The work is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of the parameters of the planetary fruit separator of nightshade vegetables both in direct and reusable ways. The article has a theoretical research character expressed in the fact that the analysis of the method of harvesting nightshade vegetables is theoretically given. There was determined the main theoretical trend of equipment development and advancing its design to improve the quality of its work. There were given the type of the proposed design, its theoretical description and the flow of technological process. As a result of the work done, the design of the device for reusable nightshade vegetables harvesting with proposed working bodies is presented. The conclusions present the main results achieved so far.

The article has a research character, which is expressed in the fact that theoretically the analysis of kinematic parameters of a fruit separator, as well as works of leading scientists on the problem, their shortcomings and ways of solving these problems are indicated. There was determined the main trend of theoretical research. There were also justified the type of the proposed design, its theoretical description and the flow of the technological process. As a result of the work done, the design of the device for reusable harvesting of tomatoes and nightshade vegetables with the proposed working bodies is presented. The conclusions present the main results achieved so far.

The work is devoted to the main tillage, namely the theoretical substantiation of the profile of a flat-cutting working body of a plough. The article has a research character, which is expressed in the fact that the theoretical analysis of the method of determining the angle of sharpening of soil–processing working bodies according to the degree of gradual wear of working bodies were shown in works on this problem. There was also substantiated the type of the proposed design, there were given its description and flow of a technological process. As a result of the work done, there were obtained the theoretical dependence of the sharpening angle of working bodies and influence of the degree of wear on traction resistance of an arable unit. The conclusions set out the main results achieved so far.

The article is devoted to the theoretical justification of the process of rolling stems by planetaryrollers of the fruit separator in the harvesting of Solanaceae vegetables as reusable as at direct fullharvest. The article has a theoretical, research character, expressed in the fact that the issue of Solanaceae vegetables harvesting was theoretically considered, the analysis of methods and means for the introduction of dry inorganic substances was given, when considering the process of rolling stems of Solanaceae vegetables as a rolling of elastic–plastic material there were obtained the dependencesthat determine the kinematic and energy parameters of planetary multi–rolling fruit separators.The conclusions set out the main results achieved so far. The type of the proposed design was theoretically justified, its description and the flow of the technological process were given. As a result of the work done, the process of fruit removal from a plant with offered working elements was shown.

The article is devoted to the main soil treatment with a combined plow. The article has a research character, which is expressed in the fact that the analysis of methods and means of mechanization for the main tillage with the turnover of a layer, as well as excerpts from the works of leading scientists on the problem, there were shown the types of patents that provided the optimal soil treatment, their shortcomings and solutions to these problems. There were determined the main trend of development of soil-processing combined machines, improvement of constructions of arable units to improve the quality of their work. Also, the form of the disk was justified, namely, there was shown the causal relationship of the presence of cuts in the disk of the tillage tool in comparison with the solid disk. There were described the principle and process of the developed combined plow. As a result of the work done, there was obtained the design of a combined plow with additional working bodies which consist of disks installed by batteries behind each body of the plow. The conclusions set out the main results achieved so far.

Theoretical calculations and experimental studies show that during the technological process of transporting seeds by technical means, in particular ladle conveyors, macro- and especially microtrauma of grains occurs, which affects a decrease in quality indicators. Analysis of the studies shows that the structural parameters of the working bodies, the biological and physico-mechanical properties of the kernels, as well as the material for the manufacture or coating of the working elements, affect the trauma and quality of the seeds. Experimental data showed that microtrauma of winter wheat grains before transportation was in the range of 22,9- 23,5%, and after completion of the transportation process was 45,3-46,4%, that is, doubled. Further studies to improve the quality of seeds of grain crops, reduce the harmful effects of microorganisms on caryopsis and reduce macro- and microtrauma should be carried out in the relationship and the complex of biological and physico-mechanical features of the entire technological process.

