophic probabilities, neutrosophic statistics, and in many other fields of neutrosophic researches.

Indeterminacy makes the main distinction between fuzzy/intuitionistic fuzzy (and other extensions of fuzzy) set/logic vs. neutrosophic set/logic, and between classical probability and neutrosophic probability. Also, between classical statistics vs. neutrosophic and plithogenic statistics, between classical algebraic structures vs. neutrosophic algebraic structures, between crisp numbers vs. neutrosophic numbers. We present a broad definition of indeterminacy, various types of indeterminacies, and many practical applications.

Recently, several researchers paid attention to dealing with uncertainty in data with neutrosophic attributes. In this process, a problem is addressed while dealing with contradiction and its impact on decision-making. It is considered as one of the major issues for data science researchers working in a three-way fuzzy concept lattice. To deal with this issue, the current paper tried to introduce the algebra of a single-valued Plithogenic graph and its visualization based on infimum and supremum. The proposed method is also demonstrated with an illustrative example for better understanding.
