The existing evaluation system of scientific and technological talents is insufficient in classification and evaluation, lacks clear evaluation objectives and evaluation standards, and attaches too much importance to the achievements of scientific and technological talents and lacks the development potential of scientific and technological talents. In this paper, using intelligent era information technology reform of science and technology talent assessment system, to advocate and innovation for the purpose, classification of evaluation objects, evaluation criterion of explicit, the diversification of evaluation subject, evaluation method is scientific, the diversification of evaluation methods, to effectively identify innovative science and technology talents, motivating talents of science and technology innovation power and guide the scientific and technological personnel work to lay the foundation.

Background: Primary headaches are considered a complex medical problem. They usually appear as isolated episodes but can progress into chronic headaches entailing significant functional disability for the patient. With the objective of upgrading the quality of care given to headache patients, there have been several proposals to integrate the wide array of variables which influence headache experiences into a systemized evaluation model. Such a system should prevent key elements from being overlooked, aid diagnosis and facilitate treatment plans. However, as of yet, no such model has been widely adopted. Method: In the present paper, we propose integrating The International Classification of Headache Disorders (ICDH) into a multiaxial assessment system similar to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV) which is used in psychiatry. The contents of the different axes found in the DSM cover many of the fundamental clinical variables which have been supported by the medical literature for the past twenty years. Our discussion focuses mainly on chronic headache and migraine since they are clinically relevant to this form of evaluation. We believe our proposed model could be applied generally to all headache types. Conclusion: Headache disorders require an evaluation method flexible enough to reflect the multiple dimensions influencing the course of the disease. In order to achieve a systemized, widely accessible evaluation, we propose a headache patient evaluation structure that is familiar and generally accepted by the medical community. Implementing such a system would be beneficial as it could lead towards building a more uniform evaluation system, facilitate student learning and communication among practitioners, all of which are important steps for improving patient care.

One of the most important things in green building is green building technology selection. Because green building has different requests in different location, this report uses Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which based on Analytic hierarchy process to establish of green building technology of regional suitability assessment system. The factors of evaluation in assessment system include: technical feasibility; the standard maturity level; protection of supporting; technical failure rate; economic benefits; ecological benefits; negative impact on the environment. Evaluation of roof greenings applicability in Beijing is used to verify this assessment system feasibility.

Green building is the inevitable trend of future building development, many countries have formed their own green building assessment system. For now at stage of rapid development of urbanization in China, the establishment of green building assessment system and its further improved are of great significance. As a scientific evaluation system, the index of green building assessment system should have a sound weights system. This article attempts to apply the Analytic hierarchy process method to the Green Building evaluation standards of China, which intend to explore the method of constructing the weight system of China Green Building Evaluation standards.

This article makes use of analytic hierarchy process (shortened for AHP) to set up an evaluation system about the innovation ability of textile and apparel industry in China. Based on the guidelines released by National Bureau of Statistics and the particular cases in this industry, the article makes an assessment of the technological innovation and creates four first-level indexes, which are respectively indexes of potential resources for technology innovation, technology innovation activity, output ability of technology innovation and technology innovation environment. By comparison and analysis of different data in different years, it comes to the conclusion that the ability of technological innovation is on the rise.

CMC Institute of Science and Technology (CIST) is a research and development department of CMC Corporation, Vietnam. The development of a technological innovation roadmap (TIR) is of great significance to the existence and development of CIST. In fact, the construction of a TIR has a wide scope, diverse content, and rich approach. This article does not focus on studying the academic TIR but will clarify the TIR of a specific research institute (CIST) based on the approach of building a roadmap for technological innovation introduced by the Stage Agency for Technology Innovation, Vietnam. Small and medium-sized enterprises create a hitherto unknown material wealth, and meanwhile have paid a heavy environmental price, also restrict the sustainable development of local economy. Environmental pollution governance of the small and medium-sized enterprises needs to realize ecological technology innovation. In order to promote and protect small and medium enterprises technology innovation and their green development, the local government should improve legislation of science and technology, establishing ecological civilization as the guiding ideology of legislation, improving the environment impact assessment system, strengthening the public participation, expanding the incentive measures, and increasing the accountability and oversight, as well as cohesive implementation of science and technology legislation and environmental legislation.

The appearance of pilotage system has brought unprecedented convenience and innovation to ship pilotage. however, these systems also brought some potential risks, such as the limitations of these data timeliness, reliability, stability of the system and so on. Pilotage is a system engineering ,which related to both human influence and external factor .A sole factor is likely to generate enormous losses, safety is most important part of pilotage. In order to ensure the safety of the ship’s pilotage .Comprehensive assessment of the pilotage system is necessary, of the ship. Forthputting the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper establish the assessment system, and take comprehensive performance assessment of the pilot system, which entitled us a digital evaluation of the pilot system.

Technology innovation alliance strategic is a basic and a trend for product innovation in SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises). Researching on cooperative dynamic mechanism, FGEM for product innovation alliance in SMEs is built based on entropy theory. To improve the product innovation ability and comprehensive entropy management level, a standardized evaluation index and evaluation system is proposed, and a product innovation alliance dynamic evaluation method is constructed to give a new way for sustainable development of enterprises and constant innovation and upgrading of products.

Abstract In the new century, China has attached great importance to informatization work. Based on the development of education and teaching, the necessary infrastructure for informatization must be gradually improved. At the same time, we should make reasonable and effective use of information technology in the analysis of educational evaluation data, so that informatization teaching becomes an indispensable part of education. The purpose of this article is to study the application of data mining algorithms in data analysis of information education evaluation. This article will give full play to the interactive, dynamic and open advantages of the teaching resources of the network platform, combined with the ability of teachers to use information technology, rationally optimize the education evaluation data analysis system, use existing information technology to build an evaluation system, and evaluate the participating teachers. Ensure that the evaluation results are objective and effective. According to the overall framework and demand analysis of the system, the teacher information technology application ability assessment system is divided into different functional modules, each module is analyzed in detail according to user needs, and the corresponding database is designed. The evaluation system has an intuitive user interface, easy operation, and stable operation. It is suitable for first-line teachers and school administrators in primary and secondary schools to make a fair assessment of the teaching of teachers. Through the evaluation and analysis report, teachers can optimize and comprehensively understand their own teaching situation, see the problems in their teaching, and change the teaching method in time; appropriately summarize and analyze to improve the teaching level. Understand the teaching work of teachers, and realize the in-depth integration of informatization and teaching. Experimental investigations have shown that students have a great lack of experimental ability. The other four abilities are not far apart, all of which are above 70%. They are in the upper middle and upper reaches. Among them, the analysis and application tools are about 5% higher than the grade level. In general, the experimental ability must be strengthened to enhance. Let students achieve all-round development. Through the evaluation and analysis report, teachers can find their own shortcomings in teaching more clearly based on their optimization, and change the teaching methods in time; appropriately summarize and analyze to improve the teaching level.
