In order to draw and analyze the current status of the research on the relationship between international urban street space (public space, public open space) and residents’ health, we explore the hotspots and frontiers of this research field and the overall evolution path from 1999 to 2019. This study uses 4552 related research articles included in the core database of Web of Science as the basis for data analysis, and uses the advantages of VOSviewer and CiteSpace’s bibliometric visualization software to study countries, institutions, literature keywords, and literature co-citation networks, combined with the Alluvial Generator analysis of landmark literature. In this research area, the research content is constantly enriching, including urban street networks, health systems, green spaces, road traffic, thermal comfort, and vulnerable people. The research methods are also constantly enriching. By analyzing and sorting out the current research status, research hotspots and possible future trends in this field of research, the paper hopes to provide more reference for research implementation.

In recent years, as the rapid development of highway construction and the increase of road traffic mileage of China, the highway traffic safety smooth has become an essential question of highway projects. In this paper, the second line which was modified by fiber slurry of S211 provincial highway construction engineering as the test prototype. We have calculated the optimum mixture ratio of the slurry mixture which was modified by fiber in the laboratory. In this condition, the shear performance, anti-fatigue performance, water damage resistance and mechanical impact resistance performance of the mixture have improved compared with the mixture without fiber modified. At the same time, the same section road with fiber modified slurry mixture and without fiber modified slurry mixture have been compared and analyzed by finite element method based on the ANSYS. We could draw some basic conclusions: The value of pavement deflection and the tensile stress of fiber modified slurry layered road have reduced compared with the slurry layered road without fiber modified.

The pollution of the environment of sports tourism industry process intensifies, directly restricts the sustainable development of sports. With the improvement of living standard of the Chinese people and sports undertaking are growing stronger, sports tourism industry is an unprecedented momentum of development. However, with the rapid development of sports tourism, sports tourism industry impact on the ecological environment has become increasingly prominent. This study explore to achieve external environment on sustainable development of sports tourism industry, practical basis, theoretical basis, construction of ecological environmental protection model, clear the relationship between various interest groups, based on the analysis of the atmosphere, water, noise and other pollution problems generated in the process of sports. Sustainable development of sports tourism will be realized by increasing government legislative norms and supervision, implemening scientific compensation mechanism, enhancing public environmental protection awareness, establishing and improving the ecological operation of measures.

The rapid development of social economy has caused many problems in highway transportation. The traffic on most roads is getting bigger and bigger. This trend not only increases traffic pressure but also poses a threat to the lives of travellers. In order to solve the current road traffic problem, this paper proposes a special route for the construction of small passenger vehicles. The basic idea of dedicated line construction is based on the secondary road and highway operation forms. Each line passes through 1 to 3 townships. The internal and external environment and advantages and disadvantages of the dedicated line construction were analyzed by SWOT method, and the SWOT matrix was constructed. The analysis results show that the small passenger dedicated line is feasible and necessary, and has a good development prospect. In this way, it provides a new idea for the development of China’s highways.

Background: Since its initial description in December 2019 in Wuhan, China, coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has rapidly progressed into a worldwide pandemic, which has affected millions of lives. Unlike the disease in adults, the vast majority of children with COVID-19 have mild symptoms and are largely spared from severe respiratory disease. However, thereare children who have significant respiratory disease, and some may develop a hyperinflammatory response similar to thatseen in adults with COVID-19 and in children with Kawasaki disease (KD), which has been termed multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C).Objective: The purpose of this report was to examine the current evidence that supports the etiopathogenesis of COVID-19 in children and the relationship of COVID-19 with KD and MIS-C as a basis for a better understanding of the clinical course, diagnosis, and management of these clinically perplexing conditions. Results: The pathogenesis of COVID-19 is carried out in two distinct but overlapping phases of COVID-19: the first triggered by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) itself and the second by the host immune response. Children with KD have fewer of the previously described COVID-19–associated KD features with less prominent acute respiratory distress syndrome and shock than children with MIS-C.Conclusion: COVID-19 in adults usually includes severe respiratory symptoms and pathology, with a high mortality. Ithas become apparent that children are infected as easily as adults but are more often asymptomatic and have milder diseasebecause of their immature immune systems. Although children are largely spared from severe respiratory disease, they canpresent with a SARS-CoV-2–associated MIS-C similar to KD.

Dubrovnik is the most popular tourist seaside resort in Yugoslavia. The rapid development of tourism has necessitated appropriate environmental protection, particularly with regard to the coastal sea. Consequently, the city has constructed a plant for the treatment of wastewater and a submarine outfall. The characteristics of the sewerage system and the coastal sea meant that the wastewater disposal system required a specific method of construction and treatment. This paper presents the system adopted for Dubrovnik and the methodology used to choose the system. Special attention is paid to the problems and drawbacks which occurred during design and operation of the system, as well as to the measures undertaken afterwards for reconstruction of the system.

Abstract This case comment explores the relationship between two intertwined objectives – ensuring security of electricity supply and environmental protection – in the context of the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union in Inter-Environnement Wallonie ASBL and Bond Beter Leefmilieu Vlaanderen ASBL v. Conseil des ministres. The analysis focuses on the application of the Environmental Impact Assessment Directive and the Habitats Directive to the facts of the case, which concerns the extension by a ten-year period of the operation of two Belgian nuclear power stations (Doel 1 and Doel 2) as part of a national energy policy strategy to ensure the security of Belgium's electricity supply. The case comment also considers the legal and practical implications that arise as a result of employing the ‘security of electricity supply’ exemption to enable derogation from the requirements of the aforementioned Directives in circumstances where a Member State considers the security of its electricity supply to be under threat.

With the rapid development of road traffic, real-time vehicle counting is very important in the construction of intelligent transportation systems (ITSs). Compared with traditional technologies, the video-based method for vehicle counting shows great importance and huge advantages in its low cost, high efficiency, and flexibility. However, many methods find difficulty in balancing the accuracy and complexity of the algorithm. For example, compared with traditional and simple methods, deep learning methods may achieve higher precision, but they also greatly increase the complexity of the algorithm. In addition to that, most of the methods only work under one mode of color, which is a waste of available information. Considering the above, a multi-loop vehicle-counting method under gray mode and RGB mode was proposed in this paper. Under gray and RGB modes, the moving vehicle can be detected more completely; with the help of multiple loops, vehicle counting could better deal with different influencing factors, such as driving behavior, traffic environment, shooting angle, etc. The experimental results show that the proposed method is able to count vehicles with more than 98.5% accuracy while dealing with different road scenes.
