ABSTRAK Stress adalah suatu kondisi dimana tubuh terganggu karena tekanan psikologis. Stress dikaitkan bukan karena penyakit fisik lebih mengenai kejiwaan. Karena pengaruh stress tersebut maka penyakit fisik bisa muncul akibat lemahnya dan rendahnya daya tahan tubuh. Studi tentang kesehatan jiwa, telah menunjukkan terapi music sangat efektif dalam meredakan kegelisahan dan stress, mendorong perasaan rileks serta meredakan depresi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh terapi music terhadap tingkat stress mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi musik.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Experiment dengan menggunakan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 47 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan mengisi kuesioner DASS. Pengolahan data dengan uji Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu sebelum dilakukan pemberian terapi music didapatkan 7 mahasiswa atau (16,67%) mengalami stress berat. Setelah diberikan intervensi terapi music diketahui 7 orang mahasiswa (16,67%) mengalami penurunan tingkat stress. Kesimpulannya ada pengaruh pemberian terapi music terhadap tingkat stress pada mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Insan Cendekia Husada Bojonegoro ( (0,000) dan nilai Z hitung – 6,557 sedangkan Z table 1,96 (Z hitung Z table) berarti Ho ditolak sehingga Ha diterima). Kata Kunci: Terapi Musik, Tingkat Stress. ABSTRACT Stress is a condition where the body is disrupted due to psychological pressure. Stress is associated not due to physical illness is more about the mental. Because of the influence of the stress then physical illness can arise due to the weakness and lack of endurance. The study of mental health, music therapy has shown very effective in relieving anxiety and stress, encourage relaxation and relieve feelings of depression. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of music therapy on the stress level of students before and after therapy is given musik.Penelitian a Quasi Experiment study using a design one group pretest-posttest design. The sample was 47 respondents. Data were collected by filling out questionnaires DASS. Data processing by Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test. Results of the research that prior to giving music therapy students or obtained 7 (16.67%) experienced severe stress. After being given music In therapy interventions known 7 students (16.67%) decreased level of stress. In conclusion there is the effect of music therapy on the level of stress in students of Nursing Science College of Health Sciences Insan Scholar (0,000) and the Z count - 6.557 while the Z table  Husada Bojonegoro 1.96 (Z count Z table) means Ho is rejected so Ha is received). The dimple occurs by sudden pressure inversion at the droplet’s bottom interface when a droplet collides with the same liquid-phase or different solid-phase. The air film entrapped inside the dimple is a critical factor affecting the sequential dynamics after coalescence and causing defects like the pinhole. Meanwhile, in the coalescence dynamics of an electrified droplet, the droplet’s bottom interfaces change to a conical shape, and droplet contact the substrate directly without dimple formation. In this work, the mechanism for the dimple’s suppression (interfacial change to conical shape) was studied investigating the effect of electric pressure. The electric stress acting on a droplet interface shows the nonlinear electric pressure adding to the uniform droplet pressure. This electric stress locally deforms the droplet’s bottom interface to a conical shape and consequentially enables it to overcome the air pressure beneath the droplet. The electric pressure, calculated from numerical tracking for interface and electrostatic simulation, was at least 108 times bigger than the air pressure at the center of the coalescence. This work helps toward understanding the effect of electric stress on droplet coalescence and in the optimization of conditions in solution-based techniques like printing and coating.

A comprehensive experimental investigation on the electroosmotic strengthening of soft sensitive clay was performed to assess the effectiveness of the treatment and to study the mechanism of the process. A specially designed electroosmotic cell was developed to prevent gas accumulation near the electrodes, to allow better electrode-soil contact, and to improve the treatment efficiency. This apparatus also enables the monitoring of the generated negative pore-water pressure along the sample length, settlement, voltage distribution, and current variation during treatment. The investigation covered two different types of soil trimmed at different orientations: the vertically and horizontally trimmed overconsolidated Wallaceburg clay and the vertically trimmed slightly overconsolidated soft sensitive Gloucester (Leda) clay. Results of this study showed that the voltage distribution and induced negative pore pressure at equilibrium along the sample are linear with steady current flow across the sample, indicating that the electrode design in the electroosmosis test apparatus is efficient. The electroosmotic consolidation curve is similar to that of the conventional consolidation curve, and the preconsolidation pressure was increased by 51–88% with an applied voltage up to 6 V. The undrained shear strength increased to a maximum of 172%, and the moisture content decreased by 30%. The technique of electrode reversal is employed, and a relatively uniform strength increase between the electrodes is observed. Elastohydrodynamic oil film measurements for rolling point contact under starvation conditions are obtained using optical interferometry. The experimental measurements present a reasonably clear picture of the starvation phenomenon and are shown to agree with theoretical predictions. Starvation inhibits the generation of pressure and, therefore, reduces film thickness. It also causes the overall pressure, stress, and elastic deformation to become more Hertzian. Additional experiments using interferometry illustrate: the cavitation pattern, lubricant entrapment, grease lubrication, ball spin, and edge effects in line contact.

An approximate theoretical analysis is presented for the determination of stress concentration factors in thick walled cylinders with sideholes and crossholes. The cylinders are subjected to both internal pressure and external shrink-fit pressure. Stress concentration factors are plotted as functions of the geometrical ratios of outside diameter-to-bore diameter, and bore diameter-to-sidehole diameter. Theoretical results are compared to experimental values available in the literature and results of experiments described in a separate paper.
