Keterampilan Kepemimpinan Perempuan Dalam Kajian Historis Islam

<p><em>The emergence of various understandings around women who present new figures makes it seem as if they have lost the figure of Qudwah for Muslim women. </em><em>A</em><em>ll the roles that Islam has given to women, require them to have some special skills related to Islamic leadership</em><em>. The roles</em><em> will affect themselves, their families, and the communit</em><em>ies</em><em>. This study aims to revive the figure of Muslim women in the study of Islamic </em><em>h</em><em>istory in order to fill the Qudwah void in women t</em><em>hese days</em><em>. </em><em>By doing this study, </em><em>it is hoped that women will understand more about the nature and role of women in Islam. This research </em><em>i</em><em>s</em><em> a</em><em> library research method wh</em><em>ich</em><em> the researcher tries to study the related literature. This study succeeded in revealing the figure of women in Islamic History who were able to apply leadership skills without</em><em> getting out of context of</em><em> being a woman; which will be useful for character development for the woman herself. </em></p>

Evaluasi Program untuk Pengembangan Literasi Qur’an Komunitas Pedagang Asongan di Kota Tegal Menggunakan Model Evaluasi CIPP

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis: 1) konteks program BTQ, 2) masukan program BTQ, 3) proses program BTQ, dan 4) hasil program BTQ. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Informan penelitian terdiri dari guru BTQ, peserta program, dan perwakilan pihak TBM Sakila Kerti. Teknik pengambilan informasi menggunakan purposive sampling. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah CIPP (context, input, process, product). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) konteks menunjukkan program BTQ yang diselenggarakan oleh TBM Sakila Kerti sejalan dengan kebutuhan komunitas pedagang asongan, (2) masukan program, konsep kurikulum program BTQ disusun secara mandiri dengan melihat kebutuhan komunitas pedagang asongan dan tujuan program, (3) proses program, jadwal pelaksanaan program berjalan secara rutin, media pembelajaran cukup beragam, metode yang digunakan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan sasaran yang selama ini sudah berjalan baik, dan (4) hasil program, dilihat pada tataran kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik menunjukkan bahwa hasil program BTQ baik akan tetapi perlu ditingkatkan kembali agar tujuan-tujuan yang belum tercapai dapat tercapai. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program, Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an, Komunitas Pedagang Asongan ABSTRACT The purpose of this program is to eradicate illiteracy in the Qur'an because there are still many target audiences of Muslims who are not able to read and write the Qur'an. Therefore, it is important and interesting to conduct an evaluation study of the Al-Qur'an reading and writing program at TBM. The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the context of the BTQ program, 2) the input of the BTQ program, 3) the process of the BTQ program, and 4) the results of the BTQ program. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive method. Research informants consisted of BTQ teachers, program participants, and representatives of TBM Sakila Kerti. Information retrieval technique using purposive sampling. The evaluation model used is CIPP (context, input, process, product). The results of this study indicate that: (1) the context shows that the BTQ program organized by TBM Sakila Kerti is in line with what is required by the community. the hawker community, (2) program input, the concept of the BTQ program curriculum is prepared independently by looking at the needs of the hawker community and program objectives, (3) the program process, the program implementation schedule runs regularly, the learning media is expected to be more diverse, the methods used are adjusted to the needs of the target which has been going well so far. A Study on Internship Student Debriefing Materials in ‘Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka’ Program

<em>The VUCAS era as it is today has brought about changes in attitudes and human interactions at work. A person’s competancy is demanded to be acquired more than one or what is so called, multitasking. Whilst, higher education Institutions does not prepare these competencies for graduate students. The industrial world is also overwhelmed by the quality of untrained new employees. There for, it is esential to create program in order to link and match between Higher Education Institutions Programs and the need of industrial world. The Ministry of Education and Culture has created a 3 semesters training program outside its study program, one of which is an internship in companies. Due to this, we design debriefing material in accordance to the industrial perspective. This research aims to obtain perspectives on the material from the industry. This qualitative research was conducted using in-depth interviews, both in person and online to gather information from industry players. The results obtained will be materials that must be given to students during the debriefing, there are two important materials to be given, namely; knowledge and work attitude. Knowledge includes: company organization, job duties and responsibilities, remuneration systems, industrial relations, employee development and management systems. Work attitudes include general values such as integrity, discipline, leadership, team work, interpersonal skills, analitical competency, open mindedness, emotional quotient (EQ), burning desire/passion and time management skills and rules in work (manner).</em>

Gambaran Kepuasan Pelayanan Dan Kepuasan Pasien Hemodialisa Di Rumah Sakit X

<p><em>Service to satisfy customers does not have to be at the expense of self-esteem or self-image because providing services is not based on the submission of one party to another, the service should be carried out to realize the best benefits for all parties. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of services provided by the hemodialysis unit to outpatients and the satisfaction of hemodialysis patients during dialysis at hospital X. The research method used was quantitative, by distributing questionnaires to the patient's guardians. The results of the study, the results showed, 100% of respondents in the HD unit of Hospital X said it was true about the quality of services contained in the HD unit of Hospital X. The results showed, 100% said they were satisfied with the services provided by the HD unit of Hospital X. Maintained service well in the eyes of hemodialysis patients at X Hospital.</em></p>

