AbstractThis study aims to describe, analyze the cultural values of duan lolat based on local wisdom in the Tanimbar community in West Southeast Maluku Regency (MTB). The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, data is collected through interviews, observation and literature studies as well as tracking related research results.The results of the study show that duan-lolat cultural values based on local wisdom remain alive and take root in the Tanimbar community as an entity or characteristic of the Tanimbar community, so they can contribute positively to the provision of development in this country. The spirit of mutual cooperation, social solidarity, compassion, independence and consensus in resolving community conflicts which are actually duan-lolat values, starting from being corrected (deconstructed) the meaning exchanged for the low value of duan-lolat, can also be transformed into the wisdom of the Tanimbar community.Keywords: Cultural Value, Duan Lolat and Local WisdomAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan, menganalisis Nilainilai budaya duan lolat berbasis kearifan lokal pada masyarakat Tanimbar di Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara Barat (MTB). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka serta penelusuran hasilhasil penelitian yang terkait.Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilainilai budaya duan-lolat yang berbasis kearifan lokal tetap hidup dan mengakar di masyarakat Tanimbar sebagai entitas atau ciri khas dari masyarakat Tanimbar, sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mengisi pelaksanaan pembangunan di negeri ini. Semangat gotong royong, solidaritas sosial, bela rasa, kemandirian dan kemufakatan dalam menyelesaikan konflik masyarakat yang sejatinya merupakan nilainilai duan-lolat muali mengalami pergeseran (dekonstruksi) makna sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya derajat nilai duan-lolat itu sendiri sebagai sebuah kearifan lokal yang dianut oleh masyarakat Tanimbar.Kata Kunci : Nilai Budaya, Duan Lolat dan Kearifan Lokal

The research was found on the topic about  The Cultural Values of batak Toba in Batu Gantung Local Tradition in Samosir Island. This study was conducted by applying descriptive qualitative method. The source of data was taken from the informants who live around Samosir Island, Kabupaten Simalungun. The technique for analyzing the data is descriptive qualitative research based on The Cultural Values in Sibarani (2013). The result of this research was The Cultural Values of Batak Toba in Batu Gantung Local Tradition in Samosir Island are Seeing Each Other Frequently, Honesty (30%), courtesy, social solidarity, harmony and conflict resolution (60%), welfare, hard work, discipline, mutual cooperation, gender management (80%) and education, health, cultural preservation and creativity, environmental concern, peace, commitment, positive thoughts, and gratitude. Film is one of the effective and popular media in cultural learning, both local and foreign cultures. The film that is used as the object of research by the researcher is the film 'Marak: Mresani Panji Sekar'”. This film becomes an interesting study material because it explains the Javanese culture of the courtiers of the Yogyakarta Palace who will focus more on culture in the film. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Analyzing cultural values by means of observation and study of documents in films in an effort to gain an overview and understanding of what is being studied. The values obtained are in the form of many values contained in it, namely the values of honor, trust, politeness, responsibility, and art. Describe the Javanese values of the Yogyakarta Palace which are shown in the film 'Marak: Mresani Panji Sekar' and reveal and understand the meaning contained in these traditional values.Keywords: Film, Values, Javanese Cultural

The background of this research is there is an indication that the short story was created not just accentuate the beauty aspects of language and narration. However, the language in the meaningful short stories and the author's ideological message through imaginary characters constructed. The purpose of this study is to reveal hegemony and ideology that contains short stories “Surga untuk Lelaki yang Tertipu” by Adam Yudhistira. The research approach used in the realm of sociology of literature, with the study of Gramsci hegemony. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Research data in the form of language; words, phrases, sentences in the short story related ones are described and interpreted with the Gramsci hegemony approach. The results of the study show the relationship between the teacher's figure and Santo like a patron-client. The teacher has a higher status (superior) and the power to rule Santo (inferior). The ideological hegemony was carried out by the teacher's figure towards Santo went well. Because it has and is bound by the same beliefs. The orientation of the two figures is the same, namely heaven. The ideology instilled by the teacher has a significant influence on the Santo, so he wants to take action that sacrifices the lives of others and himself. The act which was originally believed to be true by Santo, but regretted in the end.

