This article will discuss hermeneutics as a new method of interpreting the Qur'an.The use of hermeneutics is a new thingin the world of interpretation. Some support and some reject it.The results of this study show that the use of hermeneutics in interpreting the Qur’an must be careful. In addition, This science should be placed as a complement, not as a subdivision of the science of interpretation. On the other hand, hermeneutics paves the way to contextualize the scriptures, so that they can dialogue in different spaces and times, as apologically desirable and held by many religious groups to their respective scriptures.

A new coronavirus-CoV-2 virus has caused disease outbreaks in many countries, and the number of cases is increasing rapidly through transmission from person to person. Clinical acoustics for SARS-CoV-2 patients are crucial to distinguish them from other respiratory infections. Symptomatic sufferers can also have pulmonary lesions on the photographs. A computerized tomography study in patients with suspected COVID-19 pneumonia consists of using a high-resolution approach (HRCT). Artificial intelligence applications need to be useful in categorizing the illness to an awesome severity and integrating the structured file, organized consistent with subjective issues, with objective and quantitative checks of the amount of the lesions. Data indicate the statistical document of the world in trendy. This method, with the aid of a coloring map, identifies floor glass in submission processing and separates it from consolidation and units it as a percentage in respect to the balanced weight loss program.

Desalination of seawater has played an important role in many arid regions in the world. There are many methods for desalination of seawater, such as MED, MSF, RO, ED, TVC, and MVC, etc. Different methods have different advantages and disadvantages. In the present work, a new method for desalination of seawater with steam-ejector refrigeration plant was introduced. The main purpose of the new method is a hybrid plant of TVC and steam-ejector refrigeration. In the hybrid circle, no other energy was need. When the steam-ejector refrigeration plant is working, the seawater as cooling water is introduced into evaporator of TVC and evaporates. The vapor getting in TVC is extracted by a second steam-ejector, together with the active steam, is used as source of heat for desalination. The main advantage of this hybrid plant is that part of the heat energy of cooling water in refrigeration is reused. Comparing with other distillation method desalination of seawater, the energy consumption is much less. Especially on marine usage, the advantage is clear.

Bariatric surgery is fast becoming an efficient and safe method of weight reduction, especially for patients in whom conservative measures have failed. As the obese population of the world increases, so will the number of patients requesting or requiring surgical weight loss methods. Bariatric patients however have numerous co-morbidities that make their operative course more difficult, and therefore is important to have a good understanding of the important issues surrounding their pre, peri and post operative management. This article aims to educate the reader about optimal management of the bariatric surgical patient.

Given the high rate of obesity around the world and its treatment costs, any potential intervention should be highly cost-effective. The article aims to provide an overview of the different types of interventions in weight management, their specific advantages and disadvantages, as well as their effectiveness. Moreover, it presents behavioral, cognitive-behavioral interventions and eHealth interventions in weight loss programs. The latter represents an innovation in the field, given its apparent utility and benefits, although further research is still needed in order to gain a deeper understanding of the topic.

Today special education has been developing all over the world as it is in our country and renews itself with new method and techniques. In my opinion an errorless person has never worked or has worked little. In this study after document scanning aiming data collection, a short definition of gifted and autistic children was done as well as their characteristics were given. The problems encountered in defining and diagnosing, persuasion dimension of parents regarding this subject with its similar and different aspects were shortly mentioned. Again in this study teaching methods of these children and the points to consider were mentioned without ruling out any point.  The study was finished by giving results and discussion sections. Keywords: gifted, autism, diagnosing of gifted ones

1. A new apparatus is described with which it is possible to measure the volume (and hence density) of obese patients without requiring them to immerse totally in water. Replicate measurements of subjects with 6, 23 and 38 kg body fat had a standard deviation not greater than 0.3 kg fat.2. In nineteen obese women body fat was measured by density, total body water, and total body potassium at the beginning, and again at the end, of a period of 3–4 weeks on a reducing diet, during which they lost 5.43 (SD 1.83) kg in weight. The composition of weight loss was also estimated both by energy balance and nitrogen balance during the interval between the two measurements of body composition.3. The estimates of fat content of the nineteen women at the start of the balance period were 45.63 (SD 14.50)kg by density, 48.07 (SD 13.88) kg by K and 47.09 (SD 13.85) kg by water. The correlation coefficient between the density and K estimate was 0–949, and for the density and water estimate it was 0.971.4. It is concluded that measurement of density by the new method provides a convenient method for estimating body fatness, and change in fat content, which compares favourably with estimates based on total body water or total body K. However, these methods cannot be used to provide an accurate estimate of the composition of a small weight loss in an individual since deviations up to 4 kg fat occur between fat loss based on change in density and those based on the more reliable (but more tedious) energy balance method.

The SARS-CoV-2 Omicron (B.1.1.529) variant has proven highly transmissible and has outcompeted the Delta variant in many regions of the world. Early reports have also suggested that Omicron may result in less severe clinical disease in humans. Here we show that Omicron is less pathogenic than prior SARS-CoV-2 variants in Syrian golden hamsters. Infection of hamsters with the SARS-CoV-2 WA1/2020, Alpha, Beta, or Delta strains led to 4-10% weight loss by day 4 and 10-17% weight loss by day 6, as expected. In contrast, infection of hamsters with two different Omicron challenge stocks did not result in any detectable weight loss, even at high challenge doses. Omicron infection still led to substantial viral replication in both the upper and lower respiratory tracts and pulmonary pathology, but with a trend towards higher viral loads in nasal turbinates and lower viral loads in lung parenchyma compared with WA1/2020 infection. These data suggest that the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant may result in more robust upper respiratory tract infection but less severe lower respiratory tract clinical disease compared with prior SARS-CoV-2 variants.

Liposuction as the word suggests involves sucking out fat from the subcutaneous layers. In many parts of the world it is used interchangeably with weight loss and non-surgical fat reduction procedures. The gold standard for liposuction for many decades has been the “Suction assisted Liposuction’ also called SAL. Newer technologies have been introduced with varied claims about skin retraction, painless and complete evacuation of fat as well as a faster recovery. This chapter elaborates the personal experience of the Authors with regards to the discussed newer technologies bringing into perspective their indications, mechanism of action as well as clinical outcomes. At the outset the Authors would like to state emphatically that technologies are as good as the surgeon holding them and that somewhat same result can be achieved through a traditional liposuction in most of the cases. A surgeon looking to incorporate these technologies in practice should first achieve a mastery of traditional SAL for the best outcomes.
