Dengue is still being a health problem in Semarang City. Aedes albopictus is a secondary vector but they could be a main vector in an urban area. Sterile Insect technique (SIT) is an alternative tool to control dengue that is more safety than using pesticide. The objective of this study was to develop Aedes albopictus with SIT method to control dengue in Semarang City. Male pupae were irradiated at the doses of 0 (control), 60, 70, and 80 Gy, using 3 replications. The parameters that were measured to determine the quality of males that have been sterilized are number of eggs, sterility level and mating competitiveness. The level of sterility was determined by the percentage of unhatched eggs. Mating competitiveness was determined by Fried index with a ratio of 30 : 10 : 10 (radiated males : fertile males : virgin females). There was no significant difference (p ≤ 0.05) at sterility level to the irradiated males. The results indicated that decreasing irradiated doses conducted increasing in mating competitiveness. However, further trial in field conditions should be undertaken to estimate the release ratio of irradiated males to produce an effect on wild populations.

Air pollution causes health problem. The paper simply analyzed the changes of air quality in the Yuxi city urban area from 2006 to 2012. In the Yuxi city urban area between 2006 and 2012, SO2 levels increased about 43.9 percent; NO2 levels increased about 13.3 percent; PM10 levels in 2012 decreased about 1.5 percent. By evaluating the air quality in the Yuxi city urban area, the results showed that air quality index was the maximum in 2009, and the quality of the air in Yuxi became worse from 2006 to 2012, air pollution in 2009 was the heaviest between 2006 to 2012. After adopting P.R.C EPA air quality standards (GB3095-2012) in 2013, the first air pollutant in Yuxi is PM10, and then it is SO2 among SO2, NO2 and PM10.Much should beend done to reduce the amount of PM10 and SO2 released.

Now-a-days the teacher education has some lack in quality. Because, the outcome of the quality teacher in teacher education colleges is low; some private management does not consider the quality of education and they depend on earning money. The present study investigates attitude of private school teachers towards Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). The tool of Attitude towards TET was constructed and standardized by the investigator. The data were collected from 327 private school teachers in Thanjavur District, India and simple random technique was used for the study. This study reveals that the attitude of private school teachers have high TET attitude and the private school teachers attitude is not significant with respect to gender, locality. Furthermore there is a significant difference in TET attitude between rural and urban area school teachers.

Quality of work life is the major factor to be considered in working environment of any organization. The performance of employees and the organization lies on the ability of the employees based on working environment. The QWL leads to better working environment which improves the performance of organization. The present study has made an attempt to find the level of factors causing QWL and the impact of outcome of QWL in banks. Since the profile of the banks may be associated with the level of outcomes of QWL, the present study has made an attempt to examine it with the help of one way analysis of variance and t-test. The included outcomes of QWL are job satisfaction, job stress, organizational climate, organizational commitment, employees retention behaviour, service quality employees and service productivity of employees. The highly associated determinants of QWL and the significant difference among the PUSBs and PRSBs have been noticed. The significantly associating important profiles of the banks regarding the existence of outcome of QWL are identified.

Early Childhood Caries (ECC) is a chronic disease that can be prevented. It commonlyaffects children involving in one or more decayed (with lesions or not) teeth, missing teeth (dueto caries), or teeth with fillings in children aged under 71 months. The disease is sometimesoverlooked, but this condition usually affects the general health of children. Early detection ofEarly Childhood Caries (ECC) can prevent problems which are harmful to children. Therefore, the ECC must be prevented and for teeth that have had dental caries they should be givenproper treatment so as not to worsen and affect the quality of life in children. Prevention of thisdisease is a significant component in any health program to prepare for the optimal basis forthe oral health of children. This condition will become a serious health problem if not handledproperly, and it is a major health problem for health providers throughout the world.Primarypreventive must be initiated since a woman getting pregnant. Keywords: Early Childhood Caries (ECC), prevention, treatment

Background: The criteria set of assessing hospital quality in Vietnam in 2016 was revied from the criteria set in 2013 by the Ministry of Health in order to help hospitals to self-assess towards improvinge quality of hospitals in the international integration context. The study aimed to assess the quality of public hospitals in Can Tho City according to the revised criteria set of the Ministry of Health in 2016 and compare the quality among three hospital ranks (including grade I, grade II, and grade III) via to 5 groups of quality criteria. Methods: A cross-sectional study, using secondary data analysis was applied to assess the service quality of 7 general public hospitals in Can Tho City. Results: The average total score of 7 hospitals is 245 and the average for the criteria of 7 hospitals is 2.99, which is just satisfactory. In the criterion of quality, criterion D and E had the lowest scores compared to the other three groups. There was no statistically significant difference (p = 0.076) among the mean scores for the three hospital categories. Conclusion: The quality of public hospitals in Can Tho city in 2016 only reached moderately good level (2.99). Interventions should be developed to improve the quality of hospitals, with particular emphasis on improving the quality of criteria groups D and E. SummaryAim: Assessment of the clinical benefit of i.v. contrast enhanced diagnostic CT (CE-CT) compared to low dose CT with 20 mAs (LD-CT) without contrast medium in combined [18F]-FDG PET/CT examinations in restaging of patients with lymphoma. Patients, methods: 45 patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma (n = 35) and Hodgkin's disease (n = 10) were included into this study. PET, LD-CT and CECT were analyzed separately as well as side-by-side. Lymphoma involvement was evaluated separately for seven regions. Indeterminate diagnoses were accepted whenever there was a discrepancy between PET and CT findings. Results for combined reading were calculated by rating indeterminate diagnoses according the suggestions of either CT or PET. Each patient had a clinical follow-up evaluation for >6 months. Results: Region-based evaluation suggested a sensitivity/specificity of 66/93% for LD-CT, 87%/91% for CE-CT, 95%/96% for PET, 94%/99% for PET/LD-CT and 96%/99% for PET/CE-CT. The data for PET/CT were obtained by rating indeterminate results according to the suggestions of PET, which turned out to be superior to CT. Lymphoma staging was changed in two patients using PET/ CE-CT as compared to PET/LD-CT. Conclusion: Overall, there was no significant difference between PET/LD-CT and PET/CE-CT. However, PET/CE-CT yielded a more precise lesion delineation than PET/LD-CT. This was due to the improved image quality of CE-CT and might lead to a more accurate investigation of lymphoma.
