With the development of the Internet era, urban logistics distribution increases. At the same time, the state vigorously promotes the development of the new energy automobile industry and the continuous strengthening of people’s awareness of environmental protection, new energy vehicles began to be favored by logistics enterprises. From the analysis of the national support policy for new energy vehicles, the development of new energy vehicles in recent years and the TCO calculation of their cost advantages, this paper clarifies that new energy vehicles will occupy the mainstream position in urban logistics distribution.

Under the background of energy conservation and emission reduction advocated by the state, the sales volume of new energy vehicles increased rapidly and reached new highs in 2021. However, many domestic new energy vehicles still face the problems of serious homogenization and low market share. In view of this situation, we mine and capture the data of online consumers and potential consumers, analyze consumers' preferences in combination with the knowledge learned, take Shenzhen BYD Co., Ltd. as an example, analyze its competitive environment, and finally put forward feasible suggestions.

During pandemic, people’s lives are affected dramatically—more than 20 million people have been affected, and most companies have been affected by such virus. However, people may always consider that some industries with inelastic demands such as touring industries and new energy vehicles industries will not be affected by such crisis. By analyzing the data from specific companies, I found the difficulties and opportunities for these industries. For example, touring industry related companies can use several strategies such as promotional strategy and corporate with high-tech companies to tackle with the catastrophe. Besides, electric car industry related companies may set up their technical barriers to boost their sales. From my research, there is no real-inelastic demands for any industries, and the only method for them to survive at any time is always researching new technology and meet customers’ demands.

Since 2013, lots of places in China have suffered serious fogs and hazes, therefore a number of measures have been taken to alleviate the problem, especially in some big cities such as Beijing, Tianjin, and Shijiazhuang. Some of the measures are targeted at automobile industry. This paper gave some suggestions about fog and haze prevention after analyzing the major causes of haze weather; meanwhile, it explained the positive influence on automobile industry. As far as automobile industry is concerned, it is necessary to issue related standards, laws and regulations as soon as possible. On the other hand, the development of new energy vehicles will help alleviate air pollution, and our purpose to avoid haze weather can be achieved.

New energy vehicles stand for the future development of automobile industry and all countries in the world increased national investment in new energy vehicles. This century, especially since the the Twelfth Five-Year period, China continued to increase supportive strength to new energy vehicles, to obtain better opportunities for development. This paper analyses the present situation of new energy vehicles and the problems should be paid attention to from the enterprise manufacturing technology, government policy and consumer. From the technology, industry and policy, the article investigates the development of new energy vehicles.

With continuous development of China’s economy in the past two decades, people’s living conditions have been greatly improved. The improved living quality boosts the prosperity of the automobile industry in China. However, whilst the popularity of automobiles promotes the rapid development of social economy and modern civilization, it also brings severe energy and environmental problems. The government pays great attention to these problems, and promotes the development of new energy vehicle industry by issuing various policies and encouraging consumers to actively buy new energy vehicles. However, under these policy incentives and economic incentives, the domestic new energy vehicle industry did not present the expected market response. This paper briefly describes the development status and existing problems of domestic new energy vehicle industry, and puts forward some feasible suggestions.

Abstract Power battery system is widely used in new energy vehicles. The performance of power battery directly affects the safety of new energy vehicles. At present, the research of battery system safety focuses on specific parameters such as the status of charge (SoC), the state of health (SoH), and so on. However, a single performance evaluation may lead to some defects in system safety. The influences on the power battery system of SoC, SoH, and the status of consistency, which are essential factors in battery system safety were analyzed in this study. In view of the conclusion of the analysis result, the concept of the power battery system performance matrix, which includes the parameters of SoC, SoH, the status of consistency and temperature, was proposed. The state-space expression was studied and used for the expression of the performance matrix. Cyclic charging and discharging experiments of Lithium-ion batteries were carried out, and the result showed that the performance matrix based on state-space could describe the dynamic changes of battery system status. It was sufficient for the estimate of the battery system’s safety status, and it can provide the effective and reliable data resources for the system maintenance.

The new energy vehicles (NEVs) industry has been regarded as the primary industry involving in the transformation of the China automobile industry and environmental pollution control. Based on the quarterly fluctuation characteristics of NEVs’ sales volume in China, this research puts forwards a data grouping approach-based nonlinear grey Bernoulli model (DGA-based NGBM (1,1)). The main ideas of this work are to effectively predict quarterly fluctuation of NEVs industry by introducing a data grouping approach into the NGBM (1,1) model, and then use the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to optimize the parameters of the model so as to increase forecasting precision. By empirical comparison between the DGA-based NGBM (1,1) and existing data grouping approach-based GM (1,1) model (DGA-based GM (1,1)), DGA-based NGBM (1,1) can effectively reduce the prediction error resulting from quarterly fluctuation of sales volume of the NEVs, and prediction performance are proven to be favorable. The results of out-of-sample forecasting using the model proposed show that the sales volume of NEVs in China will increase by 57% in 2019–2020 with a quarterly fluctuation. In 2020, the sales volume of NEVs will exceeds the target of 2 million in the “13th Five-Year Strategic Development Plan”. Therefore, China needs to pay more attention to infrastructure construction and after-sales service for NEVs.
