A re-introduction of Pancasila from Neutrosophic Logic perspective: In search of the root cause of deep problems of modern societies

The present economic crises induced by covid pandemic have called our attention toreconsider where we are heading as a global community; because as we know withthe emergence of ubiquitous Internet, then the world has become a global village inreal sense.. Shall we lend ourselves to directive and -at times- insistence to move tonew economy called the industrial revolution 4.0? Or is there another way, even if itseems like a less traveled path for now? In this article, we also re-introduce Pancasilafrom Indonesian weltanschauung (fundamental tenets) to become one of these lesstravelled path available at our table. The essence of the Indonesian Five Principles(Pancasila) is to return to spirit of communal values, but in a peaceful way, not viarevolution. That is a path that in Indonesia, is called as “gotong royong” (or to put itin a more scientific term: cooperative collective dynamics).

How Neutrosophic Logic may Resolve Dispute on the Origin of the Universe through re-reading Gen. 1:1-2

In recent years, the Big Bang as described by the Lambda CDM-Standard Model Cosmology has become widely accepted by majority of physics and cosmology communities. But the philosophical problems remain, as Vaas pointed out: Did the universe have a beginning or does it exist forever, i.e. is it eternal at least in relation to the past? This fundamental question was a main topic in ancient philosophy of nature and the Middle Ages, and still has its revival in modern physical cosmology both in the controversy between the big bang and steady state models some decades ago and in the contemporary attempts to explain the big bang within a quantum cosmological (vacuum fluctuation) framework. In this paper we argue that Neutrosophic Logic offers a resolution to the long standing disputes between beginning and eternity of the Universe. In other words, in this respect we agree with Vaas, i.e. it can be shown: “how a conceptual and perhaps physical solution of the temporal aspect of Immanuel Kant’s „first antinomy of pure reason“ is possible, i.e. how our universe in some respect could have both a beginning and an eternal existence. Therefore, paradoxically, there might have been a time before time or a beginning of time in time.” By the help of computational simulation, we also show how a model of early Universe with rotation can fit this new picture. Further observations are recommended.

Consideration of Uncertainty and Multiple Disciplines in the Determination of Sustainable Criteria for Rural Roads Using Neutrosophic Logic

In Latin America, there is a wide gap between kilometers of paved ways and those with no type of protection. This situation is worse in rural areas, limiting development opportunities and inhabitants’ quality of life. In Chile, there are state programs that seek to reduce the territorial gap through basic low-cost paving solutions; however, the prioritization criteria for rural roads are unclear. Multiple actors affect the rural territories, and the non-existence of reference patterns increases subjectivity in infrastructure decision making. This study attempts to determine criteria that influence the selection of rural roads in southern Chile to promote sustainable territorial development considering multiple actors and the uncertainty of the selection process. For this, a documentary review, field visits, and 12 semi-structured interviews were conducted. The criteria are validated through a multidisciplinary panel of experts and the application of neutrosophic numbers to address the uncertainty derived from the expert consultations. The results of this study contribute 14 sustainable criteria in order to support the planning of basic rural roads in southern Chile.

Fixed Point Results in Orthogonal Neutrosophic Metric Spaces

Neutrosophy deals with neutrosophic logic, probability, and sets. Actually, the neutrosophic set is a generalization of the classical set, fuzzy set, and intuitionistic fuzzy set. A neutrosophic set is a mathematical notion serving issues containing inconsistent, indeterminate, and imprecise data. The notion of intuitionistic fuzzy metric space is useful in modelling some phenomena, where it is necessary to study the relationship between two probability functions. In this study, the concept of an orthogonal neutrosophic metric space is initiated. It is a generalization of the neutrosophic metric space. Some fixed point results are investigated in this setting. For the validity of the obtained results, some nontrivial examples are given.

Neutrosophic Logic-Based Document Summarization

Nowadays, rich quantity of information is offered on the Net which makes it hard for the clients to detect necessary information. Programmed techniques are desirable to effectively filter and search useful data from the Net. The purpose of purported text summarization is to get satisfied content handling with information variety. The main factor of document summarization is to extract benefit feature. In this paper, we extract word feature in three group called important words. Also, we extract sentence feature depending on the extracted words. With increasing knowledge on the Internet, it turns out to be an extremely time-consuming, exhausting, and boring mission to read the whole content and papers and get the relevant information on precise topics

Introduction to Neutrosophic Genetics

Neutrosophic Genetics is the study of genetics using neutrosophic logic, set, probability, statistics, measurement, and other neutrosophic tools and procedures. In this paper, based on the Neutrosophic Theory of Evolution (that includes degrees of Evolution, Neutrality (or Indeterminacy), and Involution) – as an extension of Darwin’s Theory of Evolution, we show the applicability of neutrosophy in genetics, and we present within the frame of neutrosophic genetics the following concepts: neutrosophic mutation, neutrosophic speciation, and neutrosophic coevolution
