Summary. The analysis of the historical development of the state system of training in the field of clinical toxicology showed that the opening of the first specialized departments (centers) served as an impulse for the adoption in the future of appropriate organizational decisions and regulatory documents that led to the creation of the country’s first department of clinical toxicology. In addition, this became possible after the emergence of qualified personnel of clinical toxicologists, as well as scientific and practical areas, primarily general resuscitation and toxicological chemistry, and the achievements of fundamental sciences, new pharmacological and technical means of detoxification of the body, on which basis educational materials of the proper level were formed. An important role for the creation of the Department of Clinical Toxicology was played by the publication by E.A. Luzhnikov, the country’s first textbook on clinical toxicology. The results of the activities of Academician E.A. Luzhnikov in the organization of training in the field of clinical toxicology also contributed to the acquisition of a comprehensive level of knowledge and the expansion of teaching in this direction. However, today, clinical toxicology has not become a basic specialty in the vast majority of medical institutions of higher education, including Moscow, which, in our opinion, hinders the process of training the required number of practical, scientific, and teaching personnel in this area. The choice of clinical bases for training is of fundamental importance, of which multidisciplinary research emergency hospitals or emergency hospitals are optimal.Along with the proven form of teaching in the form of field cycles, further reflection requires the place of distance learning as another approach to expanding the audience of listeners. It is also absolutely necessary to support the teaching process within the framework of continuous professional education, including cooperation with scientific and practical medical societies. The most important component of the learning process is the accumulation of scientific experience in the specialty, to which a decisive contribution is made by the creation of scientific schools on the bases of toxicological subdivisions. Additional opportunities are also provided by the modern formation of the scientific specialty “Toxicology”, which makes it possible to achieve the most qualified examination of the results of scientific research.Conclusion.The development of the state educational system in the field of clinical toxicology in Russia is closely related to its formation as an independent scientific and practical direction in medicine, which has high social significance, and the adoption of the experience gained in the course of educational activities.

Statement of the problem. In musicology there has long been a tacit belief that Baroque music is the music of rhetoric, rhetorical figures and affects. In Baroque aesthetics, rhetoric, which is an important element of Baroque poetics, is perceived as an integral part of the content of a musical piece that together with form, harmony, counterpoint and musical expression form its integral substance. The study of Baroque music from the perspective of the rhetorical aspect gives a clearer comprehension of the work, understanding the context, and the competent interpretation of the composer’s idea. Analysis of recent research and publication. The theoretical assumptions of this article are based both on historical treatises (M. Praetorius, Ch. Bernhard, J. Mattheson) and authoritative works of researchers who studied theoretical issues of historically informed performance of the late XX – early XXI century (D. Bartel, L. Dreyfus), including relatively new works (M. Zgółka, P. Zawistowski, A. Mocek). M. Zgółka (2016) adopts a rather traditional approach to rhetoric, which operates with rhetorical figures and affects, and at the same time offers an innovative division of rhetoric into three varieties. Referring to the most important treatises L. Dreyfus (2004) makes us think about the relevance of making parallels between oratory and musical rhetoric highlighting common features and differences. A. Mocek’s (2019) view on musical rhetoric and on the studies devoted to it is quite critical. The main objective of the study is to examine G. Ph. Telemann’s Concertos for Four Violins without basso continuo from the perspective of figurative and onomatopoeic rhetoric. The scientific novelty. In this research for the first time, Telemann’s Concertos were analyzed from the perspective of onomatopoeic and figurative rhetoric. The concept of division of rhetoric into three categories (onomatopoeic, figurative, symbolically mystical) was proposed by the Polish violinist and theorist M. Zgółka (2016). The author uses the following methods in this research: historical, typological, comparative and structural-functional analysis. Results. The analysis of four concertos demonstrates that G. Ph. Telemann uses not only figurative type of rhetoric but also onomatopoeic, successfully combining these two categories. In comparison with, for example, A. Vivaldi or H. I. F. von Biber, the palette of sound imitative techniques in the concertos of G. Ph. Telemann is not so diverse and comprehensive, however, elements of onomatopoeic rhetoric can be found both in fast and slow movements: sound of organ or bells as well as sound images of nature. The composer does not refuse from the elements of figurative rhetoric. Like in his duo sonatas, these are mainly represented by figures that describe a melodic motion. Such techniques are often found in polyphonic quick movements. In the lyrical slow movements, similarly to the duo sonatas, harmony, polyphony and intervals are brought to the fore. Conclusions. G. Ph. Telemann’s cycle of Concertos for Four Violins without continuo is an interesting example of chamber music not only in terms of composition but also from the view point of the usage and combination of various types of musical rhetoric. Knowledge of the rhetorical component brings researchers and performers to a new, more comprehensive level of understanding of the composer’s music, allowing us to consider the emotional content not only of the work as a whole, but also of each single intonation.

Abstract The relationship between socioeconomic and ecological environment become a significant factor influencing the sustainable development of resource-based cities (RBCs), the transformation of RBCs is a key component of regional high-quality development. A comprehensive evaluation indicator system was constructed to research the coupling coordination level of RBCs in this paper, the dynamic DM model and the CCD model were adopted to measure the comprehensive level of the coupling coordination degree between socioeconomic and ecological environment of the 9 resource-based cities in Sichuan province. The results showed that the coupling coordination level was not ideal. Only two cities were located to the moderate coordination, and other cities were located to the primary coordination or tiny coordination. In addition, there was a significant different between SE and EE, and the comprehensive evaluation score of SE was lower than that of EE in eight RBCs, which accounting for 88.89%. Based on this, the policy suggestions for the sustainable development of different type of RBCs were provided. This study offers a model of China’s experience that might be benefit for achieving sustainable development goals (SGDs) of other cities and countries.

The study of phytocenotic diversity in the light of modern scientific concepts of its preservation is now a new and to some extent holistic worldview of this global problem for humanity. According to the panphytocenocentric concept, its solution should be carried out at the local, regional, national and international levels. Protection of phytocenotic diversity in Ukraine has become an integral part of the concept of ecologically balanced development, national programs for biodiversity conservation as a mandatory element of state environmental policy. Therefore, it is important to preserve phytocoenotic diversity as a set of phytocoenotic taxa, which reflect all levels of organization of phytocoenosystems, which were formed in the process of phylocenogenesis in various eco-conditions and assessed by a set of geososological features. The purpose of the publication is a comprehensive level analysis of the current composition of the rare phytocenosis of Ukraine, establishing a new list of rare syntaxons, elaboration of the latest structure of the second official edition of the Green Book of Ukraine and outlining tasks for the future. The issues of the second official edition of the “Green Book of Ukraine” are considered. In this context, a critical analysis of the syntaxonomic composition of the currently functioning rare phytocenofund of Ukraine is carried out, methodological violations of their selection are revealed, the structure of the description of rare syntaxons is offered. The authors have identified 983 associations of 104 formations, which will be taken as the basis for the second official publication of the “Green Book of Ukraine”. An important element of the syntaxonomic protection of vegetation is also the creation of regional (oblast) lists of rare associations based on the principles of creating the “Green Book of Ukraine”. For the first time a modern rare phytocenofund for its main natural regions has been determined: Ukrainian Polissya, Ukrainian Carpathians, Podolsk part of the forest zone, Forest-steppe of Ukraine, Steppe of Ukraine, Mountain Crimea.
