ABSTRACTThis paper deals with the contribution of economic planning to French industrial policy and performance. This was highly significant until the mid 1960s but declined thereafter due to a combination of economic and political factors. The inherent problems of across-the-board regulation in a complex industrial economy reinforced the displacement of the planners from the traditional French elite. In the late 1970s, planning had begun again to provide an informational support to other policies for restructuring industry in the face of the world market. The paper ends with an evaluation of the Mitterrand government's aspirations for more dirigiste industrial planning.

Abstract There were two breakthroughs that led to a veritable revolution in photovoltaic prices. The commonly told story is that China started manufacturing lower-quality panels and dumped them on the world market at prices near (or even below) the cost of production. The truth is more complicated. Chinese manufacturing at scale played a part, but so did German industrial policy and a focus on improving the complete power system, not just the PV cells.

The article is aimed at studying the analysis of modern problems and prospects for the development of enterprises in Ukraine. Analyzing the latest researches and publications of scientists, the general theoretical bases of problems and prospects for the development of domestic enterprises were considered. The article covers and theoretically substantiates modern problems of entrepreneurship development, which periodically require their study and research, taking into account constant changes in the economy. In general, enterprises play a significant role, because their effective activities is a source of economic growth, which ensures employment in the country and directly affects the improvement of the quality of life of the population, solving social problems and overcoming poverty. However, Ukrainian economy continues to situate «on the swings» in a constantly changing tendency. It is especially influenced by such factors as raising the US dollar exchange rate, reducing attractiveness in the world market, and recently the introduction of quarantine restrictions in the face of the coronavirus pandemic, which has had a significant impact on its development both in Ukraine and around the world. At the same time, precisely the small enterprises play a leading role in creating an effective economy of Ukraine, despite the fact that their development is uneven and they have not taken a proper place in the structure of the national economy. Thus, for the government of the country should become priority directions for stimulating the innovative activity of the entrepreneurial sector, introducing European approaches to the development of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the formation of a favorable regulatory environment, innovation and investment climate. Moreover, the implementation of this policy should be carried out purposefully, consistently and systematically, as part of the complex of the national innovation system.

Tahuna is the capital city of The Sangihe Islands Regency within the Tahuna Bay region. This region has been inhabited by various communities as the economic and political center. Since the end of the 19th century, Tahuna has carried out this role. This was inseparable from the placement of representatives of the Dutch Indies Government on Sangihe Besar Island in 1882. The existence of the Dutch Indies Government was inseparable from the high demand for copra on the world market. Therefore, the Dutch East Indies government is looking for regions capable of boosting the need for copra exports. One such area is Sangihe Besar Island. Tahuna's role in the copra trade was as the center for the distribution of copra to Manado. To find out the reason for choosing the year, this paper uses spatial analysis and analysis of the physical environment. Both data from the analysis results are then combined with the fiber to be interpreted to get the factors considered in the choice of location. The results showed that there were three factors behind the election of Tahuna, namely economic factors related to copra trade, geographical factors related to the location of ports and political factors related to the formation of a government hierarchy and the location of settlement locations.

The protectionism of the last twelve years is forcing many countries to backtrack in the face of the devastating consequences of those policies on their economies and the world trade. The pandemic COVID-19 has highlighted even more how those policies may be destructive and produce impoverishment. The current global pandemic crisis is producing an abrupt and probably very long braking effect on international trade. However, it would be wrong to consider it as the exclusive or the most important cause of global trade stagnation. In fact, the ground had already been prepared by the economic-financial crisis of 2007–2008 and in particular by the choices of “economic nationalism” of neo-protectionist type, which made a precise political use of the modern linear border. Globalisation means mainly the overcoming of political barriers, borders, and the opening to the global free trade market. On the contrary, it is now still hindered by heavy political factors, among which protectionism has been the main one for many years. Those policies, implemented on the large areas by major world powers, have caused a long phase of “de-globalisation”, characterised by the renewed use of the modern border to enclose economies, well before the pandemic crisis.

The flexible scenario of the contemporary labor market suggests the formation of professionals who have the qualities to be inserted in the system of production with increasingly liquid characteristics. In the field of leisure, specifically, the professional is expected to possess knowledge and skills that combine technical, cognitive and attitudinal aspects. For this, the formative process must seek the unity between theory and practice, establishing links with the research and with the cultural formation of the subjects. We believe that the leisure training based on these principles can prepare the professional in order to mobilize their knowledge in the face of the various situations that will cross their trajectory in the world of work. Keywords: Training and Performance. Musical robotics is a rapidly growing field, with dozens of new works appearing in the past half decade. This paper explores the foundations of the discipline and how, due to the ability of musical robots to serve as uniquely spatialized musical agents, it experienced a rebirth even in the face of loudspeaker technology's dominance. The growth of musical robotics is traced from its pre-computer roots through its 1970s renaissance and to contemporary installation-oriented sculptures and performance-oriented works. Major figures in the field are examined, including those who in recent years have introduced the world to human/musical robot interaction in a concert setting. The paper closes with a brief speculation on the field's future, with a focus on the increasing ease with which new artists may enter the field.

Technology is changing the face of the world today. It is one of the most catalysts for today’s changes in how marketing is done. However, consumers have great and collective power to ‘dictate’ what companies do. We can highlight several of the more apparent impacts of technology on markets and the organizations competing in these markets. While change is challenging, it is also exciting. Organizations that are market-driven and learn how to leverage technologies and other competencies can anticipate promising opportunities for growth and performance.