The aim of the work is to substantiate the geometric parameters of the distributor, which are able to provide the maximum range of fertilizer particles in the subclavian space, based on the analysis of all factors affecting the material particles during their transportation to the surface of the distributor. The result of research is to achieve a uniform distribution of fertilizers on the width of the capture and, accordingly, on the area. It is known that the particles of material sent in accordance with the given trajectories in the pre-provided areas of the surface of the furrow formed by the working body, in contact with the soil are significantly redistributed and the meaning of the traditional approach to uniformity is completely lost. In addition, it is necessary to take into account that for placing fertilizers in the soil, in most cases, flat-cutting working bodies are used. For normal operation, in terms of deepening into the ground, they must be installed with a forward tilt at an angle of up to 3°. As a result, the bottom of the furrow, which they form, acquires a conical shape with a slope to the center. In this case, it becomes obvious that the material must be fed not evenly across the width of the working body, and most of it to be directed at a clearly defined distance in the direction perpendicular to its axis. The numerical value of this distance is determined by the nature of the redistribution of the granules as a result of contact with the soil. In the process of rolling the granules or particles to the center, the uniformity of distribution will be restored. In this case, it becomes obvious that the material must be fed not evenly across the width of the working body, and most of it to be directed at a clearly defined distance in the direction perpendicular to its axis. The numerical value of this distance is determined by the nature of the redistribution of the granules as a result of contact with the soil. In the process of rolling the granules or particles to the center, the uniformity of distribution will be restored. In this regard, there is a need to solve the problem of ensuring the maximum range of particles in the transverse direction using the simplest geometry of the distributor surface. In our opinion, such a surface can be a prism. In the article the results of theoretical research of process of portage and distributing of granules of mineral fertilizers are resulted after a reflection from the plane of reflection in sub paw space of trivial cutting of working organ. Geometrical parameters and corners of location of reflecting plane are grounded. The obtained dependences allow to reasonably establish geometrical parameters of the distributor which will provide the set range of flight of particles of material for working bodies of various width of capture and to reach desirable result taking into account laws of their redistribution at contact with soil.

Abstract The paper considers the effect of milling the soil for fertilizing with the ability to obtain a soil structure, in which there will be a uniform distribution of fertilizers for their more active assimilation. The device of the rotary working body for the implementation of this technological process is presented. The theoretical substantiation of the curvilinear working surface of the knife is carried out to obtain the optimal structure of the soil. The dependence of the shape of the knife working surface on the parameter of the parabola p is plotted. The results of experimental studies are given. It was concluded that the quality of soil cultivation required by agricultural technology by this working body with a knife working surface made in a parabola was obtained with a parameter p = 2.5.

The purpose of the research is improvement of soil level processing quality by justification of key parameters of working bodies of the combined plow. The combined plow consisting of a frame and sections of working bodies is developed for realization of technological process of level processing of the soil with loosening of the subarable horizon. The working section supports the movements of the unit which are consistently established in the direction plow cases of the top tier with a ploughshare surface and the lower tier without ploughshare surface, containing a chisel and dump surface. For implementation of agrotechnical requirements to level processing of the soil the theoretical research on installation of depth of the course of cases of the top and lower tiers of the combined plow is conducted. The interrelation of bottom crests height of furrow from arrangement of working bodies in section and the angle of shift of the soil is investigated by chisel in the case of the lower tier. The distance between the case of the top tier and the case of the lower tier of the combined plow in the longitudinal plane for ensuring the free movement of the soil and stubble is proved. The carried-out theoretical justification and settlement and graphic determination of constructive parameters of working section cases of the combined plow are shown that their rational values are equal: width of capture of cases of the top and lower tier – 0.45 m; chisel width – 0.07 m; an interval of arrangement of working bodies on a plow – 0.45 m; distance between the case of the top tier and the case of the lower tier of the combined level plow – 0.55 m; depth of the course of the case of the top tier – 0.06- 0.18 m; the layer height which is cut out by the case of the lower tier – 0.25-0.35 m; processing depth chisel – 0.06-0.08 m.
