Private enterprises occupies an important position in China’s economic development. They have played an important role in maintaining stable economic growth, promoting entrepreneurship, increasing employment, providing taxes, and improving people’s lives. They are an important force in promoting highquality enterprises. Based on the analysis of relevant data, this paper concludes that the financing difficulties of private enterprises are caused by both themselves and the investors, and provides countermeasures from financial system reform, Build a risk prevention mechanism, information platform construction, and enterprise self-management, etc, aiming to solve the private economy Practical problems.economic development in China. Financing is an important condition for the healthy development of private enterprises, and financing has always been a major problem for the development of private.

The private economy is the driving force and energy to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the economy and society. To ensure the sustainability and stability of the private economy, it is of great significance to try to analyze and investigate the detection and early warning of the private economy for the economic management departments to formulate corresponding macro-control policies in a timely and accurate manner. Taking Guangzhou for an example, this paper constructs a monitoring index system based on the data obtained from a questionnaire survey of 88 private enterprises in the 11 districts of Guangzhou, combined with the current situation of the private economy. In this monitoring index system, the analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the weight of each monitoring index, and the fuzzy mathematics theory is used to establish a monitoring model of the economic prosperity of the private enterprises. It turns out that the private economy in Guangzhou is increasingly developing currently. The Economic management departments can adjust economic policies in accordance with the current index.

Objective: With the development of Internet finance, the scale of peer-to-peer (P2P) online lending platforms has rapidly expanded. Additionally, the phenomenon of losses among online lending platforms and the problem of default by borrowers have emerged, greatly restricting the healthy development of online lending platforms. Therefore, it is necessary to dynamically set the credit rating of the borrowers according to the performance of the borrowers, and establish a default risk evaluation model for the borrowers of the online lending platform to promote the healthy development of the online lending platform. Method: This paper uses web crawler technology to obtain borrower information as the sample data, selects 17 core variables as explanatory variables, and utilizes project status as the target variable. First, according to the performance of the borrower, we use K-means to cluster, obtain a dynamic credit rating by calculation, and reset the rating to obtain new borrower information. Second, we determine the optimal parameters of the support vector machine algorithm through cross-validation and establish the best evaluation model for online loan borrowers' default risk. Finally, we conduct an experimental verification. Results: The classification accuracy of the proposed algorithm is better than that of decision trees and random forest, and the classification effect is the strongest. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the model has good stability and generalizability, and the research results provide dynamic decision support for early warnings of online lending platform risk and risk prevention and control; they can thus help in promoting the healthy development of online lending platforms. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the model has good stability and generalizability, and the research results provide dynamic decision support for early warnings of online lending platform risk and risk prevention and control; they can thus help in promoting the healthy development of online lending platforms.

Flooding has become the natural disaster that causes the greatest losses, with urban flooding restricting the healthy development of cities. The ability to assess a city’s resilience to flooding is very important and would contribute to improving resilience and also help to inform planning and development. The aim of this study was to determine the key urban flood resilience indicators for three different Chinese cities (Wuhan, Nanjing, and Hefei) and to prioritize these for each city. A combined interpretive structure and network analysis method (ISM-ANP) model was used to evaluate and analyze the selected evaluation indicators. A four-level urban flood resilience evaluation network model was constructed to determine the interdependence between indicators and to calculate the priorities of the flood resilience indicators for the three cities. Overall, rescue capacity was found to be extremely important and was defined as the most important index. For Wuhan, indicators related to the distribution of waters were found to be more important, while for Nanjing, spatial planning and spatial structure of land use were found to be key priorities. In Hefei, the level of investment in infrastructure and the level of public resources occupy a more important position. The framework presented in this study contributes to the understanding of urban flood resilience and has the potential to be extended to other natural hazards.

Abstract: The development of the times is extremely rapid. The construction industry has occupied a very important position in the national economy and made an indelible contribution in promoting the social and economic development. However, the construction industry covers a wide range of areas, long construction period, personnel mobility, complex types of work, prone to security incidents. The safety accidents have not only threatened the safety of our people’s lives and property, but also brought great losses to the construction industry. Therefore, the construction industry should attach greatly to the importance to safety accidents, strengthen the management of construction safety, and all the buildings that affect the safety of construction factors strangled in the cradle, thus promoting the construction industry’s stable, sustained and healthy development.

The rapid development of the private economy in China has put forward higher requirements for a sound supervision system in the enterprises. However, compared to the sate-owned enterprises or listed private enterprises, because of the lack of the official constraints or guidance on the internal audit, the development of internal audit in unlisted private enterprises are still facing many problems. This paper conducted questionnaire-based investigation on the unlisted private enterprises in Yancheng of Northern Jiangsu Province in China, in order to obtain detailed information related to the internal audit of unlisted private enterprises. Through the analysis on the information gathered from questionnaires and the typical study on the case of a large-scale unlisted private enterprise, SD group in Yancheng, suggestions were put forward to improve the current situation of internal audit in unlisted private enterprises in Yancheng, which also can help to promote the development of private economy in Yancheng, and thus contribute to the economic development in Jiangsu, or even in the whole China.

Purpose Hearing loss self-management refers to the knowledge and skills people use to manage the effects of hearing loss on all aspects of their daily lives. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-reported hearing loss self-management and hearing aid benefit and satisfaction. Method Thirty-seven adults with hearing loss, all of whom were current users of bilateral hearing aids, participated in this observational study. The participants completed self-report inventories probing their hearing loss self-management and hearing aid benefit and satisfaction. Correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship between individual domains of hearing loss self-management and hearing aid benefit and satisfaction. Results Participants who reported better self-management of the effects of their hearing loss on their emotional well-being and social participation were more likely to report less aided listening difficulty in noisy and reverberant environments and greater satisfaction with the effect of their hearing aids on their self-image. Participants who reported better self-management in the areas of adhering to treatment, participating in shared decision making, accessing services and resources, attending appointments, and monitoring for changes in their hearing and functional status were more likely to report greater satisfaction with the sound quality and performance of their hearing aids. Conclusion Study findings highlight the potential for using information about a patient's hearing loss self-management in different domains as part of clinical decision making and management planning.
