In the shadow photograph system in ballistics range, the exposure time of the CCD cameras is a very important parameter. The method to measure the accurate exposure time of the CCD camera is suggested based on the short pulsed laser source, timing sequence control system, high speed photo- detector and oscilloscope with the precision of 0.1μs. This method solved the problem of no effective measurement method with high precision for this parameter. The accurate minimum exposure time of IGV-B4820 of company Imperx was tested by this method successfully.

Due to their large storage capacity and small access time static random access memory (SRAM) has become a vital part in numerous VLSI chips. Low power adequate memory configuration is a standout among the most challenging issues in SRAM design. As the technology node scaling down, leakage power utilization has turned into a noteworthy issue. In this paper a novel power gating technique, namely sleepy keeper leakage control transistor technique (SK-LCT) is proposed for a handheld gadget application. The SRAM architecture has two primary components, specifically SRAM cell and sense amplifier. The proposed SK-LCT technique is applied in both SRAM cell and sense amplifier for a new low power high speed SRAM architecture design. The outline of SRAM architecture utilizing pass transistor decoder (PT-Decoder) gives better outcomes in term of power. Simulation is done using Tanner EDA tool in 180nm technology and the results demonstrate a noteworthy change in leakage power utilization and speed.

This paper proposes a new high-precision rotor position measurement (RPM) method for permanent magnet spherical motors (PMSMs). In the proposed method, a LED light spot generation module (LSGM) was installed at the top of the rotor shaft. In the LSGM, three LEDs were arranged in a straight line with different distances between them, which were formed as three optical feature points (OFPs). The images of the three OFPs acquired by a high-speed camera were used to calculate the rotor position of PMSMs in the world coordinate frame. An experimental platform was built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed RPM method.

According to Doppler effect of satellite on the time synchronization technology between satellite and the ground station, a real-time measurement method of Doppler is proposed based on GPS carrier signals. Using Doppler observations from GPS receiver, the method can real-timely measure Doppler frequency shift of GPS including dynamic Doppler and media Doppler whose error can be timely modified in the receiver end. Simulation results show that the frequency shift caused by dynamic Doppler, a main influencing factor in the course of transmission of time-frequency signal by GPS satellite, is between plus or minus several thousands Hz. Comparing to traditional measurement method of Doppler, the method makes it possible to fast track phase of signal in large dynamic range in synchronous technology.
