Perusahaan yang memiliki profitabilitas tinggi merupakan perusahaan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perputaran modal kerja, perputaran piutang, rasio lancar, pertumbuhan penjualan dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini merupakan longitudinal data dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Data yang digunakan meliputi data sekunder dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 7 perusahaan dengan populasi sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Alat ukur profitabilitas menggunakan ROA dengan hasil analisis uji variabel perputaran piutang dan pertumbuhan penjualan menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh dan tidak signifikan, sedangkan variabel perputaran modal kerja dan ukuran perusahaan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh negatif yang signifikan, namun pada variabel rasio lancar terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan sub sektor farmasi.

Organizational culture is viewed positively by members of the organization so it is expected that the attitudes and behaviors that arise will be positive. The achievement of organizational goals is strongly influenced by the organizational culture. If the organizational culture is conducive enough, members of the organization will have a commitment to the organization. The commitment of employees to the organization will be reflected in their satisfaction with work. One of the things that can motivate employees to work is to meet their expectations / needs in organization, if their needs are met, then they will try to keep working well in the organization. This is what then gives birth to employee commitment to the organization, so that they use all their abilities properly for the development of the progress of their organization and in the end the organizational goals will be realized. Based on the description above, there is an interest in conducting research with the title: "The influence of organizational culture on employee commitment at PT. Pemantang Abaditama”. The purpose of this study are as follows: to determine the significant influence of organizational culture on employee commitment of PT. Pemantang Abaditama. The population in this study were employees at PT. Pemantang Abaditama. The statistical method used is linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, the value of F count on the organizational culture variable was 4.182 with a significant level of 0.046. Because the significant level in this variable is less than 5% (sig <5%), then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that the variable organizational culture has an effect on Organizational Commitment. The conclusion in this study is that organizational culture factors have a significant effect on organizational commitment, this is because employees of PT. Pemantang Abaditama can form a conducive culture in the form of creating a conducive work atmosphere and this will later be able to influence employee commitment so that it will improve employee performance.

This study aims to determine whether service quality affects customer loyalty at BRI Bank Muara Teweh Branch. Does Customer Relationship Management affect customer loyalty at BRI Bank Muara Teweh Branch Office This research method uses the data analysis technique used, namely the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling from the IBM SPSS Statistics Amos version 20 program AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) analysis program Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) a covariance-based The results of this test show significant results with a CR value of 3.848> 1.96 and the p number is 0.000, this number is far below 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is an influence between service quality on customer loyalty This test shows significant results with a CR value of 2.322> 1.96 and the p number is 0.006, this figure is far below 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is an influence between customer relationship management on customer loyalty The results of the study concluded that service quality variables have a significant and positive influence on customer loyalty variables customer relationship management have a significant and positive influence on customer loyalty. For further researchers, it is suggested that the Muara Teweh branch of BRI bank improve the quality of their services to increase customer loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived convenience on consumer interest in using E-Money cards. To determine the effect of perceived usefulness on consumer interest using E-Money cards. To determine the effect of perceived convenience and perceived usefulness on consumer interest using Bank Mandiri E-Money cards Muara Teweh Branch. In this study, multiple regression analysis acts as a statistical technique used to test whether or not the perceived effect of perceived convenience and perceived usefulness on consumer interest shows that there is a positive influence on perceived convenience and perceived usefulness simultaneously on consumer interest in using cards. Mandiri e-money. From the research results, it is known that the determination analysis used to determine the percentage of the contribution of the influence of the independent variables together on the dependent variable is obtained by an  Adjusted R Square of 0.839 or (83.9%). This shows that the percentage of the contribution of the influence of the independent variable, namely the perception of convenience and the perception of usefulness, together has a positive effect on consumer interest in using Mandiri e-money cards by 83.9%. Henceforth, it is suggested that the Company should make it easier to refill balances and Mandiri e-card transactions. -money so that consumers work faster in using the Mandiri e-money card. The company added more machines that support e-money Mandiri cards to increase productivity.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of social assistance from the Family Hope Program and the Basic Food Program on the level of community welfare amid the COVID-19 pandemic in North Barito Regency. The Family Hope Program is assistance provided by the government to beneficiary families as a subsidy for household expenses for education and health. Meanwhile, the Sembako Program is food social assistance distributed in non-cash form from the Government to Beneficiary Families (KPM) every month through an electronic money mechanism. The basic food assistance program funds are used only to buy food items that have been determined for the Staple Food program in e-warong and cannot be collected in cash. Social Welfare is a condition for the fulfillment of the material, spiritual and social needs of citizens in order to live properly and be able to develop themselves so that they can carry out their social functions. The data used in this study are secondary data, while the analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The analytical method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results showed that PKH and program assistance had a very significant effect (α = 1%) on improving the welfare of beneficiary households amid the COVID-19 pandemic in North Barito Regency.

This study aims to determine the performance of employees before implementing the SKP-based work performance appraisal policy (Employee Work Target) at the Muara Teweh City Regional Secretariat, how is the employee performance after implementing the SKP-based work performance appraisal policy (Employee Work Target) at the Regional Secretariat of Muara Teweh City is there a difference in the performance of the PNS of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Muara Teweh before and after the policy of implementing the SKP-based PNS work performance assessment. This research method using this research is descriptive quantitative research, data obtained from a sample of the study population were analyzed according to statistical methods. The results of data collection are obtained. Given the reference value sig (2-tailed) in the above table display, the t value is 11.375 with sig 0.000 because sig <0.005, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, meaning that the average respondent's answer before and after SKP is not the same (different), while H1 was accepted because the results of respondents' answers before and after the SKP were not the same. The research results concluded. There are differences in employee performance before and after the implementation of the SKP-based employee performance appraisal policy at the Regional Secretariat of Muara Teweh City.

This study aims to determine how much influence the democratic leadership style has on the work motivation of the sales employees of BRI Muara Teweh Branch. The data processing technique used by the author is a simple linear regression analysis used to predict how changes in the value of the dependent variable will increase or decrease the value of the independent variable. The results of data collection are obtained. From the regression model equation, it is known that the Democratic Leadership variable (X) shows a positive regression coefficient value, this indicates a positive direction or a unidirectional relationship between the variable Democratic Leadership Style and Work Motivation for sales employees of BRI Bank Muara Teweh Branch. This means that if the democratic leadership increases, the work motivation of sales employees of BRI Bank Muara Teweh branch will increase, and vice versa if the democratic leadership decreases, the work motivation of sales employees of BRI Bank Muara Teweh branch will decrease. The results of the study concluded that the correlation coefficient (R) shows a close relationship between the independent variable (democratic leadership) and the dependent variable (work motivation), with a correlation value of R is 0.711. While the value of the coefficient of determination or R2 by 0505, which means that 50.5% of working motivation can be explained by the Democratic leadership. For further researchers, it is suggested to look at other leadership style variables.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of non-lecturer employees at the Muara Teweh College of Economics. The research method used was a questionnaire distributed to 20 non-lecturer employees of the Muara Teweh School of Economics as respondents. The measurement uses a Likert scale with a weight scale of 1 to 5. The results show that partially and simultaneously work discipline, organizational culture, work discipline and job satisfaction have an impact on the performance of non-lecturer employees at the Muara Teweh College of Economics. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Non Dosen pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Muara Teweh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. kuesioner dibagikan pada 20 orang Karyawan Non Dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Muara Teweh  sebagai responden. Pengukuran menggunakan skala likert dengan skala bobot 1 sampai dengan 5. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan disiplin kerja,budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengarug terhadap kinerja karyawan non dosen pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Muara Teweh
