Landslide is one of major issue that occurred during rainy season. This problem is straightforward and able to be prevented with installing reinforcement into the designated landslide location prior to sliding failure. It is effective due to the reinforcement cutting through failure plane, hence strengthen the soil body.  By and large, prior to land sliding, several indications are taken into place, such as soil cracking, structural cracking, vegetation movement, etc. By observing this event, one should be aware that further soil movement are very likely to follow afterwards. Consequently, safety precaution shall be taken. This paper presents one case study in Hambalang, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. In this case, structural crackings are found in several places, especially at the poolside. These are appeared earlier this year, concurrently with very high intensity rainy season which is predicted to be the cause. Analysis is performed to check the current stability of the slope. The result is showing that the Safety Factor value is 1.181, below the allowable value of 1.5. Then, reinforcement is designed as a preventive measure. It is using retaining wall by employing bored pile coupled with sufficiently thick capping beam. From analysis, the safety factor is increased to 1.553 during critical condition. This value is above the criteria of 1.5 and concluded as a safe design. Structural capacity of bored pile is also designed. Accordingly, the retaining wall is constructed on site in final stage

The meatballs are a food that is often sold by street food and are well known in Indonesia. Meat prices disagree and borax preservative is a problem for consumers. These causes the sellers prefer to use rat meat or chicken expiration with borax preservative to maintain the price. Selection of this material makes the meatballs to be unsafe for consumption. Meatballs have a short shelf life so need preservatives to extend the shelf life. But the preservative used is borax or formaldehyde that is harmful to health. Liquid smoke is a natural preservative that is widely used as a preservative in processed meats such as sausages, meatballs and fish, the efficiency of liquid smoke ensures to get healthy food that can be retained for a minimum of 3-6 days. The results showed that the meatballs immersed in liquid smoke can enhance the flavor, but only slightly affect the color, textures, and preferences until the sixth day, the higher of the concentration of liquid smoke causes the length of the shelf life of meatballs.

In order to support the local government's development program that is environmentally sound, as well as declaring that in all RWs in South Tangerang waste management is managed in an environmentally friendly manner with the establishment of a Waste Bank. Through the campus community service training activities of the Indonesian Institute of Technology (BLK) to assist the South Tangerang City Government's program in overcoming the City's waste problem which is very burdening the Cipeucang landfill.Through the campus community service training activities of the Indonesian Institute of Technology (BLK) to assist the South Tangerang City Government's program in overcoming the City's waste The problem of partners in this case TPST-3 R Batan Indah in managing waste originating from 1114 households produces 2000 kg of waste per day is the large contribution of waste to the Cipeucang TPA at 70 percent or 1.4 tons per day.The aim of devotion in TPST-3R Batan Indah is to provide integrated waste processing assistance that is able to produce energy, compost, leading to zero waste and carrying capacity of urban farming.  ABSTRAK Pangan yang aman, bermutu dan bergizi memiliki peran penting pada peningkatan derajat kesehatan dan kecerdasan masyarakat. Untuk menghasilkan pangan yang aman dan bermutu baik bagi kesehatan, industri perlu menerapkan Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) dalam proses produksinya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan : 1) untuk mengkaji sejauhmana penerapan GMP di industri rumah tangga (IRT) yang memproduksi tahu di Kecamatan Cipondoh, Kota Tangerang, 2) sosialisasi hasil kajian  GMP kepada pemilik dan pekerjai guna meningkatkan kesadaran untuk memperbaiki sarana dan proses produksinya. Metode yang dilakukan melalui pendekatan diskriptif dan partisipatif, sedangkan penentuan lokasi kegiatan dilakukan secara purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan langsung dan wawancara mendalam kepada pemilik/ pengelola IRT tersebut. Selanjutnya hasil pengamatan di lokasi dibandingkan dengan form Pedoman CPPB-IRT (HK. 00.05.5.1639). Sosialisasi penerapan dan penilaian GMP kepada kepada pemilik/ pengelola dan pekerja IRT dilakukan dengan ceramah dan diskusi/ tanya jawab. Hasil penilaian IRT tahu menunjukkan total 10 penyimpangan minor, 6 penyimpangan mayor, 7 penyimpangan serius, dan 12 penyimpangan kritis. Mengacu pada formulir pemeriksaan CPMB (BPOM, 2012) dikategorikan dalam rating IV, dengan hasil penilaian D (kurang). Sosialisasi penerapan dan penilaian GMP kepada pemilik/ pengelola dan pekerja meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran untuk perbaikan sarana dan prasarana serta proses produksinya secara bertahap. Kata Kunci : Keamanan Pangan, Industri Rumah Tangga,  Tahu, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sosialisasi Hasil Penilaian.

