Modelling Sustainable Entrepreneurship in The Covid-19 Era

Anthropocentrism and ecoperiphery are two foundations that the present work used to specify a model for the study of sustainable local entrepreneurship. The differences between beliefs of scarcity and abundance of resources generate values, skills and knowledge that guide the undertaking of conservation or consumption of natural resources. A review of the Human Development problem, the theoretical and conceptual frameworks, as well as the most recent findings about social entrepreneurship allowed the specification of the relationships between the factors reviewed for discussion. Given that the documentary research allowed the discussion of two options for social entrepreneurship, one oriented to the conservation of nature and the other oriented to the exploitation of natural resources and the consumerism of public services, it was possible to anticipate study scenarios in those that the analysis of local and sustainable would start with perceptions, beliefs, values, knowledge and skills that make it possible to explain austere or consumerist lifestyles. The objective of this work was to specify a model for the study of sustainable entrepreneurship considering a review of the literature from 2019 to 2021. A cross-sectional and psychometric work was carried out with a sample of 450 coffee growers. A structure of three factors was found that explained 27% of the total variance, although the contrast of the model is recommended in other scenarios and samples.

STRUCTURAL MANAGEMENT PARADIGM IN THE MODELS OF NETWORK ORGANIZATIONS

Development problem of network organizations’ modelling methods is considered in this article. It is characterized with two fundamental directions that are the basis of the scientific approach. The authors offer one more aspect of modelling – taking into account the influence on the object’s structure and the produced products of external messages that carry structural rules, i. e. the rules needed for similar objects modelling.

PERENCANAAN DAN PERANCANGAN KAWASAN SUPERBLOK JATINANGOR TEMA HIGH TECH ARCHITECTURE

Jatinangor Superblock is an integrated superblock complex located in the strategic area of Jatinangor education province. This design is based on the significant growth of the city in recent years. The development of satellite cities (hinterland) is one of the wise urban development concepts in overcoming the growth problems of the city of Bandung. Sumedang City as one of the hinterland cities, is trying to solve the development problem by providing increased development in the aspects of city facilities and infrastructure, settlements, offices, industry, worship, transportation and especially education. Jatinangor is one of the areas that has experienced significant regional development in Sumedang City. With the construction of the superblock in the Jatinangor sub-district it can encourage the growth of various activities in an integrated manner in an adequate container. This design aims to determine the facilities and facilities needed so that the occupants' activities can be well accommodated, Determine a good building layout in designing the Jatinangor Superblock, design the Jatinangor Superblock area which can be a solution to the problem of minimal land and mixed-used areas in urban areas and be a comfortable area and able to participate in building the surrounding area. In addition, this design also aims to resolve issues related to inadequate infrastructure so that they can be equipped so that the creativity and needs of building users can be fulfilled. The superblock design uses the High Tech Architecture theme. The application of the High Tech Architecture theme is quite flexible and can adjust the four functions contained in the Jatinangor superblock. With this planning and design, it is hoped that it will set a design precedent related to the superblock function. Pembangunan kota-kota satelit (hinterland) merupakan salah satu konsep pembangunan kota yang bijaksana dalam mengatasi permasalahan pertumbuhan kota Bandung. Kota Sumedang sebagai salah satu kota hinterland, berusaha mengatasi masalah pembangunan tersebut dengan memberikan peningkatan pembangunan pada aspek sarana dan prasarana kota, permukiman, perkantoran, industri, ibadah, transportasi dan terutama pendidikan. Kecamatan Jatinangor merupakan salah satu daerah yang mengalami perkembangan kawasan yang signifikan di Kota Sumedang. Dengan dibangunnya superblok di kecamatan jatinangor diharapkn dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan kegiatan yang variatif secara terpadu dalam suatu wadah secara memadai. Perancangan ini bertujuan Menentukan fasilitas-fasilitas dan sarana yang dibutuhkan sehingga aktivitas penghuni dapat terwadahi dengan baik, Menentukan tata letak bangunan yang baik dalam merancang Superblok Jatinangor, merancang kawasan Superblok Jatinangor yang mampu menjadi solusi permasalahan minimnya lahan dan kawasan mixed-used di area perkotaan dan menjadi kawasan yang nyaman dan mampu turut membangun kawasan sekitarnya. Selain itu perancangan ini juga bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan isu isu yang berkaitan dengan sarana prasarana yang kurang memadai agar dapat dilengkapi sehingga kreatifitas dan kebutuhan dari pengguna bangunan dapat tercukupi. Perancangan superblok ini menggunakan tema High Tech Architecture. Penerapan tema High Tech Architecture cukup fleksibel dan dapat menyesuaikan empat fungsi yang terdapat di dalam superblok Jatinangor. Psychological and pedagogical aspects of ethnocultural identity formation in the Russian scientific discourse

