This article presents a study of an important attribute that influences students' perception of quality of education – their own study results. The influence of this attribute on the perceived quality of education is examined by formulating hypothesis and statistical processing of data acquired by menas of a survey among graduates. The hypothesis consisted of two researched attributes – study results of students, and graduates' satisfaction with their studies. Questions concerning the second attribute were formulated using methods for calculation of the customer satisfaction index. Statistical examination proved dependence of these two attributes.

As a major health referral centre, the hospital demanded to provide comprehensive services provided by a multi-disciplinary team according to the needs of patient. In the expansion of a growing number of hospitals in Yogyakarta especially Sleman area where retreat acquire customers even more stringent, it is necessary to increase the quality of services. There are five determinants of service quality namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. Collecting data is done by observation and distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents, and Importance-Performance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index are used to determine satisfaction level of outpatients. As a results, six out of twenty attributes need improvement, namely: a) The condition of the hospital is clean, comfortable and tidy; b) Guidance and information boards poly is easy to see and read; c) The ease and accuracy of obtaining information for patients (referrals, lab results, etc.); d) The hospital staff has a quick response to the needs of patients; e) Attention physicians in managing patients and willingness to provide a particular time for consultation; and f) The prescribed medication is suitable and safe. It is known that the value of CSI by 76% means the service is not satisfied the patient.

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of services provided by the bank in serving kepusan customers using 5 dimensions of assurance, reliability, tangibility, empathy, and responsiveness, so from that dimension is unknown dimension into the client's preferences into consideration the quality of services by banks in Surakarta. The method used is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) doped with Miscrosoft software Excel for Windows and SPSS for windows. Questionnaires distributed amounted to 90 respondents with a sampling with accidental sampling method. The results of data processing by using IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) obtained an average rate of 95.21% suitability. Furthermore, for the assessment of the quadrant where the priority that should be corrected is related  Equanimity  customers  and  Ease  of  providing  services.  However  the  overall  services provided  by the  bank  are  quite  satisfied  because  of  the  20  attributes,  only  the  second  to  be prioritized. It was also evident from the results of the methods CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) indicates the level of customer satisfaction by 80.80%. The value is in the range from 66 to 80.99%, so overall customers are satisfied with the performance of the services provided by the bank in Surakarta.

This study aims to measure the quality of service of agricultural extension workers at the UPT. BPP Sukaraja uses the fuzzy service quality (servqual) method by grouping question attributes into five service dimensions criteria, namely the dimensions of tangibles (direct evidence), reliability (responsibility), responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The study showed that the value of the gap that requires the priority of improvement and improvement in service quality is the dimension of Tangibles with a negative gap value of -0.45 that means that the expectations of farmers are still not achieved. The customer satisfaction index is 87.93%, which means farmers are satisfied with the services provided. The study can be a motivation to improve the quality of service to farmers for UPT BPP Sukaraja.

Measuring the quality of service and customer satisfaction is ultimately important for ISPs to remain in business. In order to achieve a good quality of service, understanding the two-way relationship among customers in a variety of patterns of quality of service is crucial. Three methods of analysis namely; Penalty Rewards Contrast Analysis (PRCA), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) were used in the analysis to identify the causes of the main problems that affect the level of customer satisfaction. For the PRCA analysis, factors that were categorized as onedimensional are service quality, promotion, as well as payment of bills of paid Wi-Fi services and the promotional factor of free Wi-Fi services. Based on the IPA results, there were eight attributes for paid Wi-Fi services and four attributes of free Wi-Fi services in the first quadrant. These attributes are important but their performance are low. Therefore, these attributes need to be emphasized further to increase their level of performance. Meanwile, the CSI analysis showed that all five factors are found to be at a good level and being categorized in the indifferent zone. Bagi mencapai kualiti perkhidmatan yang baik, memahami hubungan dua hala di kalangan pelanggan di pelbagai corak kualiti perkhidmatan adalah penting. Tiga kaedah analisis iaitu Analisis Kontras Hukuman Ganjaran (PRCA), Analisis Kepentingan Prestasi (IPA) dan Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (CSI) telah digunakan dalam analisis bagi mengukur kepuasan pelanggan untuk mengenal pasti punca masalah utama yang memberi kesan kepada tahap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk analisis PRCA, faktor-faktor yang telah dikategorikan sebagai satu dimensi adalah faktor kualiti perkhidmatan, kenaikan pangkat, serta pembayaran bil-bil perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan faktor promosi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma. Berdasarkan keputusan IPA, terdapat lapan atribut untuk perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan empat atribut bagi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma berada dalam kuadran pertama. Atribut-atribut ini didapati penting tetapi prestasi mereka adalah rendah. Oleh itu, atribut-atribut ini perlu diberi penekanan untuk meningkatkan lagi tahap prestasi mereka. Manakala, analisis CSI pula menunjukkan bahawa kesemua lima faktor didapati berada pada tahap yang baik dan yang dikategorikan dalam zon acuh tak acuh. <p>This study provides an overview of the quality of six state University website services in Bandar Lampung which refered to three dimensions, website usability, information quality, and interaction quality website. This study also used the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method to determine the level of user satisfaction. In addition, to improve the usability of a website, website performance testing was performed using automatic tools. The result of this research find that the quality of website services is influenced by the content on the website. The result of CSI analysis on the website of state Universities in Bandar Lampung are satisfied with the website service at each state University in Bandar Lampung. Based on the results of the usability evaluation using automatic tools on the website, it is known that the website of state Universities in Bandar Lampung is good enough as evidenced by the page load time value which was less the three seconds.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Quality of Website Service, WebQual, CSI, Usability</p><p>Penelitian ini mengkaji kualitas layanan pada enam website universitas negeri di Bandar Lampung dengan menggunakan metode Webqual yang merujuk pada 3 hal yaitu – website usability, kualitas informasi dan kualitas interaksi website. Kepuasan pengguna diukur menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Untuk meningkatkan website usability dilakukan website performance tes menggunakan alat otomatis. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan kualitas layanan website dipengaruhi oleh konten website. Sedangkan hasil Analisa CSI pada website universitas negeri di Bandar Lampung adalah memuaskan untuk setiap website universitas tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi usability, website universitas negri di Bandar Lampung menunjukkan sudah cukup baik dengan waktu load halaman kurang dari tiga detik.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>: Kualitas Layanan Website, WebQual, CSI, Usability</p><p><br /><br /></p>

