Financing is an important part in the development of military enterprises, and it plays an important role in the development of military enterprises. By using empirical analysis method, 22 companies are selected as samples. The factor analysis and multivariate linear regression method are used to quantitatively analyze the internal factors of the company. These internal factors affect the financing preference of listed companies in China’s military industry. Then conclusions are drawn and relevant suggestions are put forward.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of employee compensation, motivation and work discipline variables on PT. Hadji Kalla Branch Palu. The population used in this study is 46 respondents, the entire population is made as respondents (census). Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression method using the help of SPSS for Windows Relase 20.0 program. Hypothesis testing used has a significance level of α = 0.05. The test results obtained that simultaneously compensation, motivation and work discipline affect performance, with the regression equation of Y = α + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3 or Y = 2,338 + 0,718 (X1) + 0,164 (X2) + 0,162 (X3) and with the level The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.679 or 67.9% while the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study. Partially with the standard obtained the results of research X1, X2 and X3 have an effect on Y with a significance value of X1 of 0.00, X2 of 0.03 and X3 of 0.00.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui Pengaruh variabel kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja kinerja karyawan pada PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Palu.

This study aimed to determine the effect of productive endowment on community welfare in Matang Panyang. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents who were selected using the Purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used was a simple linear regression method with the help of EVIEWS. Based on the test of the correlation coefficient of 0.837835, it showed that productive endowment had a strong relationship to improve community welfare. Based on the coefficient determination test, it showed that productive endowment had an effect of 70.19% on community welfare. From the results of the study, it revealed that productive endowment (X) significantly influenced the welfare community (Y). Based on the t-value of 8.120918 and the t-table value of 2.04841 with a significant level of 0.0000, it concluded that these tests accepted Ha and rejected Ho.

The problem in the The Conexio Cikunir 1 Apartment project which has the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) was had delayed, which should have been 100% contractually completed, but only 46.231% have been realized. Based on these percentages, required an analysis of the dominant factors that causes of delayed in this project. This study has purpose to determine the dominant factor influencing the variables causing project delayed. Questionnaires were distributed to the respondents consisting of the contractors, owners and supervisory consultants involved in the apartment construction project. The results of the questionnaires were processed using SPSS 25 software. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression method. The results of the research shows that factors which fulfilled on the partial test (t test) and has a significant influence is document of works variable (5.792 ) . This value has the highest rank of significance value for project delayed. Futhermore is planning & scheduling variable (2,805), equipments variable (2,482), managerial variable (2.324), materials variable (2,248), and external factors variable (2.094). The result of Adjusted R Square of 62.70% shows that the Factors that Causes of Delayed can affect the Project Delay variable by 62.70%, while the remaining 37.30% is affected by other variables not examined in this study.

Rainfall forecasting is very challenging task for the meteorologists. Over the last few decades, several models have been utilized, attempting the successful analysing and forecasting of rainfall. Recorded climate data can play an important role in this regard. Long-time duration of recorded data can be able to provide better advancement of rainfall forecasting. This paper presents the utilization of statistical techniques, particularly linear regression method for modelling the rainfall prediction over Bangladesh. The rainfall data for a period of 11 years was obtained from Bangladesh Meteorological department (BMD), Dhaka i.e. that was surface-based rain gauge rainfall which was acquired from 08 weather stations over Bangladesh for the years of 2001-2011. The monthly and yearly rainfall was determined. In order to assess the accuracy of it some statistical parameters such as average, meridian, correlation coefficients and standard deviation were determined for all stations. The model prediction of rainfall was compared with true rainfall which was collected from rain gauge of different stations and it was found that the model rainfall prediction has given good results.

It is suggested that for some transition metal hexahalo complexes, the Eg-(a1g + eg) vibronic coupling model is better suited than the classical T2g-(a1g + eg) model. For the former, alternative model, the potential constants in the analytical formula are evaluated from the numerical map of the adiabatic potential surface by using the linear regression method. The numerical values for 29 hexahalo complexes of the 1st row transition metals are obtained by the CNDO/2 method. Some interesting trends of parameters of such Jahn-Teller-active systems are disclosed.

The accuracy assessment of weapon system is always a complex engineering. How to make the most of the information given in only a few tests and obtain reasonable estimate is always a problem. Based on the fuzzy theory and grey theory, a grey linear regression method is presented. From the numerical example, we can see that this method provides an easy access to deal with data in small sample case and may have potential use in the analysis of weapon performance.