Kemasan (packaging) suatu produk dapat meningkatkan nilai jual dari suatu produk dan jasa, karena menyangkut estetika, ketahanan dan keamanan sekaligus merupakan nilai jual dan citra produk. Nilai jual ini meningkat ketika produk yang dihasilkan mendapat nilai tambah dari kemasan yang menarik. Sedangkan citra produk terkait dengan gambaran produk dalam benak konsumen akan semakin baik apabila produk itu dikemas secara baik, dengan kata lain produk dapat memberi kesan baik bagi konsumen. Pelatihan desain kemasan produk untuk pelaku UMKM di Kota Tangerang Selatan ini untuk memberikan wawasan desain dan bentuk kemasan baru yang membuat produk menjadi lebih bernilai dan aman. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode presentasi mengenai pengenalan bentuk dan desain packaging, Metode demonstrasi mengenai contoh kemasan produk yang baik disesuaikan dengan produk yang diproduksi oleh UMKM, dilanjutkan dengan diskusi untuk menganalisis beberapa kemasan produk pembanding. Metode evaluasi dengan mengamati hasil pelatihan yang didapat, yaitu peserta terlihat sangat antusias dan berdiskusi aktif untuk pengembangan kemasan produknya agar lebih bernilai jual. Menurut Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tangerang Selatan( 2019) tercatat angka pengangguran mencapai 40 ribu. Dari jumlah tersebut, lulusan SMA/ SMK mendominasi angka pengangguran warga Kota Tangerang Selatan. Berbagai upaya mengatasi masalah tersebut telah dilakukan, diantaranya memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan ketrampilan pemuda lulusan SMA/ SMK. Kegiatan Abdimas ini bertujuan untuk melatih pemuda Karang Taruna di Kelurahan Setu, Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan meningkatkan ketrampilan dalam pemeliharaan/servis kendaraan sepeda motor. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan di Bengkel Otomotif, Prodi Teknik Mesin Otomotif, Institut Teknologi Indonesia selama 4 (empat) hari yang diukuti oleh 7 orang peserta. Materi yang diberikan meliputi teori dan praktek. Metode pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan pendidikan orang dewasa, peserta pelatihan belajar secara aktif, sedangkan pelatih/ instruktur lebih banyak berperan sebagai fasilitator. Hasil kegiatan selama 4 (empat) hari, peserta cukup menguasai pengetahuan dan praktek pemeliharaan kendaraan sepeda motor. Dari kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan peserta memiliki kepercayaan diri dan daya saing dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan atau membangun kewirausahaan bisnis bengkel yang masih memiliki peluang bisnis yang prospektif di wilayah Kota Tangerang Selatan.

Rawakalong Village, Gunung Sindur Subdistrict, Bogor Regency, is a village at the end of the border between Bogor Regency and South Tangerang. This region has not been touched by the development of the community, especially the general public outside real estate developer. The village of Rawakalong borders directly with the city of South Tangerang, almost rarely gets the attention of the Regency Government so that some residents feel sectoral jealousy over the progress received by their neighboring Villages in South Tangerang. One community partner who has problems is Mpok Noncih who has been supporting his family by selling banana chips. However, the lack of awareness of the quality of the product and the importance of productivity made the team decide to create a campus circle building program in this place. Quality control is needed to reach consumers through production systems and packaging systems that are safe and attractive, storage systems so that quality is maintained, productivity to meet demand, and marketing for the branding image of premium quality local products. The outputs of the campus ring building program that have been implemented are premium product packaging with logos and brands “mpok nountjih” as product identity, improved product quality with the use of plastic zipper packaging systems and the use of sealer machines, increased productivity by providing large capacity pans and improving the environment by beautifying business locations. The outcome obtained from the campus circumference development grant is the increased brand image of the product making it easier to sell and more durable durability due to improved packaging quality.

The role of cooperatives on the economy in Indonesia is still low due to low performance and cooperative governance not based on good cooperative governance. Cooperatives find it difficult to develop because they are unable to keep up with changes in the digital era. Pancasila economics was explored and built on the values adopted in Indonesian society which put forward the principles of humanity, nationalism, and cooperative democracy demanded to make a transformation so as not to be left behind by members and society. The Kopti cooperative consists of entrepreneurs who know tempeh has the potential to make changes because the quality of human resources is better than other cooperatives. Almost everyone now has been searching for anything through internet search engines such as Google, e-commerce sites / buying and selling sites, and social media. This online internet marketing program can be started by SMEs easily, several ways that can be applied are by making Google My Business, Google Website, E-Commerce Shopee, and Social media such as Facebook and Instagram. Little Rose as an Indonesian SME that manufactures various kinds of fabric crafts made from fabric makes it has a lot of opportunities to become a marketable product, unfortunately the lack of marketing activities makes it still not widely known. Little Rose needs a new market in order to increase revenue, expand businesses, and create new jobs. After this training, the Little Rose team can still be given further training on the platforms that have been provided. In the future if there is already a budget for marketing, it would be better to create a website with a better appearance, e-commerce sites can be upgraded to become paid if there are already many products, and use social media ads to advertise Little Rose even further Keywords: Internet Marketing, Online Marketing, UMKM, SME

Pemerintah Kota Tangerang Selatan segera merevitalisasi tiga pasar tradisional di wilayahnya untuk menyediakan tempat jual beli yang memadai dan meningkatkan penerimaan daerah dari retribusi. "Ketiga pasar tersebut itu yakni Pasar Gintung di Ciputat Timur, Pasar Pamulang dan Pasar Jengkol Setu. Permasalahan sampah menjadi keluhan masyarakat secara khusus di di Pasar Jengkol karena TPS sampah pasar  berada berdejkatan dengan pemukiman dan pinggir jalan raya..Dampak timbunan sampah menimbulkan bau tidak sedap serta dapat  menjadi sumber penyakit, maka perlusegera harus  ditangani. Solusi yang ditawarkan  untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan memberikan Pendampingan Pendirian Bank Sampah agar  berfungsi  secara efektif guna mengurangi tumpukkan sampah di TPS, dan menjadi mitra UPT dalam mengelola  kebersihan lingkungan  melalui Pengelolaan Sampah Mandiri basis mikrobial dengan menjadikan sampah organik pasar , sebagai produk media tanam yang disalurkan ke mitra pedagang tanaman di sekitar pasar jengkol, dan masyarakat maupun digunakan sendiri untuk tanaman di lingkungan pasar sehingga diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh Pasar Ramah Lingkungan yang terkelola secara optimal dan berkelanjutan .Kata Kunci: Bank Sampah, Sampah pasar ,Mikrobial
