HUBUNGAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KONSEP DIRI DENGAN BURNOUT PADA ANGGOTA BRIGADE MOBILE KEPOLISIAN DAERAH MEDAN SUMATERA UTARA.

This study aims to determine the relationship between work environment and self concept with burnout. The study was conducted at the mobile brigade police of the Republic of Indonesia North Sumatra in the city of Medan. The number of respondents in this study were 196 members of the mobile brigade with non probability sampling techniques. Based on Spearman rank data analysis obtained a significant level between work environment (X1) with burnout (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 <0,05, meaning that there is a partial relationship between work environment and burnout. While the relationship of self-concept (X2) with burnout (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05. This proves that there is a partial relationship between self-concept and burnout. While the significance level of the work environment (X1) and self-concept (X2) with burnout (Y) with a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 are related simultaneously, then the hypothesis in this study is accepted. The correlation between work environment and self concept with burnout on members of the mobile brigade in the city of Medan, North Sumatra is 56%. Keywords: Burnout, work environment, self-concept. Sedangkan taraf signifikasi lingkungan kerja (X1) dan konsep diri  (X2) dengan burnout (Y) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 berhubungan secara simultan, maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Besar korelasi hubungan lingkungan kerja dan konsep diri dengan burnout pada anggota satuan brigade mobile kepolisian daerah Medan Sumatera Utara sebesar 56% .   Kata Kunci: Burnout, lingkungan kerja, konsep diri.

This study aims to determine the effect of attendance assessments on the performance of employees and administrators at KPRI Betik Gawi Kota Bandar Lampung. This study uses a qualitative analysis approach (used to find out how the relationship of the influence of motivation on employee productivity of the Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperative) and quantitative analysis (used to determine how much influence the absenteeism assessment on employee performance). Samples in this study used non-probability sampling techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that there was a positive influence between the analysis of the effectiveness of attendance assessments on employee performance at KPRI Betik Gawi Kota  Bandar Lampung.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan kompetensi kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai Dinas Pemuda dan Olah Raga di Kota Gorontalo. Desain penelitian ini adalah survei, untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian serta melakukan interpretasi mengenai hubungan variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Populasi dan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pegawai Dinas Pemuda dan Olah Raga Kota Gorontalo sebanyak 47 orang. Instrumen utamanya adalah angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan kompetensi dengan kinerja pegawai tergolong pada katagori sangat signifikan; hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai dikatagorikan tingkat hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai dikatagorikan signifikan; hubungan kompetensi (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja pegawai (Y) dapat dikatagorikan tingkat hubungan Kompetensi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Pegawai dikatagorikan sangat signifikan.The purpose of this study to describe the relationship of competence and work environment with employee performance Department of Youth and Sports in the city of Gorontalo. This is a survey research design, to test the hypothesis of the study and interpretation of the relationship of independent variables with the dependent variable. Population and sample in this study was overall employee in the Department of Youth and Sports Gorontalo 47 people. The main instrument was a questionnaire. The results showed: the relationship competence with employee performance belong to the category of very significant; relationship work environment with employee performance level categorized workplace relationships with significant categorized employee performance; relationship competence (X1) and work environment (X2) together with employee performance (Y) level relations Competence and Working Environment together with the very significant categorized Employee Performance.

This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership style and work environment with work motivation. The research was conducted at BRIMOB POLDA SUMUT. The number of respondents in this study was 106 members of BRIMOB POLDA SUMUT  with sampling technique random sampling. Based on spearman rank data analysis, there is a significant level between leadership style (X1) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0.000 0,05, that was to prove that there was a partial relationship of leadership style with work motivation. While the working environment relation (X2) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0,000 0,05. It proves that there was a partial relationship work environment with work motivation. While the significance level of leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0,000 0,05 were related simultaneously, the hypothesis in this research was accepted. The correlation of leadership style relation and work environment with work motivation of BRIMOB members was 49.7% .

This study aimed to determine the relationship of self-concept and prosocial behavior tendency for accidents on the highway of the Sidoarjo Muhammadiyah University (Umsida) Students. The samples used sampling techniques incidental to the students at the Umsida who were still being active in the 2012-2013 with 254 students as research subjects. Based on the results of the analysis techniques of Pearson Product Moment correlation obtained rxy value of 0.743 with a significance value = 0.000, p <0.05. This means that the more positive self-concept, the higher the tendency of prosocial behavior on the highway accidents on the Umsida Students. Conversely the more negative self-concept, the lower the tendency of prosocial behavior on highway accidents on the Umsida Students.

This article discusses the struggles of urban social movements for a de-neoliberalisation of housing policies in Poulantzian terms as a “condensation of the relationship of forces”. Drawing on an empirical analysis of the “Berliner Mietenvolksentscheid” (Berlin rent referendum), which was partially successful in forcing the city government of Berlin to adopt a more progressive housing policy, the article argues that urban social movements have the capacity to challenge neoliberal housing regimes. However, the specific materiality of the state apparatus and its strategic selectivity both limit the scope of intervention for social movements aiming at empowerment and non-hierarchical decision-making.

This study aims to determine the relationship of loneliness with problematic internet use on boarding students on Silaberanti street in Siantan jaya Opposite Ulu 1 Palembang city. Research subjects numbered 220 people using random sampling methods. Data was collected using a 60 item problematic internet use scale and a 60 item loneliness. Realibility is generated on scale of problematic internet use of 0,955 and loneliness of 0,946.Hypothesis testing uses product moment correlation analysis techniques. Hypothesis test results showed a positive relationshif between loneliness with problematic internet use on boarding students on Silaberanti street in Siantan jaya Opposite Ulu 1 Palembang city r= 0,684 with a significance level of 0,000 (p<0,01). Loneliness in this study made an effective contribution of 46,8% to problematic internet use which can be seen from the coefficient of determination (r²) that is equel to 0,468.
