In view of existing shortcomings and insufficiency in the current formation test evaluation instrument hydraulic pump drive motor power, this paper designs a new type hydraulic pump drive motor power. This paper first introduces the new hydraulic pump drive motor overall design scheme of power, and then the algorithm is analyzed. Finally, the experimental results prove the feasibility and practicability of the new driving motor power instrument.

This paper illuminates a new type of precision cropping process method with rotary striking action. The new process makes use of a controllable circumferential strike on a metal bar with a V-shaped notch. The working principle of the machine is described. Different types of metal bars have been tested, and both bad results and successful results were stated in the paper. The most ideal control mode has been obtained. The experimental results show that the new cropping process can crop bars with different materials and diameters. In some cases, it can be directly used in the subsequent industrial production.

In order to reduce the ignition energy of the tantalum nitride film transducer, a new type of energy exchangers bridge area was designed in this paper, and it was fabricated by MEMS technology. The parameters of ignition voltage, ignition energy, as well as action time were tested. The experimental results showed that in terms of ignition voltage, ignition energy, and action time, the value of the energy exchangers element of the new bridge area was lower than the value of the energy exchangers element of the conventional bridge area. In addition, ignition performance can be reduced by many energy exchangers in the new bridge area.

This paper presents an analysis of the failure modes during power transmission of a new type of one-way clutch called an expansible-band clutch. The new clutch is made from thermoplastic materials and an experimental test rig has been used to test two material combinations to failure. The experimental results are compared with predictions obtained from empirical formulae. The differences in the two sets of results are used to make conclusions about the failure processes.

Postponed-set mortar (PSM) is a new type material applied in prestressed concrete components. Successive coating a lay of PSM on prestressed strand is a key to engineering application. On the basis of experimental investigation, the model of PSM screw conveying is built by using the theories of rheology, and the flow for PSM in a single-screw coating machine is studied. The experimental results suggest that the Bingham plastic’s PSM can be conveyed by screw and coated on prestressed strand. It is achieved that PSM and polyethylene sheath is automatically and successively coated on prestressed strand only once by using the machine.

t gives a new type of Temperature Measuring System equipped with Samsung S3C2410. Chip DS18B20 is responsible for collecting temperature data, which was transmitted to the chip of S3C2410 in the way of digital signal. The hardware composition and software design of the system were discussed in detail. The experimental results indicate that the design improves the system stability and reliability.

For traditional rotary burrs, cutter teeth converge at the vertex, which means small chip space and poor cutting condition. In order to increase the chip space and to improve the cutting condition, a new type of rotary burrs with partition blade teeth, which took the feasibility of the actual process into consideration, was proposed. The curve planning algorithm planned the blade curves on the tooth bottom contour surface, and adjusted the tooth bottom contour model by some parameters, such as the small central angle and the position of oblique planes, to control the contour and blade shape for rotary burrs effectively. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Authors have proposed a new type of vibration suppression device that utilizes variable inertia mass by fluid which acts as a series inertia mass. The series inertia mass is proportional to not only square of a ratio between a diameter of a piston cylinder and a by-pass pipe, and also a density of the fluid. The resisting force characteristics in case of water or turbine oil were measured. To confirm the proposed theory and investigate effects of vibration control, vibration tests of frequency response and seismic response of one-degree-of-freedom system with the test device were carried out. The experimental results were compared with the calculated results, and the effects of vibration suppression are confirmed experimentally and theoretically. In this paper, in order to derive the effect of a variable inertia mass by using a magnet-rheological fluid, resisting force characteristics of the test device are measured in several cases of magnetic field. The orifice of the by-pass pipe can be changed in virtual, since some rare-earth magnets are installed around the by-pass pipe. It can be seen from experimental results that the inertia force is increasing as stronger magnetic fields. It is pointed out that the variable inertia mass can be derived since clustered magnetic particles in the by-pass pipe act as a virtual orifice under strong magnetic field. The relation between magnetic flux and variable inertia mass are estimated experimentally.

With chitosan as the raw material, a new type of resin material is synthesized through formaldehyde crosslinking. The effects of the reactant ratio, the reaction temperature, the reaction time, the stirring rate and the system pH on the cross-linking rate are studied in detail. The resin material is then characterized by means of IR. The experimental results show that the reaction occurs mainly on the amino and the hydroxyl of chitosan. The chitosan-based resin material with good properties of sphericity and acidresistivity can be prepared under the optimal experimental conditions, which are found to be 1:5 for the ratio of chitosan and formaldehyde, 60°C for the temperature, 1 h for the reaction time, 440r/min for the stirring rate and 10 for the pH.

Desulfurization building gypsum was used as the main gelled material and fly ash was used as filler to prepare the new type desulfurization gypsum block. the mechanical properties of the new type desulfurization gypsum block was improved by adding compound excitation agent into the desulphurization gypsum-fly ash cementing material to stimulate its activity. The water resistant performance of the new type desulfurization gypsum block was improved through adding wax-alcohol compound waterproofing agent into it. Experimental results show that when the filling amount of fly ash was 20%(the quality of desulfurization gypsum), the impact on the strength of gypsum was minimal; when the dosage of compound excitation agent was 1.75%, the excitation effect of desulphurization gypsum-fly ash cementing material was best; when the dosage of wax-alcohol compound waterproofing agent was 0.4%, the water resistance of new desulfurization gypsum block was optimal.
