For this purpose it is necessary: to optimize the structure of exported grain, to unify existing domestic standards for grain and products of its processing, primarily in the EAEU member states, with the standards of grain exporting countries, to create specialized zones taking into account natural and climatic features, the availability of developed infrastructure for grain production, to reconsider at a qualitatively different level the interaction on the above mentioned problems, primarily be-tween Russia and Kazakhstan.