In this article the problem of ethnocultural identity formation is considered in the context of the personal development problem, namely, as a person’s awareness of oneself, one’s environment as well as of oneself in one’s relations with other people. Along with the genetically determined prerequisites, ethnocultural identity formation is influenced by sociocultural factors, a person’s real life. The ethnocultural identity phenomenon is closely related to the methodological understanding of the foundations of deep, fundamental life meanings, values, and priorities. Ethnocultural identity and everything that relates to it – roots, historical destinies, ethnic culture, historical memory – are the most important values and life meanings of every person.

Fundamental Elements of the Strategy Concept

This chapter answerers and elaborates on the question of “what is strategy” which has been controversial in the discipline of strategic management over the past half a century. On the basis of proposing the “problem-oriented strategy” and “goal-oriented strategy”, the theory of three elements of the strategy concept is put forward, and is introduced in detail. The chapter suggests that the lack of any element of the three cannot constitute a complete strategy. A strategy without “development goal” is undirected and one that cannot identify “development problem” is confusing, while one without a “guideline” is unrealistic. The chapter also discusses the integrated relationship among the three elements.

Bipolar neutrosophic DEMATEL for urban sustainable development

Recently, researchers have shown an increased interest in integrating the neutrosophic sets with multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) methods. Previous literature have suggested the integration of neutrosophic set with the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method, in which the three memberships of neutrosophic set are utilized to solve problems that are characterized by non-deterministic information. Differently from the neutrosophic DEMATEL, which directly used three independent memberships, this paper proposes bipolar neutrosophic DEMATEL (Bipolar NS-DEMATEL) of which the positive and negative of truth, indeterminate and false memberships of bipolar neutrosophic set are introduced to enhance decision in urban sustainable development. Three criteria and fifteen sub-criteria of urban sustainable development are the main MCDM structures that need to be solved using the proposed method. A group of experts were invited to provide rating of performance values of sub-criteria of urban sustainable development problem using a bipolar neutrosophic linguistic scale. The proposed Bipolar NS-DEMATEL is applied to segregate the sub-criteria of urban sustainable development into cause and effect groups. In addition, the network relation map is drawn to observe the interaction among the sub-criteria. The Bipolar NS-DEMATEL suggests that air quality (SC12) is the most important sub-criteria in managing urban sustainable development. The result also unveils that the sub-criterion safety (SC21) is impacted and influenced by other sub-criteria. The identification of sub-criteria in accordance with their net causer and net receiver would help the authority in prioritizing sub-criteria that may directly be affected by urban development.

THE MAIN TENDENCIES OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION OF CITIES IN THE TRANS-BAIKAL TERRITORY

In this paper, city-status settlements of the Trans-Baikal Territory are considered. The Trans-Baikal Territory is a territorial entity of the Russian Federation located in the south of Asian part of Russia. Cities of the Trans-Baikal Territory are economic and cultural centres of regions; they play an important role in development and support of the surrounding territory. In this paper, demographic, migration, social and economic conditions of the cities are reviewed. The analysis of conditions in cities has been performed on the basis of statistical data collected from the administrations of the cities of the region and other published statistical materials on the basis of a comparative geographical method, as well as a review of the literature. The generality of tendencies in the social and economic situation and regional peculiarities of cities are shown. In all cities of the region there is a decrease in the population. The paper concludes that, by now, the issue of migration loss is the strategically important development problem in the Trans-Baikal Territory.

Friedrich List and Dutch Disease: two sides of the same coin?

ABSTRACT Comparing List’s development problem to Dutch Disease, as generalized by Bresser-Pereira, one sees quite a few similarities. While the exchange rate was understandably of no concern to List, it is meanwhile one if not the most important determinant of trade flows. This generalized Dutch Disease approach is a valuable contribution to the debate on appropriate economic policies in Southern countries. It shows a way to counter mal-developments. It certainly deserves further discussion because quite a few countries suffer from it. Bresser’s arguments fit very well into other unorthodox approaches that also tried to counter the inefficiency of really existing markets with workable proposals, which orthodoxy has quite successfully supressed. This paper also makes a proposal that might help for agro-exporting countries.