This research aimed to find out consumption pattern and level of satisfaction of household consumers on “Palas” rice. The research was done in South Lampung with a survey method. The data was collected in Mei 2018. The technique used for sampling was nonprobability sampling with 40 respondents. The analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The research showed that the household consumers of “Palas” rice consumed 9.12 kg per month. They consume “Palas” rice because the quality of “Palas” rice is quite good such as the color, the cleanliness, and the price. The CSI value obtained is 73,60 percent which is in satisfying category. According to the results of IPA attributes that should be top priorities are taste and texture of rice.Key words: Consumption, Customer Satisfaction, “Palas” rice

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction PO Waspada Bengkulu. The sample size is 75 people, and the incidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire, and then analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, taking into account the level of consumer interest and employee performance levels. There are ten service elements studied, which include Employee Friendliness, Service Speed, Clarity of Departure Information, Waiting Room Comfort, Environmental Security, Passenger and Goods Safety, Ease of Access, Clarity of Rights and Obligations of Passengers, Clarity of Service Procedures, and Justice in Service Delivery. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) PO. Waspada Bengkulu that was obtained amounted to 74.1979 including Category (B) or Good. This shows that consumers of PO.Waspada Bengkulu can be said to be satisfied with the service they receive from the Company's employees. Judging from each service in general. Consumer PO. Waspada Be ngkulu satisfied with the service they received, because of the ten Service Elements studied, only one was included in Category (C) or not good, namely the service element, while the others were included in Category (B) or Good, there was even one element. namely Excessive Access Speed due to Very Good Employee Performance (A) while the interests of Consumers are ordinary. To maintain the quality of service to consumers and consumers who are satisfied with the services provided, it is suggested to the PO Management. Waspada Bengkulu to establish Service Quality Standards and establish Guidelines for Implementation of Service Quality Standards or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supervise and evaluate periodically the implementation of services to consumers.

The purpose of this research is to: (1) find out the attribute of products and services that are considered important by customers to achieve customer satisfaction of the quality products and service. (2) determine the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of products and services. (3) Determine attributes that need to get a priority in quality improvement of products and services to enhance customers satisfaction at Voltvet Eatery and Coffee. This research uses the methods of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the Potential Gains In Customer Values (PGCV) that includes quality products including food, beverage, coffee, price and promotion, while the quality of service including physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, respondents used amounted to 94. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 applications and microsoft excel. The Result of the research showed that all of the product and service quality attribute are considered important by customers. The level of customer satisfaction based on the CSI to quality product is 82,85% and on services 83,83%, which shows that customers very satisfied with product and service at Voltvet Eatery and Coffee. Quality attribute product that needs attention is the presentation with a PGCV index value 4.017; discount with the value of the index PGCV 3.891; and the consistency of food per serving with the value of the index PGCV 3.838;  while services quality attribute that need to gain priority are availability of parking lots with the value of the index PGCV 4.200; wifi facilities with the value of the index PGCV 3.636, and employee appearance with indeks of PGCV 3.121.