Kasepuhan Ciptagelar is one of the Sundanese traditional village based on agricultural culture in West Java Province, Indonesia. Kasepuhan Ciptagelar people still hold and apply their ancestral cultural values in their daily life. The purpose of this study is to (1) know the existence of local wisdom values that exist in Kasepuhan Ciptagelar society; (2) to know the form of social solidarity values that exist in Kasepuhan Ciptagelar community and (3) Integration of local wisdom value for social solidarity development in globalization era. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, with ethnography approach. The results show that (1) Kasepuhan Ciptagelar community has some local wisdom, they are social solidarity, environment awareness, democratic, honest, responsibility and creative. The values of existing local wisdom still exist and are proven to survive in the era of globalization; (2) social solidarity in Kasepuhan Ciptagelar reflected from social interaction, trust and social awareness that exist in society; and (3) Development of social solidarity in the era of globalization can be done through the integration of local wisdom into education in School.

Kepulauan Riau merupakan provinsi yang terdiri dari beberapa pulau diantaranya Pulau Batam, Pulau Bintan dan Pulau Karimun. Modal sosial merupakan serangkaian nilai dan norma informal yang dimiliki oleh kelompok masyarat dalam membagun kerjasamanya. Lingkup penelitian pada pembahasan ini adalah terfokus pada pengaruh modal sosial terhadap perkembangan pariwisata di Kepulauan Riau dalam hal ini Pulau Batam, Pulau Bintan, dan Pulau Karimun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dikondisikan sebagai penelitian kualitatif melalui strategi studi kasus. Sistem pendekatan yang digunakan juga merupakan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Melakukan pengamatan langsung, mengumpulkan data-data kemudian menghubungkannya dengan kajian teori yang digunakan. Lokus penelitian ini terdapat di Kepulauan Riau dengan melihat pengaruh modal sosial pada perkembangan pariwisata di ketiga pulau yaitu Pulau Batam, Pulau Bintan dan Pulau Karimun. Berdasarkan hasil survey yang saya lakukan di Kepulauan Riau, terutama pada ketiga pulau yaitu Pulau Batam, Pulau Bintan, dan Pulau Karimun, dari ketiga pulau tersebut ternyata pada Pulau Karimun perkembangan pariwisatanya tidak terlalu berkembang karena masyarakat yang tidak menerima adanya wisatawan terutama wisatawan mancanegara. Riau Islands is a province consisting of several islands including Batam Island, Bintan Island and Karimun Island. Social capital is a set of informal values ​​and norms that are owned by community groups in building cooperation. The scope of research in this discussion is focused on the influence of social capital on the development of tourism in the Riau Islands, in this case Batam Island, Bintan Island, and Karimun Island. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. This research is conditioned as qualitative research through a case study strategy. The system approach used is also a descriptive analytic approach. Make direct observations, collect data and then relate it to the study of the theories used. The locus of this research is in the Riau Islands by looking at the influence of social capital on the development of tourism in the three islands, namely Batam Island, Bintan Island and Karimun Island. Based on the results of a survey I conducted in the Riau Islands, especially on the three islands, namely Batam Island, Bintan Island, and Karimun Island, of the three islands, it turns out that on Karimun Island the development of tourism is not very developed because people do not accept tourists, especially foreign tourists.

This research was conducted to analyze how modernization affects the implementation of public service administration policies, especially in Kediri, East Java. As is well known, from time to time various aspects of life are required to undergo changes to a more modern direction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative research is aimed at obtaining an overview of how modernization affects public service administration policies in Kediri. To obtain the necessary data, the authors used a purposive sampling technique so that the sample taken was more focused, assisted by a review of several related previous studies. The results showed that modernization, especially in the field of technology, was sufficient to influence public service administration policies in Kediri.

Health education is one important component in caring for children with surgical cases. Health education is done to clients and families as an intervention of various nursing problems that appear both pre and post surgery. This study aims to find out how the implementation of health education provided by nurses to families of child surgical clients. This research method is descriptive qualitative phenomenology by using in-depth interview. The number of participants was 5 nurses. The amount is determined after the researchers assume that the research data saturated. The research produced five themes: preoperative health education, postoperative health education, postoperative nutrition, surgical wound care and post operative post pain. The health education provided by the majority nurses is physical. Psychosocial should also be a topic in health education provided by nurses to clients of children and their families.

This study aims to interpret in depth the cultural values ​​of Confucianism reflected in the management control system of Chinese ethnic families in Minangkabau. This study uses qualitative interpretive. This study aims to describe the implementation of techniques or steps in learning Arabic rules (Nahwu science) based on Integration theory (Unity theory), namely that learning Arabic rules is presented in full by teaching four Arabic language skills and three language elements. The purpose of this study is also to offer solutions in the learning of integral and holistic Nahwu science.The research method is a library method with descriptive qualitative research type. The results of this study indicate that there are six steps (techniques) of teaching Arabic rules (Nahwu science) on Integration theory (Unity theory) that combines learning Arabic rules, Arabic language skills, and elements language elements in one integrated discussion material.
