This study aims to determine the stages that must be implemented in building a Business Intelligence System structured and appropriate in building Business Intelligence Systems in an organization, and understand the important aspects that must be considered for investment development Business Intelligence System is increasing. Business must be based on the conditions and needs of the organization in achieving the desired goals. If these conditions occur, then the decision-making process will be better and more accurate. The purpose of this study is to determine the important aspects that must be understood and prepared in using the Business Intelligence System in an organization. The method used is the explanation as well as the research library of several books, articles and other literature.

The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the increasing awareness about the potential bias on the interpretation and conclusions of forensic handwriting examiners (FHEs) by contextual information. We briefly provide the reader with an overview of relevant types of bias, the difficulties associated with studying bias, the sources of bias and their potential influence on the decision making process in casework, and solutions to minimize bias in casework. We propose that the limitations of published studies on bias need to be recognized and that their conclusions must be interpreted with care. Instead of discussing whether bias is an issue in casework, the forensic handwriting community should actually focus on how bias can be minimized in practice. As some authors have already shown (e.g., Found & Ganas, 2014), it is relatively easy to implement context information management procedures in practice. By introducing appropriate procedures to minimize bias, not only forensic handwriting examination will be improved, it will also increase the acceptability of the provided evidence during court hearings. In view of the production quality management of filter rods in the manufacturing and execution process of cigarette enterprises, this paper analyzes the necessity of implementing the manufacturing execution system (MES) in the production process of filter rods. In this paper, the filter rod quality system of cigarette enterprise based on MES is fully studied, and the constructive information management system demand analysis, cigarette quality control process, system function module design, implementation and test effect are given. This paper utilizes the Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to find the optimal system for processing the manufacturing of cigarette. The implementation of MSE based filter rod quality information management system for a cigarette enterprise ensures the quality control in the cigarette production process. Through visualization, real-time and dynamic way, the information management of cigarette production is completed, which greatly improves the quality of cigarette enterprise manufacturing process.

The application of GIS technology to Military Environmental Information(MEI) management will play a vital role in MEI management, and can lead to better decision-making. This paper discusses both the management method and the application fields. Case studies, like information management, pollution coverage evaluating, military transportation planning and monitoring, and decision-making supporting, are presented in this paper. Detailed digital basemap database, Digital Elevation Model(DEM) data, Digital OrthoImage Model(DOM) data, image database of Remote Sensing, Social economic element database, and other informations related to military features, can be integrated into MEI GIS, and will meet the needs for later query and statistics. Spatial analysis is the bridge that links fundamental data models to GIS technology. While buffer analysis can be used for identifying the locations of hazardous chemical storage sites in relation to residents living area, and can facilitate the evaluation of the threatened area in the event of a leak or spill of hazardous materials. Network analysis can be used in military transportation planning and monitoring. GIS is particularly useful in providing composite visual representation of fairly complex underlying model calculations, analysts can draw implicit and important conclusion from the already known geographical data. The study shows that the management of MEI using GIS technology is reasonable and feasible, and GIS is a highly efficient tool in MEI management.

Knowledge in memory is vast and not always relevant to the task at hand. Recent views suggest that the human cognitive system has evolved so that it includes goal-driven control mechanisms to regulate the level of activation of specific pieces of knowledge and make distracting or unwanted information in memory less accessible. This operation is primarily directed to facilitate the use of task-relevant knowledge. However, these control processes may also have side effects on performance in a variety of situations when the task at hand partly relies on access to suppressed information. In this article, we show that various types of information to be used in a variety of different contexts (problem solving, decision making based on personal information, language production) may be the target of inhibitory control. We also show that the control process may leave a behavioral signature if suppressed information turns out to be relevant shortly after being suppressed.

Growing concern about healthcare information security in the wake of alarmingly rising cyber-attacks is being given symmetrical priority by current researchers and cyber security experts. Intruders are penetrating symmetrical mechanisms of healthcare information security continuously. In the same league, the paper presents an overview on the current situation of healthcare information and presents a layered model of healthcare information management in organizations. The paper also evaluates the various factors that have a key contribution in healthcare information security breaches through a hybrid fuzzy-based symmetrical methodology of AHP-TOPSIS. Furthermore, for assessing the effect of the calculated results, the authors have tested the results on local hospital software of Varanasi. Tested results of the factors are validated through the comparison and sensitivity analysis in this study. Tabulated results of the proposed study propose a symmetrical mechanism as the most conversant technique which can be employed by the experts and researchers for preparing security guidelines and strategies.

Abstract In the paper a business intelligence tool based on group decision making is proposed. The group decision making uses a combinatorial optimization modeling technique. It takes into account weighted coefficients for evaluation criteria assigned by decision makers together with their scores for the alternatives in respect of these criteria. The proposed optimization model for group decision making considers also the knowledge level of the group members involved as decision makers. This optimization model is implemented in three-layer architecture of Web application for business intelligence by group decision making. Developed Web application is numerically tested for a representative problem for software choice considering six decision makers, three alternatives and 19 evaluation criteria. The obtained results show the practical applicability and effectiveness of the proposed approach.

One of the main tasks of the decision support theory is the study of methods and tools for solving the problem of minimizing the negative consequences and risks in choosing strategic directions for the development of the studied system - the object of management. The formal algorithm of the optimization in conditions of the decision-making process stochastic uncertainty, and realization of steady states in system is investigated. The purpose of the algorithm model is to provide the predicted dynamics, compensation of structural, parametric uncertainty of the control system. The ambiguity of the choice the alternative solutions and as a consequence - the inadequacy of the mathematical model, due to the significant amount of stochastic and functional relationships, different ways of presenting input data, the impossibility formalizing the studied processes. Solutions in conditions of partial or complete uncertainty can be found by searching for elements of a set the alternatives, each of which with some probability may be the optimal solution. If statistical observations of the studied object or management process are incomplete, insufficiently formalized, or impossible at all, then the uncertainty of the decision to predict the directions of their possible development is clear. The decision-making process in conditions of uncertainty is proposed to be divided into stages: specification and formalization of the decision-making model; choice methods and algorithms for constructing alternatives taking into account the peculiarities of the chosen decision-making model. Parametric uncertainty is described as an interval estimate of possible values of the studied parameter. The interval can be strictly limited by numerical values, or with not clear limits - descriptive qualitative variables. Modeling of the control process in conditions of stochastic uncertainty is based on the definition of the object under study as a complex system. A promising area of research on this topic is a mathematical description of the value distribution function within the interval, which can be formalized on the basis of expert estimates, or as a heuristic probability distribution function of unpredictable events.
