Rice is a staple food and daily routine for Malaysians. Currently, the increasing population in Malaysia has led to the need to increase rice production with more quality. Therefore, the government established a scheme with national organic standards, MS 1259: 2015 which is myOrganic certification to recognize organic farms. Koperasi ABSB is the first rice farm that obtained this certification. Thus, the aims of this study are to explore the implementation of myOrganic in Koperasi ABSB and the barriers faced by this cooperative to implementing myOrganic certification. Qualitative method is used in this case study through interviews and observation. The finding showed that the implementation of myOrganic is as follows, by register myGAP, register myOrganic, Department of Agricultural Malaysia (DOA) will send a supervisor, prepare nine files or records, perform internal and external audit, and renew myOrganic. This study is expected to increase awareness of organic farming practices and promote the implementation of myOrganic in agriculture industry especially for the new farmer who wants to register and obtain myOrganic certification.

Development of overall economy of any country largely depends upon the characteristics of different prominent sectors such as agriculture, industry, services, etc. Sharp structural change in prominent sectors are experienced by the Pakistan’s economy during the last four decades, in which industrial and service sector have exhibited an extra ordinary rate of growth, while the agricultural sector did not shown that rate of growth which was experienced during the time of green revolution. Due to these structural changes in the prominent sectors volatility of growth rate has been experienced by the economy. To the extent that most of the recent volatility in growth rate of GDP can be attributed to the increasing share of the some volatility of the some prominent sectors, the analysis of their volatility can be useful in providing some enlightenment on the factors behind this phenomenon and its implications for the formulation of the policy in the future.

With over $15 billion in annual sales, John Deere is one of the largest equipment manufacturing and distribution organizations in the world and is widely known as the world's premier producer of agricultural equipment. In the wake of significant downturns in the U.S. agriculture industry during the 1980s, John Deere believed it needed to change the manner in which employee performance was measured and rewarded. Specifically, after decades of using an individual-based, standard-hour compensation plan in its manufacturing facilities, John Deere decided to install a teambased gain-sharing plan that it believed would encourage more cooperation, innovation, and higher levels of motivation from its employees. This case provides students the opportunity to experience real-world conflicts of interest between employees and employers and the integral role that accounting-based performance measurement and reward systems play in resolving these conflicts. This case also provides students the opportunity to critically evaluate the theoretical strengths and weaknesses of two common compensation plans from the perspectives of both John Deere and its employees. Such juxtaposition allows students to see the inherent trade-offs in designing compensation systems, thereby improving students' understanding of optimal control system design.

This research wants to find out how far internal control, organization culture and the quality of accounting information system will help the small-medium enterprises (SMEs) to prevent fraud. by applying the case study approach in achieving its aims and objectives. This study is done by a used case study from SMEs in the agriculture industry in Lampung province, Indonesia. The data were collected through observations and semi-structured interviews with employed and managerial staff. This research applied a mixed method in collecting and analyzing data, which were document analyses and interviews. Applying more than a single method in collecting data enables the researcher to compare and to verify the information accuracy (Brewer and Hunter 2006). This method can increase the credibility and validity of the findings because the final bias will depend on one method which later can be avoided (Yin 2012). This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The purpose of this descriptive research is to provide a descriptive, systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts, properties, and relationships between the phenomena investigated. All data that will be used in this study is sourced from the results of respondents' answers to the questionnaire given to employees at PT. XYZ as many as 70 respondents with the unit of analysis are part of Business Control, Human Capital, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. The sampling technique that uses saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique where all members of the population will be used as samples. The results of the study show that some weaknesses of the internal controls have been identified as one of the factors of fraud. The results show that Internal Control Organizational Culture and Quality of Information Accounting have a positive significant effect to prevent fraud.

The concept of the case study "comprehensive framework planning" is crucial to consider it encompasses a number of important issues relevant to rebuild and develop the Iraqi Kurdistan– especially the countryside- after miss-failure of the regional government to master the reconstruction and development problem, of which three major interconnected issues that of integration, coordination and sustainable development. It begins to produce connections of integrated governance, spatial integration, and sustainability to those of very local- and regional-based needs. Accordingly, it specifies the root causes the entire accumulated-chronically problems in both rural and urban areas and worked out the related solutions in form of a "frame work planning", within which the interconnected sphere, of Agriculture, industry, environment impacts, housing and related infrastructures integrated.  Then the study assumes that most of the reasons that have led to miss-failure of the regional governments lie in the miss-definition the problem itself that results in the sporadic, disintegrated, disjointed manner of planning actions of institutions that involved directly or indirectly in rehabilitation and development affair of the region. In addition to this, the development problem is still seeing to be as if the provision of housing only.

In most trendsetting industries like the aerospace, automotive and medical industry functionally critical parts are of highest importance. Due to strict legal requirements regarding the securing of the functionality of high-risk parts, both production costs and quality costs contribute significantly to the manufacturing costs. Thus, both types of costs have to be taken into consideration during the stage of technology planning. Due to the high variety of potential interactions between individual component properties as well as between component properties and manufacturing processes, the analysis of the influence of the manufacturing history on an efficient design of inspection processes and inspection strategies is extremely complex. Furthermore, the effects of inspection strategies and quality costs on the planning of manufacturing process sequences cannot be modeled to date. As a consequence, manufacturing and inspection processes are designed separately and thus a high cost reduction potential remains untapped. In this paper, a new approach for an integrative technology and inspection planning is presented and applied to a case study in medical industry. At first, existing approaches with regard to technology and inspection planning are reviewed. After a definition of relevant terms, the case study is introduced. Following, an approach for an integrative technology and inspection planning is presented and applied to the case study. In the presented approach, the complex causalities between technology planning, manufacturing history, and inspection planning are considered to enable a cost-effective production process and inspection sequence design.

Babon Watershed (DAS) is one of the watersheds which one located are Central Java. It has been used as a source of raw water for agriculture, industry, drinking water and other household needs. That needs to be assessed the level of sustainability in watershed management of the raw water. This study aims to analyze the sustainability index and the status of management of raw water from the three dimensions of sustainability. Analysis methods used “multidimensional scaling” (MDS) called Rap WARESMA. The results are expressed in index form and the status of sustainability. The analysis showed that the ecological dimension ofsustainability are at less status (26.54%), dimension less sustainable economicstatus (43.18%) and socio-cultural dimension to the status of sustainable enough(50.83%). Of the 30 attributes that were analyzed contained 15 attributes influencing sensitive to the index and the status of sustainability with a verysmall error at 95% confidence level.keywords: watershed, multidimensional scaling, water, sustainability watershed management
