The article proves the efficiency of the construction-based use of fibre concrete. The technique of high-quality fine-grained fibre concrete creation is presented. The chemical composition of the binder was studied and the physical and mechanical characteristics of the filler were revealed. 2 types of steel fibers were studied: anchor and in the form of a fir-tree. The conducted studies proved the effectiveness of dispersed reinforcement with steel fiber. It is established, that the usage of fiber in the form of a fir-tree the greatest increase of operational characteristics is reached.

In the article the questions of application of the mining waste: dropout of quartzite sandstone crushing as filler in the fibre concrete production were considered. Composite binders based on cement and dropout of quartzite sandstone crushing were also developed. The effectiveness of composite binders’ usage consisting in improving the physical and mechanical characteristics and reduction of their prime cost compared to the cement with a slight increase in the complexity of their production was proved. The compositions of concrete dispersed reinforced with steel wave fiber and without it were developed. The efficiency of the use of dispersed reinforcement of fine-grained concrete is proved, which consists in improving the performance characteristics.

Acute questions of steelfiber using for disperse-reinforced fine-grained concrete are considered in the article. Researchers of steelfiber concrete patterns are held. The efficiency of using crushing dropout of quartzitic sandstone is proven. The article studies the physical and mechanical characteristics of the filler. The chemical composition of the binder is presented. For dispersed reinforcement of fine concrete the influence of steel fibre on the strength characteristics of the mixture was studied. The characteristics of the fiber and the technology of obtaining a fiber-concrete mixture are presented. Studies showed the effectiveness of steel fibre with a percentage of 3% and a cement-sand ratio of 1/3.

The article presents the research results of physical and mechanical characteristics of carbon-containing resistive materials based on cement binder. The regulation limit of the compressive strength of the composites was carried out using mechanochemical methods. Synthesized modifying additive on the basis of ether polycarboxylates, salts of iron and of shungite to reduce water-cement ratio and permeability of conductive fine-grained concrete, as well as to improve the strength characteristics of the compositions. Studied the morphology of tumors in the cement matrix.

The article presents experimental data on the improvement of physical and mechanical properties and structure of fine-grained concrete by mechanical activation of sticky cement in various apparatuses. It is established that the use of mechanoactivation technologies allows controlling the surface characteristics of cement in a wide range, its granulometric composition, as well as the physical and mechanical characteristics of concrete products. It is revealed that the efficiency of grinding machines that realize various mechanisms of disperse action is not the same. The highest indexes belong to the concrete containing cement, which is mechanically activated on the planetary ball mill AGO-2.

The problem of increasing the bearing capacity of the base is an relevant problem in modern geotechnical construction. When significant loads are transmitted to the base, the use of traditional technologies is not always justified. Often there is an urgent need to use non-standard ways to strengthen the bases. In many cases, the geotechnical situation is aggravated by the presence of weak underlying layers with unstable physical and mechanical characteristics in engineering-geological sections. When strengthening such bases with the help of traditional piles, the latter can get negative friction, which significantly reduces their bearing capacity on the ground, sometimes reaching zero values. This may lead to additional precipitations of the objects being constructed and constructed in the zone of geotechnical influence. The use of ERT piles in most cases successfully solves many complex geotechnical problems.

The paper considers possibilities of using a hybrid fabric made of high-modulus carbon yarn brand ZhGV and high-strength aramid yarns brand Rusar-NT for polymer composites reinforcement. The results of studies of the physical and mechanical characteristics of hybrid composite material and values of the implementation of the strength and elasticity carbon fibers and aramid module for composite material are presented.
