Labor wages have a large portion (approximately 30%) of construction contract value. Therefore, company should pay attention to labor wages. Unfortunately, existing data about construction labor wages in Indonesian are only showed as daily wages (for labor) and monthly wages (for employee/permanent staff), while there’s no information about their labor burden. Therefore, objectives of this study are to identify the component and structure of construction labor burden and wages in Indonesia and also to identify all factors related. Research method used int this study are empirical and inductive methods. After all data has been collected from field survey, description of the construction labor burden and wages model was compiled into its components. Moreover, comparison analysis used to identify factors related to construction labor burden and wages. Results of data processing and analysis shows that: 1) Construction labor burden in Indonesia for both employee/permanent staff and labor commonly consist of direct and indirect payment, and conditional and lumpsum payment, but there are different distributions between each kind of labor. 2) Construction labor burden and wages in Indonesia commonly depend on company profile, project profile, and labor profile.

Much has been written about sport as a tool for development and peace. But more research on Sport for Development and Peace (SDP) organizations, is needed to better understand their actual contributions to the UNs sustainable development goals. Yet, the unstable, risky, and restricted contexts in which many NGOs and SDP agencies operate often leaves researchers struggling to find effective yet feasible methods through which to examine agencies in these fields. Indeed, conducting field work on and with SDP agency often implies allocating significant quantities of researcher’s limited time, funding, and other vital resources. And as limited resources need to be invested wisely, SDP researchers will clearly need to prepare their fieldwork. Nevertheless, there are but a handful of methodological papers that address the question of how to prepare for SDP field work. In other words, the question of how we know if it is worthwhile, and safe enough, to proceed with SDP field work remains. Building on previous research, the purpose of this study is to raise important ontological and epistemological questions about what can be known about a given context, before setting off on fieldwork. We further explore the use of the Actantial Model as a research method for analyzing existing data before deciding whether to conduct fieldwork in complex and frequently insecure situations. In other words, will the cost (material, temporal, financial, and physical) of conducting fieldwork be worth it? By applying the Actantial Model, with the specific aim of informing decisions regarding subsequent fieldwork, to one specific case, contributions regarding the pertinence of conducting fieldwork are provided.

ABSTRACTTechnology developed in order to facilitate human work that would not be done manually, with the presence of the latest technologies that it is not a work of man may not be done quickly, accurately, and save time. One was for the manufacture of palm data processing applications that provide an overview to the public that it is feasible to plant palm oil or not to do, based on existing data and then recycled into Decision Support Systems. To process these data using the Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) as a method to make decisions based on data that have been processed. In this study processed data is the data of a group of Palm Jl. Salak Linga Kuamang Bungo Jambi. From the results of the data managed by the farmer group Palm block 22, Jalan Salak, Linga Kuamang, with interpolation of 30% per year, with a capital of USD 888,253,000.00 and generate income of Rp 2,063,387,050.00 in if using the Internal rate of Return produce interpolation (I) of 30, 113%. Since IRR> I, then it is worth to continue.

Social work sanctions is an alternative in handling traffic violations without going through a litigation process, this research aims; First, to find out the right strategies related to social work sanctions. Second, to find out the factors that influence the implementation of social work sanctions and finally to find out the impact of the application of social work sanctions. The research method used is a socio-normative research method. Data collection techniques for library research and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the strategies is used in implementing social work sanctions are; Field survey, socialization Collaborate with the police to conduct sweeping on the object of research, carry out social / social work sanctions and install stickers to control and there needs to be a conscious area or traffic order. namely the existence of the concept of ultimum Remedium. It’s mean that criminal is the last step and the Discretion is a power or authority that is carried out based on the law for consideration and belief and emphasizes moral considerations rather than legal considerations. Background: Incomplete filling of medical record files for inpatients at Dr. Reksodiwiryo hospital medical records will be describe health services and the quality of medical record services. Medical record quality services include the completeness of medical record files, accuracy in providing diagnosis and diagnosis codes, as well as speed in providing service information. The requirements for quality medical records must be accurate, complete, reliable, valid, timely, usable, common, comparable, guaranteed, and easy. Methods: This research method is a descriptive with a retrospective approach or looking at existing data. This study was carried out in September 2021. The population was 70 files cases of inpatient digestive surgery. Samples were taken from 27 files of inpatients with appendicitis cases. Results: From the research that has been done, the highest percentage of incomplete identification components is found on the gender item about 81.48%, the highest percentage of incomplete important report components is obtained on the medical resume and informed consent items about 11.1%. The highest percentage of incomplete authentication components was obtained in the nursing degree about 96.3%. The highest percentage of the components of the recording method was obtained by 59.3%, there are several blank sections about 16 files. The percentage of incomplete diagnostic codes and procedures is 100%  Conclusions: the researcher suggested that the hospital can have an Operational Standart on filling out the completeness of medical records files

The use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is becoming prevalent in supply chains, with large corporations such as Wal-Mart, Tesco, and the Department of Defense phasing in RFID requirements on their suppliers. The implementation of RFID can necessitate changes in the existing data models and will add to the demand for processing and storage capacities. This article discusses the implications of the RFID technology on data processing in supply chains.

The vibration data processing of environmental spectrum is an important part of environmental reliability test for the aircraft. Based on the inductive methods for environmental measured data of vibration, an inductive arithmetic is employed to estimate the random vibration data of aircraft surface in Matlab system. Numerical experiments show that the inductive estimation arithmetic is effective, reliable and applicable for the environmental measured data of random vibration.

The local scouringcharacteristicsuroundings several bridge pillars forms have a different characteristics, some forms of pillars of the bridge are considered optimum when equipped with the data: discharge, slope of riverbed, material, and on the same flow direction, that will produce the most shallow scouring. The objective of this study is to find the form of pillars that will generate the most superficial scouring. The study is conducted at the Laboratory of River in Surakarta. The used flume has length of 10.00 m, width 0.40 m and height of 0.40 m. The forms of pillar studied are two cylindrical pillars, sheet pile and full walls pillar. The slope of the riverbed (i) are varied, there are three: 0.006, 0.0125 and 0.020. The flow discharge rate there are five variations: 5,37 m3/s, 8,94 m3/s, 12,52 m3/s, 14,31 m3/s, 17,89 m3/s. Land was used at material for river bed, and, there are three kinds of value D50: 0.60 mm, 0.80 mm and 1.00 mm. The research method includes: a field survey, two dimension physical model test with 1:20 scale. The results showed for each pillar shapes have different characters. The deepest scouring suroundings the pillar beside the point, at the beginning of the first minute to the 20th minute in a sudden deep scour the riverbed and form of river bed suroundings are the pillars up and down irregularly. In the 20th minute until the end of the stream scouring decreased almost linearly lines are horizontzl. In general the pile type pillars was found to cause the minimum scouring than other pillar shapes.
