Various activities have been implemented in the prevention and control of disease in the city of Balikpapan, but based on the Health Profile 2012 field program is known that the achievement of disease control and environmental sanitation is still not maximal. This corresponds to an increase in cases of environment-linked diseases such as DBD, tuberculosis, diarrhea, ISPA and pneumonia each year. The quality of programperformance officer holder is a factor that affects the extent of success in achieving thehealth programs that have been established.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between co-operation, in return, infrastructure and support superior to the performance of holders of Disease Prevention program in the city of Balikpapan. This type of research is analytic surveywith cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all employees of the holder of health programs in 27 health centers with a total sampling Balikpapan 54 people. The method used is the analysis of univariate and bivariate.The results showed no significant relationship between co-operation with the performance of the holder of the eradication program (ρ value 0.002), and betweenrewards to the performance of the holder of the eradication program (ρ value 0.027).Suggestions to increase cooperation and support employers through training soft skillsand personality, as well as leadership training management organizations, as well as considering pemberiaan remuneration policy. Thus achieving the health program can be run according to plan.

BACKGROUND: As the most splendid social custom to attain security and emotional needs of adults, marriage has always won the approval of the community as a whole. In this regard, the endeavors of couples to preserve their relationships and achieve higher levels of marital satisfaction have been of great significance. As a component of personal characteristics, mental health has always been associated with marital satisfaction. This study investigated the relationship between marital satisfaction and mental health of married women referred to health centers in Sanandaj, Iran in 2014.METHODS: This was a cross-sectional study conducted on 393 women referring to the health centers in Sanandaj, Iran who were selected randomly in 2014. Data collection tool were ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire and General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28), which was completed by the participants in the study. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 16, descriptive, and analytical statistics.RESULTS: The results indicated that most of the patients were between 35-26 years, did not complete secondary school, were housewives, had only one child, and were married for 10 years. Most of the participants enjoyed marital satisfaction and had good mental health. There was a significant relationship between mental health and marital satisfaction (p<0.001). In terms of mental health, depression and marital satisfaction had the most significant negative correlation (p<0.001). However, there were no statistically significant relationship between female’s education and their employment with marital satisfaction and mental health.CONCLUSION: According to the findings of our study, in terms of the relationship between mental health and marital satisfaction, solving marital problems and increasing couples’ satisfaction can lead to the promotion of their mental health, leading to the increase in the health status of families and society a whole; hence, the significant role of family counseling centers.

This study aims to determine the relationship between work environment and self concept with burnout. The study was conducted at the mobile brigade police of the Republic of Indonesia North Sumatra in the city of Medan. The number of respondents in this study were 196 members of the mobile brigade with non probability sampling techniques. Based on Spearman rank data analysis obtained a significant level between work environment (X1) with burnout (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 <0,05, meaning that there is a partial relationship between work environment and burnout. While the relationship of self-concept (X2) with burnout (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05. This proves that there is a partial relationship between self-concept and burnout. While the significance level of the work environment (X1) and self-concept (X2) with burnout (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 are related simultaneously, then the hypothesis in this study is accepted. The correlation between work environment and self concept with burnout on members of the mobile brigade in the city of Medan, North Sumatra is 56%. Keywords: Burnout, work environment, self-concept. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan lingkungan kerja dan konsep diri dengan burnout. Penelitian dilaksanakan di brigade mobile kepolisian daerah Medan Sumatera Utara. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 196 anggota brigade mobile dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling. Berdasarkan analisis data rank spearman diperoleh taraf signifikan antara lingkungan kerja (X1) dengan burnout (Y) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, artinya membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan secara parsial lingkungan kerja dengan burnout. Sedangkan hubungan konsep diri (X2) dengan burnout (Y) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan secara parsial konsep diri dengan burnout. Sedangkan taraf signifikasi lingkungan kerja (X1) dan konsep diri  (X2) dengan burnout (Y) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 berhubungan secara simultan, maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Besar korelasi hubungan lingkungan kerja dan konsep diri dengan burnout pada anggota satuan brigade mobile kepolisian daerah Medan Sumatera Utara sebesar 56% .   Kata Kunci: Burnout, lingkungan kerja, konsep diri.

The phenomenon of street children is a problem that has become a worldwide concern because of the increasing number. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and juvenile delinquency in street children. This research was conducted in the city of Salatiga with the number of respondents as many as 34 teenagers with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is the technique Accidental Sampling. The results found in this study are the relationship between self-concept and juvenile delinquency in street children with a value obtained of -0.572 with a sig of 0.000. With this, that juvenile delinquency in street children is not a stand-alone situation but is a combination of several conditions experienced by street children, if a street child does not get direction from their parents and education, then delinquency in street children is a unavoidable problem.
