This study was aimed to conduct a literature study on research related to fraud. The research method used is to use the literature study method by using the vote counting model. This research would identify papers relating to fraud that have been obtained from various existing databases. Next, the researcher classified the paper by classifying the focus of research at the paper stage in fraud prevention, detection, investigation or remediation. The results of this study were recommendations for researchers, in terms of what is still open as material in research related to fraud

The e-voting system which developed using two central facilities protokol consist of three component that is voting machine as client for interaction with voter, central legitimization agency (CLA) as server voter authentication, and central tabulating facility (CTF) as server for result recapitulation voter vote count. Research in this paper just focused to voter authentication process on voting machine toward database of voter that stored in CLA with using fingerprint biometric technology. Fingerprint biometric technology used for voter registration process, voter verification process, and voter authentication process who will doing election. Registration process for acquiring voter fingerprint image database, verification process to be sure voter database can be verificated or not, and authentication process for voter authorization who can be permitted or not by system give of vote in election.

(Title: The Evaluation of Trump’s Political Perspectives at The “Save America Rally”). This paper explores Trump speech in online media CBC news entitled “Live Coverage: Protesters Swarm Capitol, Abruptly Halting Electoral Vote Count” in the point of view of discourse analysis. This research belongs to qualitative research. The method used to analyze is distributional and referential method. It analyzed Trump ideology’s Perspectives through structure manifested by Emotive words, phrases, sentences from his speech, specifically it explored from critical discourse analysis conducted by Teun A .Van Dijk. It resulted and indicated that Trump conveyed his political will by protesting the result of the ballots. He said there was fraud in the middle of the election. In fact, instead of protesting the election, he also conveyed the autocritics towards the government (himself). Key Words: speech, Trumps, critical discourse analysis, ideology

AbstractIn the implementation of elections that go through a long and rigorous process, it still cannot guarantee that this election is conducted honestly and cleanly. So this is what causes the vote counting stage carrued out by the KPU/KPUD in various regions requires a very long time. The vote count in Indonesia is not only a quick count, one way to recapitulate during the election, but there is a real count and exit poll aslo a way to count the results of the vote. However, of the three types of recapitulation, there are several differences including the method used and the source of data obtained. As a result of this difference, in the percentage information that would implu uncertain information for the public who want to know about the vote count so as to reduce public confidence in the election process going forward. The method used in this study is an empirical research method that is analysing problem data and looking for information directly or using interview methods to complete the data in this study. This research is expected to produce a concrete analysis of three for calculating votes that are more efficient, precise and systematic in notification of information.

A number of studies have examined the effect of study characteristics on mean technical efficiency as the dependent variable. This article departs from these earlier studies by using second-stage inefficiency covariates as key exploratory variables and study characteristics as control variables in a meta-regression. Unlike the vote count method of quantitative review, the parameters of the key variables have desirable properties and enable statistical inferences to be drawn. Additionally, the dependent variable employed is mean technical inefficiency. This is demonstrated using data on technical inefficiency of primary studies in Ghanaian agriculture, fitted to fractional regression models. The appropriate functional form of the fractional regression model is discussed with policy implications.

Coastal ecosystems have drastically declined in coverage and condition across the globe. To combat these losses, marine conservation has recently employed habitat restoration as a strategy to enhance depleted coastal ecosystems. For restoration to be a successful enterprise, however, it is necessary to identify and address potential knowledge gaps and review whether the field has tracked scientific advances regarding best practices. This enables managers, researchers, and practitioners alike to more readily establish restoration priorities and goals. We synthesized the peer-reviewed, published literature on habitat restoration research in salt marshes, oyster reefs, and seagrasses to address three questions related to restoration efforts: (i) How frequent is cross-sector authorship in coastal restoration research? (ii) What is the geographic distribution of coastal restoration research? and (iii) Are abiotic and biotic factors equally emphasized in the literature, and how does this vary with time? Our vote-count survey indicated that one-third of the journal-published studies listed authors from at least two sectors, and 6% listed authors from all three sectors. Across all habitat types, there was a dearth of studies from Africa, Asia, and South America. Finally, despite many experimental studies demonstrating that species interactions can greatly affect the recovery and persistence of coastal foundation species, only one-fourth of the studies we examined discussed their effects on restoration. Combined, our results reveal gaps and discrepancies in restoration research that should be addressed in order to further propel coastal restoration science.
