In the process of Higher Vocational classified examination enrollment reform, Jilin Province has adopted a diversified examination enrollment model and “cultural quality test + vocational skill test” evaluation method, and established the “vocational education college entrance examination” system. This paper analyzes the important role and practical difficulties of “vocational skill test” in Higher Vocational classified examination, studies the existing problems, and puts forward to reasonably divide the proportion of “cultural quality test” and “vocational skill test”, sets diversified admission standards, scientifically sets up the assessment methods and contents of “vocational skill test”, further improves the “cultural quality test + vocational skill test” evaluation method and builds a classified examination and enrollment system more in line with the characteristics of vocational education.

Toxicity studies' quality control of drug plant-based products is an important aspect of pharmacological research. The purpose of this literature review is to extract about toxicity test on Centella asiatica. The plant component utilized, the test animals used, the type of toxicity test, evaluation, the findings, and conclusions of each test are all included in this review—the database used in PubMed. Most of the literature results obtained from this review indicate high safety in C. asiatica plants. The acute toxicity test is that the most frequently used toxicity test. The use varies from plant parts to whole plants, with minimal side effects reported and high in safety, so it can be concluded that C. asiatica is very prospective to be developed as a medicine.

Abstract In this paper, the method of vehicle switch-like tactile interaction measurement is explored by using high-degree-of-freedom robot objective test equipment. Besides, this paper also presents a complete set of vehicles switch-like tactile interaction subjective and objective comprehensive test evaluation method. This paper uses this method to evaluate many kinds of vehicles in the market. The results show that the tactile interaction evaluation method, which combines subjective evaluation with robot objective test, can effectively evaluate the vehicle’s tactile interaction performance and provide important theoretical support for quality control of vehicles’ interactive parts.

Background Parkinsonism as a group of movement disorders, exhibit similar clinical presentation. Therefore, clinically differentiating these diseases is difficult. We investigated the diagnostic value of 99m Tc-TRODAT-1 SPECT in this setting. Due to the fact that this modality has some limitations in imaging small organs like the sub-regions of basal ganglia, we also evaluated the use of anatomical MR imaging along with functional SPECT imaging in parkinsonism. Methods This follow-up diagnostic test evaluation study was performed with 40 patients with the clinical presentation of parkinsonism, and 10 healthy subjects as controls. After administration of the radiopharmaceutical, SPECT images were acquired, then co-registered on MRI. Uptake values were evaluated in basal ganglia semi-quantitatively. Results In this study, 99mTc-TRODAT-1 SPECT was able to differentiate essential tremor and healthy subjects from progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) and Parkinson’s disease (PD) with a sensitivity of 76.47% and specificity of 100% at a cut-off of 0.53; however, findings were not significant in differentiation of PD from PSP (p ˃0.05), and the results were similar in SPECT and co-registered MRI/SPECT images. In evaluation of the uptake pattern in basal ganglia, the lateralization of decreased uptake was only seen in PD; and in PSP, the dysfunction was bilateral in all patients. Conclusion 99mTc-TRODAT-1 SPECT is sensitive and specific in diagnosing basal ganglia dysfunction; however, 99mTc-TRODAT-1 SPECT alone or co-registration on MRI are not adequate in differentiation of the etiologies of basal ganglia dysfunction.

Recent studies have indicated a great demand to optimize the biocompatibility properties of pure Zn as an implant material. For this purpose, CaZn2(PO4)2·2H2O (CaZnP) was prepared using hydrothermal treatment (HT) combined with micro-arc oxidation (MAO) on pure Zn substrate to generate biodegradable implants. The polarization test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy indicated that the MAO1−HT coating could modulate the corrosion behavior of MAO1 by filling the crevice between the coating and the substrate. Immersion test evaluation revealed that the osteogenic properties of MAO1−HT coating were better than that of pure Zn substrate, as evidenced by the molar ratio of Ca and P, which increased after soaking in simulated body fluid (SBF) for up to 10 days. In addition, L-929 cells cultured in the 100%, 50%, and 25% extracts of MAO1−HT coated samples exhibited excellent cytocompatibility. Meanwhile, cell adhesion was promoted on the surface with high roughness generated during MAO and HT processes. In summary, the calcified coatings improved biocompatibility and adjusted the degradation rates of pure Zn, broadening the application of Zn alloys.

The purpose of this community service is to provide the students knowledge about the benefits and importance of using sunscreen in everyday life. Based on the several steps of the method we used, starting from the preparation of the event, pre-test before giving the material, then giving the material through Power-point slides, post-test evaluation, and closing. Partners in this service are students at Sabilillah Islamic High School Malang. The instrument in giving the material is power point and to do the pre-test and post-test using the google form platform. The results of this service is an increase in the knowledge of the students at Sabilillah Islamic High School Malang  which can be seen in the pre- and post-test scores of respondents' knowledge of the material provided. The value shows an increase from before and after the provision of material which indicates that the provision of education has succeeded in increasing knowledge for students at Sabilillah Islamic High School Malang.
