The Kunshan urban investment project includes 1 office tower, 4 high-rise residential buildings and 1 high-rise commercial building.Each monomer shares a large basement chassis, a total of three basement floors.This design is the second phase (4# residence and corresponding basement).The height of the structure is more than 90 meters, and it is a shear wall structure system. The selection and structure of the structure system are analyzed, and the mechanical performance of the structure is verified through calculation and analysis.

Take a High-rise Residential Building in Wuhan as research object, in assigns the construction plan under the premise, the optical mathematics model of the shear wall is established. Based on research of structure dynamic characteristics, displacement, mechanic character, structure measure, uses the criterion method and the exhaustion method, design principle of board high-rise residential building is conducted from the optical of shear wall arrangement,furthermore, site condition and seismic precaution intensity influence to the optical structure is analyzed.

The high-rise concrete residential market has been a gradually urban mainstream in recent years, and frame-shear wall structure is more used for high-rise residential structures now. This kind of structure has the advantage that the combination of frame and shear wall make the space free and flexible, and therefore the whole structure has considerable rigidity. The structure can not only satisfy the needs for people living in comfortable, but also has good dynamic and static load bearing capacity. This paper analyzed the mechanics characteristics of the structure and summarized the two kinds of main failure modes of shear wall and frame structure in earthquake. On this basis, the main principles are put forward to improve the seismic behavior of the shear wall. And further some of specific measures and suggestions which can improve the seismic performance for the frame-shear structure are introduced.

As a new type of resist lateral force structure, short-pier shear wall structure has been widely used in high-rise and super-tall residential construction. However, at present, there isn’t a specifically targeted short-leg walls structure design and construction technical regulations both at home and abroad, which led to the architectural engineering design and construction market turmoil. By the prophase research of the short-leg walls structure seismic performance, and a great deal of experiments, combine with the latest research results at home and abroad, adopt the limit state design method based on probability theory, the paper clarifies the definition of short-leg walls, and analyzes the calculation method of section load-carrying capacity for earthquake combination and no-earthquake combination, which has certain directive significance and engineering application for the design and construction of high-rise residential buildings.

A high-rise residential building is the frame-supported shear wall structure. Testing found that concrete strength 6 pieces of shear wall of the tenth floor can not meet the original design requirements of C50 when the nineteenth floor was constructing. A way of replacing concealed column and corner column only by comparison an analysis.The safety of the structure was ensured and good strengthening effect was achieved by reasonable design of temporary support and construction, concrete selection and the whole deformation monitoring.

The Skeleton-Infill residential building system has its particular advantages in building industrialization. In order to utilize this building type into high rise residential buildings, this paper proposes a calculation model for the frame-shear wall load bearing skeleton structure with limited floor stiffness. A simplified calculation method adopting ODEs is also demonstrated. A numerical example is proceeded to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of this methodology.

Windows energy saving design of residential buildings has increasingly got the attention of people. Through a large number of surveys and analysis of residential buildings in Chongqing and consumers personal experience, the author finds problems and deficiency, and then proposes principles of residential buildings sun shading reconstruction in Chongqing city. Taking the high-rise residential building of one university in Chongqing as reconstruction sample, selecting a specific time period, the author recalculates sun shading coefficient with and without sun shading by using Ecotect software to do simulation analysis. Nowadays, under the  situation  of  the accelerating  process  of urbanization,  our  social economic development has also been leaps and bounds and  the  corresponding construction industry has also been high speed developed. Our country in the field of land resources still insist on a solid  strict  management control, therefore, in this context,it will inevitably lead the land resources to face with a tense situation which has become a great test forhigh-rise residential building construction as it appears repeatedly.  Normally, high-rise residential buildings have the characteristics of limited operating surface, high investment  cost,  long construction period and high requirements of construction technology. In view of this, this paper mainly analyzes the high-rise residential building construction technology.
