MA Maslahatul Hidayah is a school located in Errabu Village, Bluto District. MA Maslahatul Hidayah is within the scope of the Maslahatul Hidayah boarding school. The number of students at MA Maslahatul Hidayah is 60 people. After the initial interview, it was found that most of the students did not understand about adolescent reproductive health including premarital sex, abortion, HIV / AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases, and in MA Maslahatul Hidayah there were no Peer Educators or peer groups that could be used as a container to tell and even provide counseling about reproductive health, especially in adolescents. Talking about reproductive health is considered a taboo by some students at MA Maslahatul Hidayah because they are in a boarding school environment, not only that there are some students who choose to drop out of school prematurely due to marriage under the age of 17 years. Culture and religion in Errabu Village are still quite thick and highly respected by the existence of this boarding school. The purpose of this PKM is to form a Peer Educator and increase students' Knowledge about Reproductive Health. The benefit of this activity is expected that with the existence of this PKM the knowledge of students about Reproductive Health will increase, so that the level of reproductive health of students increases. The method used is training and counseling. The results obtained are that this peer educator is very useful for MA Maslahatu Hidayah students, they are not awkward to consult with peer educators about the problems they face, especially regarding reproductive health and after counseling about reproductive health students become more understanding and understand the importance of maintaining reproduction health. BACKGROUND Adolescent pregnancies and sexually-transmitted infections continue to impact 15 – 19-year-olds across the globe. The lack of sexual reproductive health information in resource-limited settings can often be due to cultural and societal attitudes to adolescent sexual reproductive health. Innovative approaches, including mobile phone technologies, are needed to address the need for adolescent reproductive health information. OBJECTIVE To design and develop a mobile app prototype to provide confidential adolescent reproductive health information on demand and evaluate its usability and user experience. METHODS A human-centered design methodology was applied. This practice framework allowed the perspectives and feedback of adolescent users to be included in the iterative design process. Field usability testing enabled the adolescents to provide feedback on the functionality, usability, and usefulness of the app. RESULTS During the usability test, 62 (54.9%) of the adolescents that were followed-up had used the app at least once, 30 (48.4%) of these were male participants and 32 (51.6%) female. The app was described as ‘very interesting’ to use by 44 (70.9%) participants, 20 male and 24 female. The content was deemed to be either ‘perfectly’ or ‘well targeted’ on sexual reproductive health by 60 (96.7%) adolescents, and the app was rated ‘best app’ by 45 (72.6%) adolescents, 27 female and 18 male, with a p-value = 0.011. CONCLUSIONS A mobile phone app is a feasible and acceptable way to deliver adolescent sexual reproductive health information in resource-limited settings. The USSD mobile phone technology could deliver confidential information on demand.

The Indonesian Adolescent Reproductive Health Survey (Survei Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja Indonesia-SKRRI)h ighlights the lack of knowledge amongst adolescents regarding puberty. Other studies have identified the limited advice from parents, because parents and teachers frequently opt not to discuss experiences related to adolescent reproductive health. This study aims to understand the perception of teachers and students in higher grades with regards to puberty. The study used a qualitative approach, collecting data via in-depth interviews with teachers and students. There were seven informants, consisting of five teachers and two students studying in grade IV-VI from two schools in North Jakarta. The study shows teachers, as well as students, often had only a limited understanding of puberty and considered it a vulgar subject which should not be discussed. Teacher capacity building is needed regarding the material and delivery methods of puberty content. Keywords: puberty, higher grade, elementary school
