This study is a related research on the role of history taking to cure cephalgia patients. This study was conducted with the aim to determine the role of history for the recovery of cephalgia patients, how much influence the history of the cure for cephalgia patients, and the factors that influence the recovery of cephalgia patients. The research method carried out in this study was an interview with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the history carried out by doctors is very instrumental in the recovery of cephalgia patients. With history taking, you can find out the things that are being felt by the patient and know the background of the patient. The patient's lifestyle can affect the emergence or loss of an illness.

AbstractThis study aims to describe, analyze the cultural values of duan lolat based on local wisdom in the Tanimbar community in West Southeast Maluku Regency (MTB). The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, data is collected through interviews, observation and literature studies as well as tracking related research results.The results of the study show that duan-lolat cultural values based on local wisdom remain alive and take root in the Tanimbar community as an entity or characteristic of the Tanimbar community, so they can contribute positively to the provision of development in this country. The spirit of mutual cooperation, social solidarity, compassion, independence and consensus in resolving community conflicts which are actually duan-lolat values, starting from being corrected (deconstructed) the meaning exchanged for the low value of duan-lolat, can also be transformed into the wisdom of the Tanimbar community.Keywords: Cultural Value, Duan Lolat and Local WisdomAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan, menganalisis Nilainilai budaya duan lolat berbasis kearifan lokal pada masyarakat Tanimbar di Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara Barat (MTB). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka serta penelusuran hasilhasil penelitian yang terkait.Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilainilai budaya duan-lolat yang berbasis kearifan lokal tetap hidup dan mengakar di masyarakat Tanimbar sebagai entitas atau ciri khas dari masyarakat Tanimbar, sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mengisi pelaksanaan pembangunan di negeri ini. Semangat gotong royong, solidaritas sosial, bela rasa, kemandirian dan kemufakatan dalam menyelesaikan konflik masyarakat yang sejatinya merupakan nilainilai duan-lolat muali mengalami pergeseran (dekonstruksi) makna sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya derajat nilai duan-lolat itu sendiri sebagai sebuah kearifan lokal yang dianut oleh masyarakat Tanimbar.Kata Kunci : Nilai Budaya, Duan Lolat dan Kearifan Lokal

Labor wages have a large portion (approximately 30%) of construction contract value. Therefore, company should pay attention to labor wages. Unfortunately, existing data about construction labor wages in Indonesian are only showed as daily wages (for labor) and monthly wages (for employee/permanent staff), while there’s no information about their labor burden. Therefore, objectives of this study are to identify the component and structure of construction labor burden and wages in Indonesia and also to identify all factors related. Research method used int this study are empirical and inductive methods. After all data has been collected from field survey, description of the construction labor burden and wages model was compiled into its components. Moreover, comparison analysis used to identify factors related to construction labor burden and wages. Results of data processing and analysis shows that: 1) Construction labor burden in Indonesia for both employee/permanent staff and labor commonly consist of direct and indirect payment, and conditional and lumpsum payment, but there are different distributions between each kind of labor. 2) Construction labor burden and wages in Indonesia commonly depend on company profile, project profile, and labor profile.

Related research to study the large influence of mixed mixtures on purchasing decisions onCV. Justitia Lembata Motor can compete from several of the same companies in motorcyclesales. Partially significant for purchasing decisions. Marketing mix is a combination of fourvariables or activities which are the core of the marketing system, namely: products, pricestructures, promotional activities, and distribution systems. Consumer purchasing decisionsare the final purchases of consumers both individuals and households, who buy goods andservices for personal purchases. This research uses quantitative methods, data collectiontechniques using questionnaires. The population in this study were motorcycle buyers andcustomers at CV. Justin Motor Lembata. The sample taken was 50 respondents using simplerandom sampling technique. The research method used is simple linear regression. The 0.014constant is the same as the result of the buyer's decision to buy at 0.014% and the regressioncoefficient of the marketing mix variable is 0.667 units to one so that the purchasing decisionincreases by 0.667%.

AbstractThe village is a local entity that is owned by local wisdom that is designated as one ofthe order of life in community life. Becoming a new phenomenon compilation in the village inthe culture of the Tanimbar community is led by a woman whose essence has not yet received aproper portion of the village customary community. Based on these considerations, thisresearch was conducted to find out Community Perceptions about the Leadership of WomenHeads in Lauran Village, Tanimbar Selatan District, West Southeast Maluku Regency.The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collectiontechniques namely; (1) Observation, (2) In-depth interview (in-depth interview), and (3)Literature study and tracking related research results. The final result obtained is the Electionof Women as the Head of Lauran Village is a setting of interest groups, the Leadership of theVillage Head of Women is relatively weak in Lauran village with the culture andcharacteristics of the villagers who demand it.
