In this paper, the two methods for solving finite element problem, theoretical calculation method and ANSYS simulation analysis method, were used to study deformation and stress situation of each node of triangular truss under different distribution loads. The results of theoretical calculation were compared with those of ANSYS simulation, which showed that the counter-acting forces of each node were exactly the same. For the calculation results of the equivalent stiffness constants of each unit could not be accurate, values of each node deformation calculated by theoretical calculation could be error, but the maximum error rate was no more than 3.6%. By the comparison results, conclusion could be made that the results of ANSYS simulation are more intuitive and image, the values are more accurate and reliable, comparing with those of theoretical calculation, the influence of accuracy of equivalent stiffness constant is much more smaller.

Converter transformer valve winding contour distribution of electric field have completed in the AC, DC and polarity reversal voltage.

For traditional ordinary concrete wall column prone to thermal bridges, posted outside the insulation board short life than the life of the building,in the glazed hollow bead of recycled concrete foundation with good thermal conductivity test and compressive strength of the proposed ,use glazed hollow bead of recycled concrete exterior wall column instead of the traditional ordinary concrete wall column ,and using the finite element software ANSYS simulation analysis the uniaxial compression of glazed hollow bead of recycled concrete short columns and ordinary concrete short columns. Comparative analysis showed the same intensity level glazed hollow bead of recycled concrete ultimate compressive bearing capacity of an analog value the same as ordinary concrete short columns. To validate the ANSYS simulation of concrete short columns under uniaxial compression condition .

In order to study the performance of concrete frame columns that reinforcedby assembleinclined web steel truss, with the same reciprocatinghorizontal displacement and different axialcompression.It canbe calculate the mechanical behavior of concrete frame columns and reinforced columns by using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS. Simulation analysis shows that the bearing capacity ofreinforced columnshas greatly increased andpresented a full hysteresis curve. The result shows that the reinforcement method of assemble inclined web steel truss can greatly improve the bearing capacity and ductility of the concrete frame column, and the axial compression is larger, the better the reinforcement effect.

It is a complex problem to study the interaction between sand castle and flowing water, which needs to consider the complexity of seawater flow and the stress of sand castle structure. The authors use the fluid-solid coupling model to establish the connection between the fluid field and the structural mechanical field, and use the finite element analysis to complete the simulation modeling of the transient process of wave impact and sandcastle foundation deformation. This paper analyzes the stress and the first principal strain of the sand castle foundation in the direction of flow velocity when the sand castle foundation is hit by waves, as a method to judge the strength of the sand castle.The best shape: the boundary value of sand castle collapse caused by strain have been determined, so as to obtain the maximum stress that a sand castle foundation can bear before collapse, which makes it possible to use the fatigue strength calculation theory of sand castle solid to carry out the quantitative calculation of sand castle durability. At the same time, the impact of waves is abstracted as wave motion equation. Finally, the finite element analysis technology is adopted to calculate the main strain of sandcastles of different shapes under the impact of the same wave, and through the comparison of the main strain, the authors get the sandcastle shape with the strongest anti-wave impact ability, which is the eccentric circular platform body.Affected by rain: the authors considered the effect of rainwater infiltration on the sandcastle's stress, and simplified the process of rain as a continuous and uniform infiltration of rain into the sandcastle's surface. The rain changes the gravity of the sand on the castle's surface. Simulation analysis is adopted to calculate the surface stress of sand castle with different degree of water seepage and different geometry. By comparison, it has been found that the smooth cone is more able to withstand the infiltration of rain without collapse.

Vibration results from situation when the inherent frequency close to the external exciting force during the operation of the motor, so accurate and effective calculation of the natural frequency of the motor has an important significance to damping noise. By numerical simulation model and the ANSYS finite element modal, the inherent frequencies were got of the motor and comparison results verify the effectiveness of the motor model. The effect of the modulus of elasticity of the softening layer between the motor and the ground to the inherent frequency was researched intensively, and puts forward related suggestions.

Particularly, investment proportion of the technology in deep foundation pit engineering is immense. Yet affected by national conditions in China, the construction and application of deep foundation pit engineering have many extensive factors. It also results in insufficient vigor of finite element analysis of deep foundation pit support construction. In this way, construction problems arise frequently under the condition that there exist buildings around. Product configuration design and simulation analysis are of critical importance in the rapid response to performance-driven product design. Product configuration design is the transition from customer specifications into physical solutions, while simulation analysis compared with testing result explains that physical solutions are correct and applicable to engineering. Configuration rules play an important role in the product configuration design. Finite element analysis (FEA) has been used widely in the simulation analysis. We could regard the simulation data of FEA as the important knowledge source of configuration rules. Then, a methodology of integration between product configuration design and simulation analysis is proposed to realize the dynamic update of configuration rules. An application of a clamping unit of injection molding machine that illustrates the proposed approach is developed at the end of the paper.

This paper adopts general finite element software to carry out three-dimensional finite element simulation analysis for Huizeli reinforced concrete rectangular-sectioned aqueduct. Considering four combination cases in aqueduct’s construction and operating process, researching variation laws of the aqueduct’s stress and displacement. Analysis results show that design scheme of Huizeli reinforced concrete rectangular-sectioned aqueduct is reasonable, it can meet design requirements. Analysis results provide some theory references for design of reinforced concrete rectangular-sectioned aqueduct.

There are lots of titanium alloy parts which have large-scale micro-structures in astronautic structure and medical implants, so the micro milling becomes one of the effective processing methods in getting the surface micro-structure. Because the titanium alloy has high caking property in processing, it needs a research on the cutting heat and force in order to get better machining precision and surface quality. According to the finite element theory in elastic and plasticity, the influence of cutting speed to the cutting heat and force is got by finite element simulation analysis to the titanium material TC4 in cutting process. It can get the simulation results of cutting heat and force in the micro milling processing by finite element analysis, and then compared, the basic influence which the cutting speed to the cutting heat and force is got. The correctness of the result is checked through cutting experiments.
