This article will discuss hermeneutics as a new method of interpreting the Qur'an.The use of hermeneutics is a new thingin the world of interpretation. Some support and some reject it.The results of this study show that the use of hermeneutics in interpreting the Qur’an must be careful. In addition, This science should be placed as a complement, not as a subdivision of the science of interpretation. On the other hand, hermeneutics paves the way to contextualize the scriptures, so that they can dialogue in different spaces and times, as apologically desirable and held by many religious groups to their respective scriptures.

Desalination of seawater has played an important role in many arid regions in the world. There are many methods for desalination of seawater, such as MED, MSF, RO, ED, TVC, and MVC, etc. Different methods have different advantages and disadvantages. In the present work, a new method for desalination of seawater with steam-ejector refrigeration plant was introduced. The main purpose of the new method is a hybrid plant of TVC and steam-ejector refrigeration. In the hybrid circle, no other energy was need. When the steam-ejector refrigeration plant is working, the seawater as cooling water is introduced into evaporator of TVC and evaporates. The vapor getting in TVC is extracted by a second steam-ejector, together with the active steam, is used as source of heat for desalination. The main advantage of this hybrid plant is that part of the heat energy of cooling water in refrigeration is reused. Comparing with other distillation method desalination of seawater, the energy consumption is much less. Especially on marine usage, the advantage is clear.

Today special education has been developing all over the world as it is in our country and renews itself with new method and techniques. In my opinion an errorless person has never worked or has worked little. In this study after document scanning aiming data collection, a short definition of gifted and autistic children was done as well as their characteristics were given. The problems encountered in defining and diagnosing, persuasion dimension of parents regarding this subject with its similar and different aspects were shortly mentioned. Again in this study teaching methods of these children and the points to consider were mentioned without ruling out any point.  The study was finished by giving results and discussion sections. Keywords: gifted, autism, diagnosing of gifted ones

AbstractThe main aim of the study is to introduce a new method which has not been applied in the Slovak study of child language so far, and to answer 4 main research questions: (1) What is the development of understanding and production of verbs in early lexical development of Slovak-speaking children? (2) Are there any differences in verbs understanding and production between Slovak-speaking girls and boys? (3) What is the linguistic picture of the world given by incipient verbal lexicon of Slovak-speaking children? (4) Is there any difference between the linguistic picture of the world of Slovak-speaking girls and boys? The method is based on the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the lexical part of the Slovak version of CDI 1 Test of communicative abilities TEKOS 1: Words and gestures with 44 verbs in the part “actions and states”. Parents were asked to fill in the checklist and choose from three options: i) child understands and speaks, ii) understands, iii) does not understand The research sample consists of 323 girls and 330 boys in their age from 8 to 16 months. The results show the unanimous developmental trajectory in verbs acquisition in both, girls and boys. The differences shown in production in favor of girls in last two months are not statistically significant. The linguistic picture of the world is cognitively and semantically gender-universal, concentrated on corporeal concepts connected with social concept. The prototypical verbs in first 16 months of the age of the children are jesť (to eat) and dať (to give)

My intention is to analyze how, where and if grid computing technology is truly enabling a new way of doing science (so-called ‘e-science’). I will base my views on the experiences accumulated thus far in a number of scientific communities, which we have provided with the opportunity of using grid computing. I shall first define some basic terms and concepts and then discuss a number of specific cases in which the use of grid computing has actually made possible a new method for doing science. I will then present a case in which this did not result in a change in research methods. I will try to identify the reasons for these failures and analyze the future evolution of grid computing. I will conclude by introducing and commenting the concept of ‘cloud computing’, the approach offered and provided by major industrial actors (Google/IBM and Amazon being among the most important) and what impact this technology might have on the world of research.

The Massive Open Online Course, or MOOC is a new method of distance learning especially in the universities, a number of them use this method to contain the different obstacle of leaning in higher education in order to improve the teaching quality among a large number of students. This paper will explore this new method of a distance learning in the word and its impact on an emergent economy as Morocco. The purpuse of this paper is to give a clear picture of the MOOC in the world and in moroccan universities as an emergent economy, by analysing a text mining of the use of MOOC and their classification.

The Nobel Prize was given to Robert C. Merton and Myron S. Scholes for discovering a new method for determining the value of an option. This is known as the Black-Merton-Scholes option pricing formula. The purpose of this essay is to explain why the Black-Merton-Scholes option pricing formula is so important to the finance profession, the economics profession, the financial industry, and society at large. This is done by studying the history of the formula's development, the economic logic underlying the formula's derivation, and the formula's ramifications for the various professions.

Abstract A method is proposed to simultaneously calibrate shortwave (0.3–4 μm) global, direct, and scattering solar irradiance (GSI, DSI, and SSI, respectively) measurements. The method uses the World Radiation Reference (WRR) as a calibration standard and on-site radiation measurements as inputs. Two simple but effective techniques are used in the calibration. The first is to scale SSI and GSI detection sensitivities under overcast skies, which is based on the assumption that SSI should be equal to GSI if DSI is completely scattered and absorbed. The second is a new method to retrieve aerosol optical thickness (AOT), using the ratio of horizontal DSI (HDSI) to GSI measurements under clear and clean conditions. Thereafter, retrieved AOTs are used to drive a radiative transfer model to calculate atmospheric transmittance and then a ratio of GSI to the transmittance. Deviation of this ratio to the WRR is regarded as an indicator of GSI uncertainty, and the calibration transfer coefficient is derived as the WRR ratio. The method is applied to calibrate radiation measurements at Xianghe, China, during 2005. It is estimated from the derived transfer coefficients on 36 clear and clean days that uncertainties of DSI, GSI, and SSI measurements are within −4.0% to 2.9%, −5.9% to 2.4%, and −6.1% to 4.9%, respectively. The calibration is further validated based on comparisons of AOT at 750 nm retrieved from HDSI/GSI to Aerosol Robotic Network (AERONET) AOT products. The maximum deviation between two AOT products is 0.026. The unique advantage of this method lies in its potential applications in correcting historic radiation measurements and monitoring radiometer performance.

Lately, there have been more foodborne “superbug” outbreaks than ever before, which creates a problem because superbugs are antibiotic-resistant bacteria that are difficult to treat. To reduce such outbreaks, better ways of finding the source of the infection are needed. Superbugs, such as Salmonella are often transmitted through food. The world’s food supply system has become so complex that it is often difficult to find the source of an outbreak with older testing methods. A new method called whole genome sequencing (WGS) has now been developed to track superbug infections. Using WGS, it is now possible to identify the source of an outbreak in one country that may be transmitted through food imported from the opposite side of the world. Good outbreak tracing methods help scientists make better predictions about outbreaks. Finding the source of an outbreak early on can lead to better containment and lower costs.
