Currently, the relevance of the country's innovative development is justified not only by external challenges in the world economy, but also by the internal need for an economically balanced development of the subjects of the real sector of the economy. At the same time, the activation of innovative activity of economic entities is impossible without increasing the level of their innovative susceptibility. It should be noted that despite the general interest of the scientific community in the innovative development of the economy and the large publication of works on this topic, the interpretation of the concept of «innovative susceptibility» is still freely interpreted and not enshrined in any legislative act. The purpose of the article is the author's study of the economic essence of innovative susceptibility of the organization. The study of this problem is based on general scientific methods of knowledge of economic phenomena and processes (analysis and synthesis, system approach, dialectical method, etc.). The article presents the author's rethinking of the concept of innovative receptivity of the organization. Based on the analysis of existing concepts on the issue under consideration, the authors formulate a refined interpretation of the concept of «innovative susceptibility» at the level of the organization and consider the main categories associated with this concept. It is established that the innovative activity of the organization is not possible without its innovational susceptibility. In turn, innovative susceptibility is not possible without motivated staff and the mood of the business entity to use its innovative potential to increase competitiveness. Conclusions and results of the article can be used in the educational and scientific process of economic faculties of higher educational institutions. During the writing of the article, the lack of a unified approach to the interpretation of the concept of innovative susceptibility of the organization was revealed, despite the great interest in the problems of innovative development of organizations in the modern post-industrial world. Therefore, the author's interpretation of the economic essence of innovative susceptibility of the organization was formulated. The subject, object, reasons and conditions of innovative susceptibility of the organization are defined.

Detailed ultrastructural analysis of fungal mitotic systems and cytoplasmic microtubules might be expected to contribute to a number of areas of general interest in addition to the direct application to the organisms of study. These areas include possibly fundamental general mechanisms of mitosis; evolution of mitosis; phylogeny of organisms; mechanisms of organelle motility and positioning; characterization of cellular aspects of microtubule properties and polymerization control features. This communication is intended to outline our current research results relating to selected parts of the above questions.Mitosis in the oomycetes Saprolegnia and Thraustotheca has been described previously. These papers described simple kinetochores and showed that the kineto- chores could probably be used as markers for the poorly defined chromosomes. Kineto- chore counts from serially sectioned prophase mitotic nuclei show that kinetochore replication precedes centriole replication to yield a single hemispherical array containing approximately the 4 n number of kinetochore microtubules diverging from the centriole associated "pocket" region of the nuclear envelope (Fig. 1).

The author analyzes factors that led to a deeper fall in output and profitability in the real sector of the Russian economy in comparison with other segments during the acute phase of the financial crisis. It is argued that some contradictions in the government anti-recession policy, activities of the financial sector and natural monopolies lead to pumping out added value created in manufacturing and agriculture, increase symptoms of the «Dutch disease», etc. It is shown that it may threaten the balanced development of the Russian economy, and a set of measures is suggested to minimize these tendencies and create a basis for the state modernization policy.

The environment is also called the natural environment is a phenomenon that forms around life rather than humans, either biotic or abiotic. The surrounding phenomenon that affects people is not limited to physical factors solely, on the contrary social factors play an important role to explain how human activity can affect the environment and the natural surroundings. The essence and falsafa of development is a change, growth and equity in all fields and dimensions to a better state. Development communication is part of a major process that requires social, economic, political and cultural change in line with the requirements of the local community. The simultaneous formulation of information dissemination carried out by radio, is no longer the only option of society, because the community has designed and determined what information they need. Television broadcasting has an influence on patterns of public action to model, imitate information gained through impressions. Community participation in safeguarding the environment to achieve harmonious and balanced development is the driving and driving force for social change to achieve sustainable development.

Since becoming mandatory in the EU in 1992, the patient information leaflet (PIL) has been the subject of an on-going discussion regarding its ability to provide easily understandable information. This study examines whether the lay-friendliness of Danish PILs has improved from 2000 to 2012 according to the Danish consumers. A reproduction of a questionnaire study from 2000 was carried out. The responses of the 2012 survey were compared to those of the 2000 survey and the analysis showed that Danes are less inclined to read the PIL in 2012 compared to 2000 and that the general interest in PILs has decreased. The number of respondents who deem the PIL easy to read has gone down. According to Danish consumers, the lay-friendliness of PILs has not improved from 2000 to 2012 and a very likely explanation could be that the PIL as a genre has become far too regulated and complex to live up to its original intentions. On the basis of the empirical results the article furthermore offers suggestions for practice changes.