Persepsi, Pengambilan Keputusan, Konsep diri dan Value

Dalam sebuah organisasi yang terdiri dari berbagai macam orang dengan berbagai macam karakter yang berbeda, akan mengakibatkan kumpulan interaksi yang menciptakan sebuah budaya organisasi yang khas. Persepsi anggota organisasi berbeda-beda sesuai dengan motivasinya, demikian juga degan konsep diri dan value pada tiap individu akan menentukan bagaimana sebuah keputusan organisasi diambil. Organisasi yang ingin mencapai tujuannya secara efektif dan efisien harus bisa mengontrol factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas dari persepsi, konsep diri dan value dari tiap individu. Sehingga dapat memimimalisir konflik dan dapat mencapat tujuan organisasi sesuai yang direncanakan.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja dan Motivasi Karyawan

<p>Seiring dengan perubahan lingkungan usaha yang semakin komplek dan kompetitif, maka kepemimpinan organisasi dituntut selalu adaptif agar perusahaan tetap bertahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi karyawan (2) pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, pada beberapa bentuk usaha (BUMD, BUMN, Koperasi dan Usaha Perikanan). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review.</p>

PROSES REKRUTMEN, SELEKSI DAN PENEMPATAN DALAM MENJAWAB ISU-ISU BARU PENDEKATAN MANAGEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA

The results of recruitment and selection as well as tests for new employee candidates for medical record formations show that among the seven applicants who entered there were two employees who were accepted and one employee who was accepted with not so high scores but the results of the interviews showed sincerity, commitment and responsibility at work, hospital needs</em><em>.</em><em></em></p></td></tr></tbody></table></div>

PENDIDIKAN ENTERPRENEURSHIP PADA ABAD 21 (MILLENIAL) DI PONDOK PESANTREN

<p class="15cKeywordsBInggris"><span lang="EN-US">This study aimed at investigating entrepreneurship education concept; the conduct of entrepeneurship education in 21^st Century; and the effect of enterprneurship education in pesantren; and investigating the problems experienced and their solutions in 21^st century. This was a case-study qualitative research. The collected data was analized qualitatively by using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The findings of the study showed that: entrepreneurship education in pesantren aimed at preparing students (santri) to encounter real life after their graduation. Job affairs have actually been managed by Allah The Al-Mighty, yet humans should prepared themselves by sufficient skills, entrepreneurship activities in pesantren was conducted through the advanced-special program, curriculair, extra-curriculair, and non-curriculair programs, entrepeneurship activities in pesantren contributed a lot to the economic effects and the students’ life skill, the coming problems in entrepeneurship activities of pesantren were caused by human resources, technology and management. To solve such problems, pesantren effortlessly tried to consolidate to the relating partners and improved their entrepeneurship management. </span></p>

PENTINGNYA DAN KEWAJIBAN EKONOMI SYARIAH DI INDONESIA

<p>Hadirnya syariah sebagai aturan Allah SWT kepada manusia juga sesungguhnya akan menjamin banyak hal dalam kehidupan manusia. Yaitu, menjamin keselamatan keyakinan agama, keselamatan jiwa, keselamatan akal, keselamatan keluarga, dan terakhir keselamatan harta benda. Sehingga tak dapat dihindari, ini seharusnya menjadi bagian dari iman seorang Muslim. Bukankah bagi seorang Muslim, ketika ia mengimani adanya Allah SWT, maka konsekunsinya ia juga harus mengimani aturan syariat yang sudah ditetapkan-Nya. Dalam perjalananya, ketika sistem ekonomi syariah ditegakkan, termasuk di Indonesia, memang seringkali “terbentur” dengan perkembangan kebutuhan manusia modern yang bisa jadi belum terjadi pada saat zaman Nabi SAW sekalipun. Sehingga, dalam praktiknya, ekonomi syariah pun harus mengakomodir praktik ekonomi tersebut, tanpa harus melakukan pelanggaran prinsip secara syariah. Sehingga yang menarik, sistem ekonomi syariah bisa dapat mudah menyesuaikan asal tetap para prinsip istinbat sebuah hokum, dengan berpegang pada prinsip ijma’, ijtihad, dan qiyas. Metode istinbat hukum ini berupa kesepakatan ulama yang tetap mengacu pada Al-Qur’an dan Hadits untuk memecahkan kejadian ekonomi yang muncul di tengah masyarakat. Dalam analisa penulis, ekonomi syariah menjadi penting diterapkan di Indonesia, karena ekonomi syariah menjamin keberlangsung tatanan ekonomi masyarakat tanpa adanya monopoli atau penguasaan harta benda pada satu orang. Terhindarnya masyarakat dari kemiskinan. Dan, ekonomi syariah mengatur kerjasama ekonomi antar manusia dengan saling menguntungkan.</p>
