The establishment of a scientific and reasonable mathematical evaluation model plays a vital role in the optimization of impervious design scheme of water conservancy projects. The steps of constructing the coupling model of information entropy and TOPSIS are analyzed. The seepage prevention design scheme of an urban artificial lake is comprehensively evaluated by using this model, so as to obtain the optimal scheme.

Firstly, analysis product’s customer demand correlation, function correlation, geometric correlation, structure the corresponding correlation matrix, distribute the respective weighting factor, and then establish an integrated correlation matrix. Application of fuzzy clustering, the establishment of cluster map, the program has been divided into different modules. Based on information entropy theory, select product’s design and manufacturing complexity, cost, maintenance as the optimization objective, establish mathematical evaluation model of module division. Evaluating a number of options get from the fuzzy clustering method, which gain the most reasonable module division program. Finally, taking the seat frame of the Remote Control Weapon Station(RCWS) for example, verify the validity and reasonableness of the evaluation method.

In recent years, urbanization has developed rapidly, and urban road play a vital role as the premise. Due to the good effectiveness of asphalt pavement, which is more popular in urban road, and road maintenance demands are also increasing. In order to make the maintenance work appropriate, accurate pavement performance evaluation is the premise. This paper collects the data of a road pavement condition in Shanghai and calculates the sub-indexes of each section. We use the entropy weight method to obtain the influence degree of each sub-index. Then we use the revised set pair analysis to construct the comprehensive performance evaluation model of urban road pavement. The analysis shows that compared with the standard method and the set pair analysis, the revised model is more objective, in line with the actual use of the road.

Abstract With the development of water conservancy informatization, the research on water information system integration is born, which is the need of water conservancy informatization construction at present and also an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the machine learning algorithm, combined with the actual needs of water conservancy business field, the overall framework of computer system integration for water conservancy engineering design is put forward. The overall framework includes: resource layer, comprehensive integration layer and user layer, which exchange data with configuration monitoring software by means of communication. The analytic hierarchy process in machine learning algorithm is used to construct the risk prediction index system, and the risk prediction index and initial prediction results are taken as the input and output of extreme learning machine algorithm in machine learning algorithm. The simulation results show that the prediction accuracy of this method is 94.88%, which can accurately predict the risks existing in hydraulic engineering design computer system and improve the system security.

Insider threats detection problem has always been one of the most difficult challenges for organizations and research community. Effective behavioral categorization of users plays a vital role for the success of any detection mechanisms. It also helps to reduce false alarms in case of insider threats. In order to achieve this, a fuzzy classifier has been implemented along with genetic algorithm (GA) to enhance the efficiency of a fuzzy classifier. It also enhances the functionality of all other modules to achieve better results in terms of false alarms. A scenario driven approach along with mathematical evaluation verifies the effectiveness of the modified framework. It has been tested for the enterprises having critical nature of business. Other organizations can adopt it in accordance with their specific nature of business, need, and operational processes. The results prove that accurate classification and detection of users were achieved by adopting the modified framework which in turn minimizes false alarms.

The movie and TV art industry of Weifang especially the theater is researched as the object in this paper. After looking through a large number of reference, the main factors influencing the management of the movie and TV art industry are determined. The evaluation system of the movie and TV art industry management is constructed. Using AHP to get the weight of each evaluation factor, the five-dimension set is established as excellent, good, general, poor, very poor. Using the expert group to score the second-level influencing factors, the evaluation vector of the movie and TV art industry management could be obtained. According to the maximum principle to determine the evaluation results of the movie and TV art industry management, and a simulation calculation is carried out.
